The Overthrow of the Opatian Government
I, Matthew Jamison, leader of the Opatian Federation, herby announce the overthrow of the Opatian government. The past leader, John Opatia, founder of the nation, attempted to breach our government policy, and send our nation into Anarchy. Fortunantly, the resistance took over the Capitol Building, and overthrew the founder. Our government will be much more politically active, and we will participate in International Collaboration.
We are also facing a time of starvation and hunger in the weaker parts of our country. Any donations from your governments are accepted.

The country of Zackaroth is willing to send any troops to help root out any remaining Old Goverment Loyalists and is willing to send millions of packaged food to the areas currently affected.
Thank you so much. Currently affected is the Xenotaph region, in the southeast of our country, and we are unsure where any loyalists may be at this time. We give your troops full permission to enter, and search our country, while abiding by United Nations rules.

We do not abide by UN rules because we are not apart of it. But we wil abide by your countries rules. We are sending 500 troops for your use. We are currently preparing 2 million packages of food for your starving regions. We will sending more every few days in lesser number but hopefully enough to quell the starvation.
We have no problem with this. After a meeting of our current Administrative Council, we have requested that your troops enter the regions of Xenotaph, Aerron, and the partly secluded region of Jerial. We ask that you air-drop your packages to Capitol City, and we will distribute them to the cities in our own country.

Our carrier planes are currently inroute to your nation. We will be air dropping the packages. After the airdropp our troops will land and you will have full control over them. Good luck in your nations endevours in the future.

Reinforcements Arrive
Zackaroth, a nation known by our government, has officialy sent troops into Opatia to help with the starvation, and the loyalists remaining in the secluded regions of Opatia. Matthew Jamison, Prime Director of Administrative Purposes, had this to say, "Zackaroth decided to send troops after I broadcasted a public message over the International Relations System." Zackaroth is also preparing to air-drop packages of food to help the starvation.

About 5 Carrier Planes flew over the starving regions dropping packaged food to the people blow. The food stuffs contained many things that a person would need to eat. Soon after the planes flew torwards the nearest airport to land and unload the 500 troops slated to help the country get back on its feet.
Matthew walked around in his office. He looked out the window toward the Capitol District Airfield. He wondered when the planes would be arriving. Matthew had instructed the Commanding Officer to meet him inside his office. He pulled out a map, and began marking the places that the old loyalists may be. He also used another marker to mark the most starving places in the Federation.
