2010: after several large disputes over the presidential election outcome, the First Mexican Civil war begins. Drug traffickers take advantage of the confusion and flood illegal substances into the US
2011: In response to drug trafficing in america being at an all time high, the American Wall is built on the Mexican-American border
2012: the president of Mexico, Rafeal de Joyovar, is killed in his office after a seperatist assault on the building. The military, led by General Jose Miguel de la Torrez, declares themselves the new ruling party and instates martial law.
2014: order is somewhat reastablished thanks to strict curfew and privacy laws being instated
2016: General Torrez declares the government to be made up of a military council of 9 members: 2 from the army, 2 from the air force, 2 from the navy, and 2 from the FSS(the internal security intelligence police), and one supreme commandante Mexico becomes the UCMS(United Collective of Mexican States)
2020: feeling that its military is becoming obselete, a complete overhaul of the military is placed, starting with a major order going out to th EU in exchange for two military bases in the region
2024: the order from the EU is complete. armed with the new Marathon assault tanks, the Mexicans invade Belize for the petroleum located in the Cayo and Toledo districks
late 2024:Belize falls to the surprise attack launched by the Mexicans
2028:General Torrez dies of lung cancer from his excessive smoking, he is replaced by Admiral Jaun Garcia
2034: eying Guatemala, the mexicans set up for another attack
early 2035: Guatemala is assaulted as naval forces land 3 Marathon Divisions at Puerto Barrios and as light infantry are airdropped into and around the city of flores
mid 2035: The Guatemalan military retaliates by assaulting tapechula and bombing Puebla, resulting in hundreds of Mexicans dead
late 2035:Mexican commandos alongside with the FFS attack tapechula, citing the beginning of an urban war that lasts 4 days, ending with the guatemalans being pushed back across the border,
early 2036: with the capture of Guatemala City, the Guatemalan govt is forced to capitulate as their officials flee to islands in the caribbean such as jamaica
2039: after three years of peace in the central americas,a series of events threaten the peace again. guatemalan and belizian officials, vengeful of the Mexicans, secretly set up a base on the swan islands with honduras's blessings. former military officials send out recruiters to Guatemala MS and Belize MS to gain a foothold in th region
2042: Admiral Garcia resigns due to health issues, he is replaced by General Antonio Felipe del Tiopulca
2050: After 11 years of patience, The newly formed Central American Liberation Front (CALF) is ready to attack. The freedom fighters bomb government building such as post offices and police stations in Belmopan, Belize City, and Guatemala City.
2052: after a wave of attacks by CALF, the Mexican government instates Compulsory military service for all citizens 18-24, and a new order is sent to the EU for more tanks and helicopters
2054: order to the UE is completed with 350 Panhard Griffon seige tanks and 300 HVS attack helicopters
late 2056: the beginning of the Second Mexican Civil War. the poor and the rural dwelling CALF seperatists assault a base outside of mexico city and seize 45 marathon tanks and numerous LAVs. they begin an attack on mexico city.
early 2057: The Battle of Mexico City. CALF forces with their armada of marathon tanks assault the city square and Tepultapec castle. the southren half of the city is occupied by the CALF while the north is under government control. CALF is eventually pushed out of the city as reinforcements arrive from Pueblo.
2058: Battle for Cabo. A commando group of CALF soldiers assault the sea of cortez naval base from the city, destroying the Mako class cruiser Santa Anna. due to the high concentration of troops in the area of Cabo, Mexican Su-38's bomb the city before a combined force of Griffons and HVS's assault the city, wiping out resistance.
late 2058: The Battle of Matamoros. CALF soldiers assault a base in the city, taking it over. Government Forces, not able to afford the escape ofthe technology in the base, let out an allout artillery and air campaign against the town. CALF forces lose, but some artillery shells land on US soil, injuring a rancher near brownsville. An apology is quickly made and reparations are paid.
2059: Battle of Belize City. Mexican Forces raid a stronghold of CALF in the city, but are pushed out by well dug in positions. the Mexicans retreat, but lay down a heavy artillery barrage as cover. The district of Belize City gains its independence.
early 2060: Battle For The Swan Islands. Due to losing support internationally and dwindling numbers, the CALF has retreated to its stronghold on the Swan islands. The mexican navy blockades the island and begins shelling the CALF HQ. honduras Screams in anger but is silenced as they witness Mexican Forces drop bombs filled with deadly VX gas on the islands, wiping out over 85% of the CALF forces on the base.
late 2060: End of the Second Mexican Civil War. Mexico emerges the victor, but at a heavy cost in lives.
2065: after the reconstruction period of the war, mexico comes out strong.
2070: Admiral Tiopulca dies, replaced by Field Marshall Raul Delanate
2071: Mexican independence of arms program begins, trying to make Mexican made weapons vs. buying foriegn ones.
2073: after 2 1/2 years of developement, the Diablo class airship is put into service, featuring a wide range of weaponry including 155mm howitzers, 40mm aa guns, and an airial launch platform for small jets and paratroopers.
2075: the Matador class seige tank is made and put into service, giving mexico a leading position among the central american militaries
2079: Assault on Honduras. A squadron of Diablos floats ominously over Tegucigalpa as seige tanks roll over the countryside. after 2 days, honduras joins the UCMS.
2080: without a fight, El Salvador also joins the UCMS
2084:The Carribean Nations and of Latin America (including Free Belize) forms El Nacion de Latinos Unidos, the United Latino Nation (ULN). Mexico does not join, however.
2085: due to the newly formed alliance of states in the Caribbean, Mexico is unable to invade Free Belize or Nicaragua. Field Marshall Delanate has other plans.
2086: on his deathbed, Field Marshall Delanate initiates operation python rising to take over nicaragua
late 2086: operation Python Rising is initiated as the first task of the new leader, Colonel Jesus De La Perrion. Training camps are set up in honduras and El Salvador
