Interesting RP Idea - Looking for Some Insight

The basis of my idea is that my current President, Amras Wallace, had a rare from of Schizophrenia due to repressed anger. Similar to why Two-face in the Batman comics is created. I have Rped that he has it and I have done a couple of incidents but nothing serious.
I was think that we could do a character RP where people act out as images in Amras's mind. I would pray the regular Amras how is trying to keep control of his mind. Someone could play as the Amras that is trying to take control.
We could have other characters...parents...brother...girlfriends...co workers...and anything you can think of.
Anyone interested/have something to add.

Not originally. The one side would take control from time to time until the incident with his face. Then he lost control for a while and towards the end of his life the other side took control.

He has killed two secrataries and is in complete denial about it. I was thinking about Rping some childhood issues with it. Perhaps in flashbacks where others could be involved. His other side is evil though...like...real bad.

What about a Capitol Police Trooper, they play heavily on a lot of peoples minds, its a nice Idea this, its fresh and unique?
The Trooper could keep killing his loved ones over and over again...constantly hounding him during his fight for sanity
