To all the nations of the World,

After many years of Glorious struggle on the part of the People's Ecomentalist Party against the oppressive and corrupt regime of the Union of Masters, a corrupt oligarchy of corporations that held our people in slavery and misery for many years, victory has finally come! The People's Ecomentalist Party have gained full control of our long-abused nation, long given over to selfishness and indugence among the wealthy, and have begun the long process of turning our polluted, ravaged nation into a model of a new world, in which all may live free of squalour and pollution and work willingly towards the common good of our Earth and all peoples.

Our Nation, and the People's Ecomentalist Party, are strong and vigorous, but we have been weakened by the long years of civil war from which we are only just emerging. Consequently, we wish to begin the creation of diplomatic and economic ties to any nations who share in our goals - namely, the promotion of unity and equality between all peoples, and the protection of our earth from irresponsible pollution through the development of new, clean industries and technologies.

Having conferred with the chairman of the People's Ecomentalist Party (PEP) John Kramer, I am delighted to be able to inform both your nations that we will take you up on your generous offers of friendship. Two senior and respected members of government have been elected as ambassadors by the Party commitee, and wil be on their way to your nations, accompanied by their aides, shortly.

Chairman John Kramer also informed me to offer both your nations the poissibility of setting up embassies at 17 (Minnechusettsfornia) and 18 (New Alexzandria) Monument Avenue, in our capital Milostaat.

(To the secretary of state for Minnechusettsfornia: ) We are most grateful for your generous offer of sending engineers to assist us in our development of clean technologies. In return for such expertise and technology, we could send payment in the form of tungsten, iron or copper ore, all of which we can supply fairly easily.
