At 2:00 in the afternoon, the leader of the Federalist Republic of Serveria, Gauvin Dupre, and the members of the Council of Commanders and Generals, the governing body of Serveria, are in the general meeting room of this governing body, discussing the possibility of forming a alliance with the Modified Freedom Forces of Euroslavia.

While the others are discussing this possibility, Dupre, with his chair turned to the back, asks everyone to calm down and then makes this statement;

"Fellow gentlemen, since the Federalist Republic of Serveria has finally come out of the severe recession that came to the most absolute point of crippling our economy, I believe that it is time to expand our horizions beyond Karla. As Segasaturn during its capitalist days showed us, the only way for Serveria to go forward is to build a empire that would threaten even the greatest of working class revolutionary powers.

But the way for us to do this is to become alligned with another great capitalis t power, the Modified Freedom Forces of Euroslavia. By us being alligned, we can prove that the Capitalism that we porport to is a Capitalism which is the best model for other nations.

Therefore gentlemen, do you agree with putting forth the proposal for an alliance with the Modified Freedom Forces of Euroslavia?"

After this statement, and a few more hours, the governing body of Serveria is in agreement and sends forth this notice to Euroslavia's diplomatic centers -

"To the Government of Euroslavia,

The Federalist Republic of Serveria cordially invites your diplomats to a conference - a conference to discuss the possibility of creating a tactical alliance between our great nations.

We do await your response.

Salutations,
The Government of the Federalist Republic of Serveria."

In the middle of the afternoon, the Royal Family had been going along with their normal chores among the Palace. Queen Zerase had attended quite a few meetings with certain members of her staff, along with the appointed Princes and Princesses of the nation. Things were different within the Democratic Monarchy that Euroslavia had claimed to be, after the most recent regime change that occurred. The change had been bloodless, unopposed, and even supported by Lady Destra, the previous ruler of Euroslavia, and her aides. She continues to help the government out on the background, as a diplomatic ambassador to Euroslavia's allies.

As Zerase had her first opportunity to sit down in her office, a messenger walked into the room to brief her in on a message that was just received.

"It seems the government of Serveria wants to form an alliance with us, ma'am."

"Oh please, no need for formalities. You are my equal. I don't expect you to call me ma'am, I expect you to call me by my first name, Zerase."

"Sorry ma'... er..I mean, Zerase. My apologies." as he began to tense up even more and blush, sending Zerase into a bout of giggles, and a smirk that was plainly obvious.

"So what exactly are they proposing with this alliance? Trade? Military support? What do we know about this nation?"

"We don't really know anything about this nation. They asked us if we could send a representative from our nation to theirs, so we can discuss the details of the possible alliance."

"In that case, we can send Lady Destra on her first mission, after stepping down as leader. I know she would appreciate it, being able to control the first diplomatic conference in ages... ever since her last visit when we hosted Calabrese and Speaker from the Dominion and Scolopendra, respectively."

"Yes ma'am. I'll let Serveria know right away." as he rushed out of the room, still bright red.


To the Nation of Serveria,

Your request has been discussed, and we have agreed to send a representative of our nation to yours, so we can discuss the details of this possible alliance. Lady Destra nos Thiendrel, the former head of state of Euroslavia will be attending this conference. We expect that security within your nation is secure enough so that nothing can have the chance of happening.

In the early hours of the morning, the government of the Federalist Republic of Serveria recieved the following:

"To the Nation of Serveria,

Your request has been discussed, and we have agreed to send a representative of our nation to yours, so we can discuss the details of this possible alliance. Lady Destra nos Thiendrel, the former head of state of Euroslavia will be attending this conference. We expect that security within your nation is secure enough so that nothing can have the chance of happening.

After the reception of this notice, the Government of Serveria, after going over the notice in detail, sends back this notice to the Government of Euroslavia through Euroslavian diplomatic offices;

"To the Government of Euroslavia,

The Government of the Federalist Republic of Serveria ensures that the security standards of our nation are up to par and can deal with any domestic disturbances. Having said that, we await the arrivial of Lady Destra nos Thiendrel, and hopefully, we can go into detail our proposal.
