We have long been allied via the Extra Solar Union of States, and we are happy to see your union with Arizona Nova. Now, we have a wonderful new opportunity to inform you of. Simply enough, you have a shot at some of the most prestigious real estate in Sol – and maybe even in all of the Galaxy.

We are suggesting you come in and establish a colony in the Northern Ocean of Mars., like our common friends, the Corporation of Northrop-Grumman, have already done with great success. Northrop-Grumman succeeded, and so did Allanea. It is now turn for Arenumberg to succeed as well.

We wish to request that the Allanean government confer with its neighbours upon Mars, over this offer, and to arrange some manner of conference so that we may discuss the issue and possible settlement with all with whom it may concern, Before we act upon this.
