Tokyo, The Nihoni Empire
Grand Admiral Totu sat with down at the table. He was unsure as to what it was all about, infact had not been informed of this meeting until hours before. He looked into the darkness, and then heard a small footstep. He could not make out much of the figure, other than it was small and thin. 'It' sat down on the otherside of him, and did something suprising. The figure...giggled. Totu gulped, and began to speak.
"Ko-di..." but he was interupted. "Mr. Totu, please. I know you are wondering why you have been called upon to meet with me in private." the voice said. It was a sort of scary voice, being as Totu could not understand it. Infact, it sounded as if it was almost robotic. It had no significant sex, just...awkward.
"There is a...slight, shall I say in all simplicity, a slight problem." it said. "My Empire has been attacked by Russian refugees, who claim to have been treated like diseased dogs." it said, continuing. "We have all been accused of abusing them, and then they take useful lives away from my control. My....rule. And now, your own judgement has allowed foreign entities enter our airspace and touch our sacred soil. You do realize how much of a pain it is to put up with this...false political face of ours. I have made for many changes, infact I am sure by now the people of this fragile earth are concerned about our constant...Governmental shifts." it said, pausing.
"The men from the far west are my greatest concern. Their faceless Emperor hides himself, much like my self. But, my existance is an unholy one. His...his is fear of death. Our intelligence says that he is a great man, yet he would not unveil himself to many people even during an event held with-in his borders...which he has claimed inpenetrable." the 'unholy' being paused again. "He makes a mockery of the world, and the world obeys. This fragile Earth worship him in fear of his anger, not just his own people but those of nations capable of harming this...this land. And for what? It is frustrating, even my own Political pawns have fallen prey. My grandfather was much better, and he even was a western man as well. It all began to fall apart when his children..." it stopped, then continued on.
"Mr. Totu, I have called upon you today because today is the first day of a new era. Grand Admiral, please...take these documents. Hand them over to this...this 'base' in Hamamatsu. It is time to evict." It finished, standing and disapearing into the dark.
