"Ok, ok, I'll go over the plan one last time..."

Three men sat around a coffee table, with a large black suitcase on it. They were in a fairly cheap apartment, obviously a chellian skyline(Apartments that reside high in apartment buildings, cheap, but a hassle and dangerous in natural disasters). The men had agreed to take skylines, in order to get better cars, and have other goods, as money wasn't really used in chellis; people got allowances of credit that they could use to prioritize what goods they wanted. Skylines used less credit, giving them more credit for other things. Essentials like food, water, and clothing were on special lines of credit, that did not apply to regular credit. This was great for most people, but some hated that it was nearly impossible to be rich in chellis, due to the system.

One of the men opened the suitcase, revealing many stacks of fresh 100 US dollars.

"We've all saved up enough credits to get one-way tickets to other nations. Each of these suitcases will hold three million dollars, and we've all picked nations that don't arbitrarially check suitcases, etc. We will each take four suitcases, and each buy boats. Nothing fancy, but boats that can travel between nations, carry enough food, gas, etc.

We come back here, convert a little of the cash into credits, rent a truck, and load the machinery into one of our boats. From there, we stake out some land. Theres enough un-claimed land out there for us to build a small nation out of. Nothing large, we'll make it into a hong kong of sorts. Contract workers can build there, and we can offer very well paying jobs... attracting people there.

Eventually, it should become a very upscale place, with large corporations coming, etc. It will be very laissez-faire; free trade, basically. We will have to hire a police force, but with so many nations in the world, we should be able to hire out a company to do it for us, until we can get home-grown ones.

We will have ourselves lavish homes, beautiful cars, and if there's even any international problems, we can hire out mercenaries... until we get our own military going, anyways."

"Won't anyone notice all the money is chellian printed, and contact our government?"

"Nah. We have such a perfect, and un-falsifiable backstory. Furthermore, once we start trading, etc, we will have foreign currency coming in, giving us real money with the... well, 'real money' that we are making!"

And so the plans were set in motion.

OOC: Basically, these guys found an old chellian money printing machine. Chellis had a few USD printers, captured in wars, etc, and used it for exchanges(people could exchange chellian euro's for them, used alot for buisness, etc, as the USD is a worldwide constant in NS. After the revolution, a few of the machines got lost, and were assumed to be destroyed. The money is completely authentic, and chellian USD printers still use the same machinery as the ones these guys have.

This isn't meant to be some way of giving me super-good stuff I don't have to pay for, etc. I want this to be a fun RP, with other nations participating(these guys might go to your country, or trade with them, and maybe you wonder how these chellians got so much money, etc). I don't really plan for them to accomplish all of their goals, but I'm having this open. Please, join in!

ooc: I/a puppet may be interested in getting a visit from one of these nations, but a couple things.
It should be possible to varify if the currency was 'forged' or not based on serial number and date of printing.
Also how would they go about getting in touch with the people they want as most uppermanagement types don't usually met joe average off the street even if they claim/have lots of money(as likely thier calls would get junked by a low-level flunky type)

OOC: Could be an interesting job for the Internal Intelligence Section. Of course, we're communists. Technically. There is low-level entrepenurism, but they could try coming to the government or some low-level business...

Oh goody, Who wants to be an immigrant could use some contestants. We don't get much here in the sky.

OOC: You have to realize, chellis underwent a revolution a fairly good time ago. The money these guys print will be unique, and they can easily claim that its money that got hidden before the revolution. Lots of information was lost in the revolution, and so fake serial numbers, albiet unique, and dating from the revolutionary period, makes them seem quite authentic. They aren't perfect, of course, what would be the point of the RP? But its not easy by any means to notice, at least when you aren't directly suspecting them.

What parts would they have trouble with? Buying a boat, white or black market, shouldn't be that hard. Similarly, contacting a construction agency wouldn't be that difficult. Money makes people hope for the best, no good buisnessman passes up the chance for money when its a simple meeting with an associate to see.
