Democratic Republic of Revavlostok
External Memorandum
Nations of the world,
Folllowing a long period of diplomatic isolation under the previous administration, the Democratic Republic of Revavlostok, having now elected a different party to power, wishes to enter the international arena.
Revavlostok is an island nation located in the Northwest Pacific, 100 miles east of the Japanese Islands. Originally colonised by the Russian Empire, the Democratic Republic became independent in 1917 following the communist revolution that formed the USSR. The Republic has maintained diplomatic isolation from then until this point.
Now we wish to change this. As part of their policy platform, the elected Democratic Socialist Party of Revavlostok (DSPR) wishes to open diplomatic relations with other nations in order to improve our standing in the world, to participate in international events, and to further potential national interests abroad.
Nations interested should reply to this memorandum.
