The Horde Of Doom

The project is a simple one. The ultimate goal is to modify a humanbeing to become capable of surviving in any environment, no matter how harsh, so that they may eventually inherit the Earth through Darwinian natural selection. The secondary objective is to allow the new humans to be able to integrate any new technologies to improve their existing cybernetic modifications. The Omar(Modified Persons) are not individuals; rather, each Omar is part of a merged collective consciousness, achieved through replacement of their frontal lobes with a wireless cortical interface. Thus, if an Omar is killed, then all Omar will know about it and will seek revenge upon the person.
Omar biomodifications will allow them to survive comfortably at a range of extreme temperatures, from sub-zero arctic climates to harsh desert heat. They are also fire-proof, immune to chemical weapons, and resistant to radiation. They will see in the dark, see heat, and have superior senses. Plans also indicate that they will be able to hack into any computer wirelessly.
To fund and develop the program, a proxy corporation was founded: Versalife.
Versalife is a pharmaceutical company, based in Malta. Versalife will create, steal, and test all technologies needed or that could benefit the Omar program. To have an adequate supply of test subjects Versalife will covertly run "Educorp," the global chain of schools that officially provides the best education and training for the select few who are admitted. Courses include academics as well as physical, technological, weapons and psychological training. Biomodification and nanoenhancement is often offered to students. They are then hired by corporations to perform their deeds (eg: political assassination, infiltration of opposition buildings etc).
The funding for such an operation is intricate: Versalife sells technology, robotics, and biomodification technologies; Educorp gets money from cities and countries that house it; revenue from Gerudo Arms is funneled into Verselife; gun sales, drug sales, and other such illegal indeavors all over africa are being taken into Versalife's sphere.
