2008: Raúl Castro dies. Fidel, almost on his own deathbed, hastily appoints a young, capable, yet almost unheard of Communist official as his successor, Amilcar Jesús Peralta Bérmudez.

2009: After 50 years of almost uninterrupted rule, Fidel Alejandro Castro Rúz dies. The expected revolutionary forces rise up against the government, taking over most of Western Cuba and sieging Havana. Peralta flees to la Isla de la Juventud, the only other Communist stronghold in Western Cuba.

2010: Isla de la Juventud is fortfied. Rebels have trouble breaking through and focus on riding the main land of the rest Communist Army. Still rebels keep an eye on the Island to make sure the forces do not build up again

2011: Hit and run strikes are carried out on the island weakening it each time. Supplies and moral are running low in the Island.

2012:Peralta commits sucide from the pressure of the now weakened defenses. Communist forces start fighting each other while rebels hang back and the let the enemy destory themselves.

2013: The Communist are all but weakened. The remaining forces on the mainland give up and are jailed by the rebel group now called Alpha 66. Meanwhile Isla de la Juventud is in utter anarchy as the Communists destory each other in gunfights.

2014: The fighting stops as only a small fractions of Communists are left. Some head off to Venuzuala while others give up and are jailed.

2015: A temporay leader named Miguel Miranda is placed as Presdient of Cuba while elections and a council is set up.

2015: 5 months later elections are held. A close race leaves Miguel Miranda in place at Presdient of Cuba. Loser Carlos Garcia claims it was a shame election and demands a revote.

2016: A revote is allowed and again Miranda comes over Garcia. Garcia angerily forms a mob and attacks goverment property. THe second Cuban Civil War begins.

2016: Garcia changes his part to Communist claiming he is going to restart Castro's dream and overthrow Mirandas as Castro overthrew the last goverment. More fighting ensues leaving hundreds dead on both sides.

2017: Cuba is split in half. The lower half going under Communist control and the upper half going under a Democracy. An uneast peace settles as troops are placed on the border.

2017: No more attacks happend and both sides start to rebuild. Garcia's son. James Garcia, presses for his father to attack. Garcia refuses and James and a couple of other important figures plot to kill Garcia.

2018: Garcia dies of a heart attack on stage. Doctors are bribed not to realse the real reason Garcia died, by posion. James takes his place and begins to build his army. Alarmed MIguel begins to build up his army causing a small arms race to gather the most soilders.

2019: Nothing happens as tension build and build. James slowly goes insane with guilt of killing his father. It clouds his judgement and he starts making plans to attack America.

2020:James starts to set up troops to attack Guantanamo Bay and North Cuba. His advisors start to protest but are killed by soilders for treason. The cities in South Cuba start to decay and poverty is at al all time high. Civil Unrest starts to spring up.

2021: James's attacks the North Border and advances into North Cuba. A Bloody Battle insues which turns to a stalemate. Meanwhile Jame's finshes his plans to attack Guantanamo Bay. Military Advisors who disagree are excuted on the spot. Civil protection teams try to quell the civil unrest and try to cover it up.

2022: The war goes on the borders in which WW 1 like trenches are dug. Many die and neither side gains a foothold at all. Civil Unrest quells after live excutions are held. Miranda deounces these attacks as he prepares to leave office

2024: Conservative Nico Leon takes the office after a tough and long election and asks the International community to help. None is given. James meanwhiles goes ahead with plans to attack Gitmo and expects it to happen in the next year..
