Moxim Road, Xanka, Zanski.

President Jarak Arma stood at his pedestal, paper in hand. He was a tall man, 6 ft 2, grey hair. He was formerly leader of the Zanx Armed Terrorist Army (ZATA), a much-feared militia with over two million members. He started to speak to the five hundred people massed to witnetss his speech.

"Over the past month, many things have happened. We have lost the war in Chitzeland, occupied New Gharrakland because of civil war, been given all land from Basenjiland, New Gharrakland and Karfainuaxa, and today I have another announcement."

The croud started to whisper and shuffle.
Before Jarak Arma could speak, a shot was fired and the president fell onto the floor. The army who were meant to be guarding him started firing into the crowd. The crowd rebelled, and started to push forward towards the soldiers.
Grenades were thrown into the crowd and most of them ran for their lives, but about twenty of them got caught in the rush and lost their lives.

The street was scattered with dosens of bodies. A tank pulled up. a man stepped out.
"Is my place as dictator of Zanski secured?" He asked.
"Yes, Mister Axim. So is your twenty billion Zanx Dollars." Answered a soldier.
"Please, call me Jacob Axim. And I think that my Terrorist army, the Moxiga, are in force, and all of Zanski is mine?"
The soldier thought.
"No sir, we still have to capture the southern provinces."
"Go get em, ASAP."

The next day, Mr. Axim caught news that the South had gathered a volunteer army and fought off the army.

Now choose, will you be on the North or South side?

"Sir , it is reported that a Civil War has occured in Zanski . I'm afraid that it was a coup in which lives were lost ."

"Darn it . Another one of those revolutanaries trying to upsurp power from the normal governments ."

"So what should we do about it sir ?"

"Send 2 Marine Expeditionary Forces along with a Strike Fleet there and assist in stabilizing peace back to its original rulers ."

"Aye sir !"


Several Days Later ...

The Strike Fleet centered around a Nimitz Supercarriers and 4 Marine Expeditionary Landing Ship Tanks was cruising on the way to Zanski and transmitted a message to the rightful government channels .

"This is Imperial Strike Fleet Delta along with MEUs Zeta and Telka . We are here to assist in regaining your original positions in the government ."

We support any moves in establishing a Socialist Democratic state in our neighbour. However, we support the rebels in encouragement only. We, however, will open our border to any refugees that may begin to leave during this revolution. We will remain neutral in this conflict, but open our border to the dispossessed

General Ibn of The Northern army heard the message. He promptly rang Mr.Axim.

" Sir, there are a few foreign ships trying to destroy our government and aid the southern forces." He said.

Axim, in his office, spoke into the phone.

"fire a couple of Land-sea missiles. That should do the trick."

Ten Land-sea missile launchers were assembled at the port city of Paramus, in the north, firing 20 missiles in all at the Mationbudian Ships.

2 Aegis Cruisers and 4 Arleigh Burke Missile Cruisers promtly took up positions and fired off 25 Sea-Sparrow Sea-Skimming Missiles which flew right above th e surface of the water towards the incomming land missiles and crashed into them into a massive explosion .

Any missiles comming through were eliminated by Phlanx Cannons and Gattling Guns mounted on the prow and aft of the vessels .

In retaliation , the Nimitz SuperCarrier and its 2 Kitty Hawk Carriers launched 30 F-16 Fighters and 20 F-17 Stealth Bombers which flew over the enemy missile installations , activating their radar jamming and ECM machinery before firing off SLAM Bombs , Napalm Bombs , Phosphorous Missiles and such while the Destroyer and Missile Cruisers fired off Tomahawk Cruise Missiles which swiftly disabled any enemy anti-aircraft defenses ...

Although the Southern side was more numerous than the Northern, it was a lot poorer and could not afford so many Tanks, Aircraft and Missile launchers.

The leader of the South, the dead president's son, Modi Arma, was the leader and had made the base in Shuza, the largest city in Zanski (although not the capital).
New recruits were flocking in to protect the country's rich history of Democracy and there was a training field right outside Shuza.
Modi Arma's secretary was ordered to send on this message to Mationbuds:

The Republic of Hellinika wishes to form a working relationship with Zanski and to forge close economic, security and diplomatic ties with Zanski on all issues that are of mutual interest between our two respective nations.

The Republic of Hellinika also wishes to assist Zanski in any possible moves towards a working peace in Zanski, by which the different factions that are in conflict with each other can resolve their differences and engage in a dialogue that will overcome the divisions in Zanski, for a general peace and harmony in Zanski.

The Republic of Hellinika will offer it's services for any peace talks and any diplomatic negotiations between the factions in Zanski and Hellinika urges the international community of nations to resist the temptation of attacking Zanski or using military force to intervene in what is an internal matter of the nation of Zanski.

Let peace reign in Zanski and let us work with Zanski to solve the conflict and to prevent any development that will cause the civil war in Zanski to grow and become more destructive.

Paramus was once a bustling city, with over two million inhabitants. but the only inhabitants now were the soldiers. only when all the ships had sunk would they give up. but it looked like this was not going to happen. so they constructed some silos in the middle of the ruins which would fire two land-sea missiles a minute.

President Jacob Axim has announced an extermination of the muslim population in northern Zanski. public executions will be held in Xanka, where the crowd can vote for either:

* Boiling

* Burning

* Drowning

* Beheading


or if someone gives in 10,000 Zansks:

* Gladiator

The army were waiting for the troops at Marisallka.guarded places in the dock were secured for the ships & submarines.

Meanwhile

Disgusted by the Islamic Holocaust in the north, Southern forces prepared hundreds of missile launchers for the bombardment of the enemy.
The Zanx Armed Terrorist Army also arranged a large riot in the Northernmost city of Farrach.

Karfainuaxa province, Central Zanski.

The Karfainuaxa Province (Or, Karfai province) had always been argued about. First, it was owned by Zanski, Then, New Gharrakland, then it was indipendant, now by the North and South.
It was a stretch of desert, sixty miles long and fourty miles wide. It was home to the holy desert cities.

Now another guerilla war was starting.

six thousand ZATA men were in the desert, fighting the Northern forces in the blasting heat. The new Karfai dispute had only started a day, and already sixty men had died on either side, at least half of them from the heat.

Alexzandrian High Command

"Sir, we've recieved reports of a revolution in Zanski. It seems a military coup was staged several hours ago, and the nation has divided into two halves, with the north under the new dictatorship and the south under the old government."

President Colwell leaned back in his chair and clasped his hands together. "Damn."

"Sir, I belive that we should send troops to support the south. They aren't outnumbered, but as that broadcast shows, they're very outgunned."

"Very well. Do what needs to be done, and alert the leaders in the south as to our plans. Inform the leader of Mationbuds that our own navy will be in the area."

"Yessir."

Thirty Minutes Later

The assembled ships of Strikegroup Thunderhead were an impressive sight. Fully 3 Ageis class cruisers, 7 Areligh Burke class destoyers, and 5 Ticonderoga class missle cruisers all sat at ready around the JFK class carrier the NAS Stormlord. All around, troop carriers were being loaded with the men of almost 3 divisions and their support vehicles, getting ready to leave in the next half-hour. Admiral Lifson sat proudly on the bridge, looking out over his strikegroup, knowing that almost four others were making similar preparations were being made all across the ports of New Alexzandria.

An eager smile crept across his face, this military coup would soon meet it's end.

The overhead stealth recon satellites immediately picked up the mobilization of several missiles and began sending data and targeting feeds to the fleet's Aegis Cruiser .

After receiving authorization , the 4 Aegis Cruisers moved into position and fired 100 Tomahawk Cruise Missiles at the target sites ...

After that , the fleet quickly made its way to Marisallka and arrived an hour later , quickly docking and refuelling while keeping on 24 hr alert in case the Northern forces should start an offensive .

Admiral Hightree stepped off the Transport Barge , guarded by 4 MIN Seals and flanked by 2 senior fleet officials ...

With the Mationbudian forces travelling south, the rebuilding of Paramus has begun.

Modi Arma has responded by having 70,000 Southern troops go and guard all towns with more than 500 muslims.

A bus was also blown up by pro-south terrorists today at an army base in Xanka.

Upon docking , an Marine Expeditionary Unit was immediately sent out to do some minor raiding on Northern forces , with air support of course .

200 Marines in full combat gear and riding in APCs , 10 Abrams Main Battle Tanks , 10 Challenger Battle Tanks , 20 IFVs (Infantry Fighting Vehicles) , 2 MLRS (Mobile Launch Rocket System) , 2 Battle Fortresses and 10 Bradley Tanks were dispatched along with 10 F-15 Falcons (from a base) and 2 F-17 Stealth Bombers .

The force moved towards the captured city of Ville De Jayir and deployed on the outskirts of the city , shelling the enemy strongholds with Rockets and Missiles . Once it was determined to be safe , the Bombers and Fighters swopped down for several attack and bombing runs while the Tanks and Marines slowly and cautiously entered the city , killing every Northen trooper in sight ...

Celebrations were held in the city of Ville de Jayir, for now it was finally in Southern hands. In The Largest of the celebrations they paraded the symbol of V.D Jayir, the Ours blanc Jayiri(Jayiri White Bear), waved flags of Mationbuds and ZanskiThe one thing missing from the city were the once-predominant Muslims who had been famous for their kindness and how excepting of other cultures they were. But now, many of those Muslims were dead.

The South was about to step in.

These went over Xanka, The Sonicmaster4 Planes firing their machine guns at blimps, troops and Enemy planes, while the Skyslicers bombed enemy camps and known militia hideouts, as well as some small factories that made Vehicles and ammunition for the Northern Forces. The woodwasps bombed the spectator seats at the Islamic Execution Colluseum and also sent the paratroopers into the arena, shooting the Northern Soldiers as they went. A bomb from outside crashed into the arena, killing 70 Soldiers. The Helicopters Zoomed down ,picked up the Southern troops and rescued 1200 Muslims and took them back to Ville de Jayir.

Admiral Lifson's fleet, along with two other task forces, had taken up positions along the northern coasts of Zanski and had begun to launch fighter and bomber raids into the northern control zone in the hopes of weakening the North's armies.

While the celebrations were carrying on , most of the troops were celebrating with civillians in the festive spirit while others preferred to stand guard and act as look-outs .

During the celebrations , Brigadier General Thompson gave a victory speech :

"Today is the dawning of a new era . It marks the first defeat of the Northern forces . As time progresses on , I pledge to totally crush the Northern threat and unite this nation once more . As of now , Military Advisers are arriving and will train local civillians as resistance fighters should the Northern army come again . And rest assured that we will always be by yourside ."

Meanwhile , the Fleet was not one to stand idly by , together with the AFB , they sent 30 F-16s , 50 F-15s , 10 F-17As , 10 A-10 Thunderbolts along as several B2-C Heavy Stealth Bombers .

They assisted the Southern forces by eliminating enemy defences and planes ...

The MEU stationed there received word of a upcomming combined raid on enemy concentrations and radioed for reinforcements , which came in the form of 2 MEUs which moved towards the Shoreline and set up comms with the New Alexzandria divisions .

The fleet also dispatched 2 Aegis Cruisers , 4 Missile Cruisers , 4 Destroyers and 1 Kitty Hawk Carrier to provide aerial support ...

Northern Forces:

Mr. Axim stood on his pedestal, on the very street that his predescessor, Jarak Arma, had stood when he was shot.

The crowd of eight hundred waited patiently for what he was going to say.
He started.

"Today will be the start of our win in the uprising against the foul south! We shall push into Southern Zanski and destroy the Mationbudi and New Aleskandrian forces. Ville de Jayir and the Karfainuaxa desert will be ours! 40,000 Aircruisers have been sent to Marisallka, Ville de Jayir and Shuza to bomb the living hell out of the Pro-southern forces. Oh yeah, if you are on a money ration of less than Z$4.00, the rebuilding of the Islamic Execution Colluseum is compulsary.LONG LIVE THE NORTH!"

The crowd cheered and chanted.
Many of them signed up at the Northern Forces recruitment desk just next to the pedestal.

Southern Zanski

Today, to show admiration of the Mationbudi and New Aleskandrian forces, a solid gold statue of Three soldiers, each of them with their own flag, walking forward, will be made in Shuza.

500 members of the freedom fighting militia, ZATA, have been ordered to operate in the mountainous Jayir region, even if it means going into no-mans-land, to protect Ville De Jayir from Northern Forces. another region in the Jayir danger Zone was Manache, the ex-Basenjiland capital, a city of over a million people--250,000 of them Islamic. The biggest target was Grande mosquée de Jayir (Great Mosque of Jayir), a 200 year old mosque in the centre of Ville De Jayir, but thankfully the only architectural casualty was a minaret.

Unfortunately, planes did not reach Shuza and Marisallka, as they were shot down by Southern Forces at the current border.

Admiral Lifson's fleet, along with two other task forces, had taken up positions along the northern coasts of Zanski and had begun to launch fighter and bomber raids into the northern control zone in the hopes of weakening the North's armies.

Now knowing the location , Emperor Matter ordered the strikes to be carried out .

From Arizone AFB , 20 Precision "Bear" Bombers and 20 B2 Bombers escorted by 40 F-16s and 50 F-22s launched for Xanka and quickly disabled any air defences with a swarm of Missiles and Bombs .

They flew over the dictator's residence and last known location and dropped hundreds of Bunker Buster Bombs and SLAM Bombs which left large craters of once buildings .

Then 50 cruise missiles were launched from the Silos at AFB and hit the other military targets and important areas . This would deal a crippling blow to the north ...

As promised, the Constitutional Monarchy of the United Ed States will begin delivering forces at once.

The 14th Air Force Division (about 10,000 men) under the command of Lt. General T. Harris will land at Shuza, Zanski in 24 hours. The fighters/bombers/attack aircraft/rotory aircraft and several transport planes of the unit (along with the neccessary mechanics, engineers, etc.) will be temporarily relocated to the designated Shuza airport, and immediatly begin to fly missions from Shuza.

The 9th Airborne Assault Division - 1st Paratrooper Regiment (about 1010 men + flight air crew) under the command of Lt. General S. Ford will be flown into Shuza within 24 hours. From Shuza, they will parachuted into a undisclosed location.

The 12th Naval Carrier Battlegroup Corps (45,000 men), under the command of Admiral (General Status) N. Mour will split into 6 divisions:

The Aegis Cruisers readied their long range SAM Batteries in preperation and the SA-17 and Patriot Batteries were also activated . Silver Sky stations armed with Thor Cruise Missiles and Chemical Lasers lay in wait in orbit .

The Emperor's Office ordered the Northern army to halt all such activities lest be faced with an increased horde of cruise missiles and if need be , a nuclear weapon if Mr Axim is deemed whacko ...

At 19:00, planes of the 14th Air Force Division began to take off. 50 B-52 bombers and 12 B-1's made way for Xanka. They had a 15 F-16 and 70 F-15e escort which would make the journey all the way to Xanka with the bombers. Accompianing them were two E-2 AWACS sircraft, whom could moniter the battlefield and warn the aircraft of incoming missiles. All planes were equipped with there max. fuel, weapon, and equipment load. The AWACS also had radar jamming equipment which would completely immobilize about half of all heat seeking/ radar seeking missiles. Along the journey, however, they would link up with another plane. A C-130 Hercules carried a weapon of war perhaps more lethal than bombs. The plane was filled to the brim with propoganda leaflets, showing and telling of the horrors commited by the Northern dictator. The super squadron was on there way by 19:40... now only time would tell the success of the mission.

The SAM and SA-17 and SA-19 Batteries swung to life and began opening fire with a horde of heat-seeking missiles while the AAA Guns fired shells which exploded in the air , destroying or damaging anything within its burst radius .

AA Guns began releasing millions of bullets which would mercilessly rip into the enemy aircraft and tear it apart .

The Aegis Cruisers also let go a barrage of anti-air missiles from afar while the AFB launched several thousand F-18s and F-16s and F-15s to engage the enemy bombers ...

Meanwhile the furious Emperor ordered a massive Cruise Missile strike on Xanka which involved 2000 Tomahawk Cruise Missiles and 2 Nuclear Tipped Cruise Missiles , which were removed of their nuclear warheads to serve as a warning to Mr Axim ...

At 4 AM , Imperial Marine Expeditionary Units swept into the towns of Merechzanskigrad , New Terezanskidom , Hupulla and Xaz , eliminating any northern resistance and liberating the towns from the tyrannical rule of the North .

An military and airforce build up was being readied while daily missile strikes and bombings against Northern positions would slowly take their toll on dwindling enemy forces ...

In response to the destroying of the recent plans to bomb Shuza, Marisallka, VDJ and Manacheby Mationbuds and the Xanka bombing and propaganda spreading of the Unit Ed States, Jacob Axim has threatened to detonate another nuclear warhead in Shuza, where 70 million lives are at stake, unless all followers of Islam are handed over to the Northern regime.
The Constitutional Monarchy of the United Ed States warns the foolish power crazy leaders to the North that as long as there is Ed States presence in the South, if a single WMD is detonated in the South at all, the Ed States will retaliate with several WMD's aimed at Northern cities. Also, we wish to inform the North that the Ed States has recently upgraded all our nuclear weapons, and would like a nicefat target to test them on. :)

By 17:00 the following day, thousands of pounds of bombs were poured all over Xanka. The desruction was phenominal. Mostly military targets were hit, however, many civilians were accidentaly hit as well. The bombing raid was done, but now it was time for the return flight. As the super squadron turned around, all prepared for a almost definate counterattck on the planes on there return trip... they could now only wait...

At 11:40 pm, thousands of pounds of bombs were dropped on the city of
Xanka. The 14th Air Forces division continued bombing all throughout the night. Then, at precisely 1:02 in the morning, Several C-130 aircraft dropped over 1000 men of the 9th Air Assault Division, 1st Regiment.
Within eight hours of the paratrooper landing, the 17th Army of 120,000 men will drive across the border and join up with the paratroopers, and hopefully capture the city of Xanka.

Prime Minister Randolph Henry III was delighted by the news. He turned to General Franco Farrelle, his Secretary of War. "You are telling me that Xanka is 100% under coalition control?", he said. "Yes sir, but there are still mop up teams being sent in to clear out the hold outs... but the majority of the fighting is done sir," said Gen. Farrelle. "Very good," replied the Prime Minister. "Sir, we do however have another problem... there are thousands homeless and now left poor and hungry... anarchy will soon occur also due to lack of manpower....," the general trailed off. Henry replied, "Very well. Contact the ESWHRG (the Ed States World wide Humanitarian Relief Group... a "red cross" of the Ed States). See what they can do. By tommorrow morning, I want a steady supply of relief food and medicine for the injured being shipped into that city. Meanwhile massive troop contingents were loaded up into LSTs while the Peacekeeping Fleet departed from dock towards Paramus to mount a new and final assault to drive out the Nothern threat for good .

But this festival was also a distraction for something much more sinister..

five hundred rocket cannons were set up at Paramus Docks to bombard the Mationbudi forces approaching. A fleet of defending battleships was patrolling the entire Peninsula on which Paramus rested, and when at last the Mationbudi fleet was seen, the only sound that could be heard was the whistle of rockets, rattle of machine gun fire and explosions...

A lot had happened in the last week. Xanka and the Northwest and West portions of ex-Northern Forces had been captured, and the FoZ was already hatching plans to retake it as the national capital.

But to do this, Modi Arma sent one thousand Defensive and peacekeeping soldiers to Xanka. The peacekeeping soldiers would help Ed States to renourish the peoples, rebuild houses and also...well...keep peace. But the Defensive unit would take positions in the hills around Xanka and guard it.

closer to the border, though, six Million soldiers had pushed back Northern borders to Hupulla, which was originally fifty miles into NF. Merechzanskigrad, formerly the second closest city to the South, was now in FoZ hands.

In other news, the Federational Secret Service has been recruiting soldiers for a resistance army in the North.In the soon to come Grand Victory, the soldiers will come into action and capture the government building.

From above , 300 F-16 Fighter Jets accompanied by 200 F-17s and B2s flew above , firing all sorts of ordanance ranging from the Cannon Shells mounted on their Chins to SLAM Missiles to Hellfire Missiles which would knock out most of the enemy rocket installations and disable any of the intial defence outposts .

The remaining rockets were tagged and shot down by AA Guns and AAA Cannons as well as Chemical Laser bolts from the SilverSky Orbital Satellite Weapons Platform above .

However some did come through and several troop divisions suffered casualties and a couple of armored vehicles were damaged . But that was about all .

They continued to surge forward , being covered by Howitzer and PUMA artillerty pieces as well as air support ...

The Fleet spotted the enemy battleships from afar and opened fire with their Bushmaster Cannons , Phlanx Cannons and Sparrow Missiles .

The submarines from below fired off several Torpedoes which tagged the targets and slammed into them in a huge explosive fireball , thus completely disabling the ship .

Sea King sea-warfare choppers and Tomcats were dispatched from the carriers to eliminate the enemy battleships using a wide array of weapons from chin mounted cannons which raked across the decks , inflicting damage while Sea Sparrow and Hellfire missiles would knock off huge sections of the enemy ships .

The fleet took up evasive actions while mantaining a defensive formation ...

In order to help there fellow members of the coalition, the 12th Naval Attack Group is headed straight for Paramus. Ahead of the ships are 200 F-18 Hornets and about 300 Apache helicopters. These aircraft would reach the shores of Paramus and bombard any "hardpoints" which may present difficulty to the allies. 25 Predator UAV aircraft are also on there way to Paramus, where they will scout out all enemy troop concentrations, any potential hazards, and all the overall layout of the city. Meanwhile, more Ed States troops are being flown in to Zanski to take part in Operation Liberation, the final assault on Northern Zanski.

Jacob Axim was in his office in Paramus, looking across the sea, now a sea of fire and smoke. a tear was trickling down his cheek when the high secretary came rushing in.
"There is news of the last assault from the Federation. They have taken Merechzanskigrad and Hupulla. They are merely three hundred miles away, sir. The war is taking a turn for the worst." she said, "We are surrounded."

Axim cursed for a few seconds and came up with a solution.

"We have two hydrogen bombs, right?" He said.
"Um, I think we have seven." replied the secretary.
"Bomb the incoming mationbudi fleets! not here, but a hundred miles down the line, they are still coming. Mationbuds have done a lot of damage to us, so lets return the favour!"

To his right was the former Pudan base, the third biggest NF base. Now all that was left was a few burned timbers and a smouldering bonfire of enemy bodies. Behind him were his troops and the troops from Unit Ed States.

But three hundred and fifty miles in front of him, over the hills, was what mattered. The half-dead NF capital of Paramus. just four days ahead. Four days of bitter clashes with Northern Troops. But what a win it would be.

Suddenly a screech ripped through the sound of boots, and fourty NF planes flew overhead.
"Ready!" he shouted. The planes were getting nearer.
"Aim!" The planes started to shoot at the troops.
"Fire!!!"
the bombs rained down upon the troops, but minimal casualties were acheived and the planes were destroyed.
"Just four days..." he mumbled.

We need to see complete victory before election day gentlemen!" The Secretary of Defence spoke first, "sir, you should know as well as I that nothing ever goes as scheduled! You served two years in Montley yourself!" The men at the table looked unsurprised at the rude behavior of the general to the Prime Minister, for they knew the general was propbably the only one among all of them whom could get away with it, because of his tremendous popularity with the average citizens and councilmen alike. Randolph looked slightly upset, and said in a low tone, "I know. I should know... but we need to give the people a reason to re-elect me... please try your hardest people..." Over Paramus, on the oppossitte side of the city from the beaches/docks, Several hundred aircraft flew towards the bunkers and government buildings of the city. 600 assorted bombers, including a majority of B-52's, B-2's, and B-1's bombed the city with all the dumb bomb weapons loads they could possible carry. 400 fighters, including F-15's, F-16's, and a few AH-6 Harriers fired rockets and low tech missiles at the city. Nepalm and gunpowder littered the streets of Paramus. Nearby E-3's monitered the area and kept an eye out for SAM's and incoming fighters. A-10 Warthogs flew along the outside of the city, and fired at will at any defences which may present future hazards to invading troops. A single C-130, with a 5 F-16 escort, flew along the residential areas of the city, dropping thousands of propoganda pamphlets, including the usual "Jacob Axim slept with your mom!" bit. The C-130 also took pictures of the city once the pamphlets were dropped, to use in the future for maps, and to see the damage done by E.S. planes.
(OOC: Once again, please tell me how much AA there is so I can figure an appropriate death toll. As well concealed and high tech that these planes are, because of the sheer size of the force (several hundred), don't be sparing with the numbers.)

However one hydrogen bomb was still launched and from afar Maurader Missiles were fired to intercept and destroy the Hydrogen Bomb .

The Orbital satellite opened fire with its Chemical Lasers which would tear into the bomb , causing it to prematurely explode ...

Nepalm and gunpowder littered the streets of Paramus. Nearby E-3's monitered the area and kept an eye out for SAM's and incoming fighters. A-10 Warthogs flew along the outside of the city, and fired at will at any defences which may present future hazards to invading troops. A single C-130, with a 5 F-16 escort, flew along the residential areas of the city, dropping thousands of propoganda pamphlets, including the usual "Jacob Axim slept with your mom!" bit. The C-130 also took pictures of the city once the pamphlets were dropped, to use in the future for maps, and to see the damage done by E.S. planes.
(OOC: Once again, please tell me how much AA there is so I can figure an appropriate death toll. As well concealed and high tech that these planes are, because of the sheer size of the force (several hundred), don't be sparing with the numbers.)

OOC: Sorry I didn't specify. By AA I mean Anti Air defences. So I asked what Anti Air defences Paramus had, wether it be Surface to Air missiles, RPG's, or just a bunch of flak cannons. Oh, and that Hydrogen bomb sounds like an evil thing...

To help take part in the fall of Paramus, the Constitutional Monarchy of the United Ed States wishes to devote more men to the conflict. The 6th Mechanized Infantry Corps containing roughly 75,000 men using the standard Ed States equipment (M-16 assault rifle, 9mm sidearm for officers, gas/anti-radioactivity mask, SAW where available... etc. ...) will be shipped onto the beaches of Paramus. They will be shipped in by the 10th Naval Command Corps conatining about 37,000 men, 1 medium carrier, several destroyers/frigates and subs, and transports, all under the command of Admiral C. Baker.
The men will be split up as follows:

The Prime Minister looked at his cabinet. "Well gentlemen... elections are soon. Didn't my little speech get through to you people yesturday? This war needs to end in complete victory soon, or I'm out of office!," said he. The cabinet members looked around at eachother. "Sir, once these new troops arrive at Paramus, if planned correctly, it will be complete victory just as you want...," the cabinet member trailed off. Randolph decided to change the subject, "what's the mission stats from the mass air strike?" His secretary of defence replied, "unknown sir, they have just recently finished. We'll have a full report by tommorrow." Randolph nodded. "The men are making steady progress, I imagine?," he asked. "Yes sir, but high casulties and heavy fighting also, sir," came the reply.

The 12th Naval Battlegroup finally reached it's target. They stayed clear of the H-bomb expected explosion zone. The Admiral decided to instead to stay at a safe distance away and fire long range missiles at enemy troop concentrations. Also, the Constitutional Monarchy of the United Ed States asks Northern Zanski for one last chance to surrendur, and if we are refused, then you must face an imminant invasion of Paramus and any other northern strongholds. In other words, THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE!

thirty Soldiers patrolling the Republic of Northern Jayir (Zanski is a federation, remember) today were ambushed today by around three hundred members of a Wahabist Militia known as the Mhoudia Liberation Front (MLF). Mhoudia is the Arabic name for the region of Jayir. They believe in establishing an Islamic Military Dictatorship in the region and will go through any lenghths to do so.

Six of the Thirty were captured and taken hostage in Manache. Here is the letter released by the group.

Prime Minister Randolph looked around the bright and lit up room, located on his private 747, his own Air Force One. He looked outside one of the small windows and saw nothing but clouds. He was on his way to a very large conference in Beenland City, but for now he could sit back and relax, something which he couldn't often fit into his schedule. Just as he got comfortable, a flight attendant came in and handed him a packet of yellow papers. "This were just faxed in from Edland Heights, sir, from the Department of Defence Ministery Building." He grunted and took the papers. He waited for the flight attendant to leave, then began to read:
OPERATION LIBERATION: MISSION DEBREIFING
REPORT:
MISSION SUCCESS, BUT VERY COSTLY.
DETAILS: Of 600 assorted bombers (B-52's, B-2's, and B-1's), 400 fighters (F-15's, F-16's, AH-6 Harriers), several E-3's, A-10's, and a C-130. 23 planes were shot down. Another 14 were highly damaged, 11 were somewhat damaged (about 1 month of repairs worth) and 2 ditched. 6 pilots/flight crew are now classified as MIA.

The first wave of fighters and bombers began to hit targets while several F-15e's and B-2's hit AA points. The attack continued until one wave of B-52's were blown slightly too far from the city towards the hills. The AA here was not expected, and 3 B-52's were downed (all of whom's crews, unfortunately, were confirmed dead, for the altitude the bomber's were flying at made it impossible for a successful parachute drop). Then, shortly thereafter, 4 F-16's wandered into a AA nest which was not previously spotted. 3 of the aircraft were instantly destroyed, but 1 pilot managed to eject. His whereabouts are unknown, for his chute was spotted hitting ground, and then dissapeared. 1 F-15e, flying extremely low to the ground to attempt to hit a AA gun, was hit by low altitude fire, accompanied by the pilot losing control, and accidently smashing into a large building. A EC-3 AWACS aircraft spotted incoming fire with it's long ranged radar. To avoid it, the plane flew way out of it's predetermined course, got spotted by the enemy, and was then hit by even more fire. A SAM smacked into it's tail section, threw the plane into a spiral, and burst into falme before giving it's crew a chance to bail. A flight of 5 A-10's were operating as they are meant to, close to the ground. They recieve hardly any fire from there targets, and finaly obtained HQ permission to go ahead and use up there bombs on targets near the docks, seeing it as no threat, for they knew that ES Navy F-18's were near the docks to help them out if need be. Little did they know, the F-18's were withdrawed very recently after 2 were shot down (there were no survivors). The A-10's were massacred, and only 1 made it out without being shot down. The four shot were annhilated, and the pilots were confirmed dead. The 1 A-10 left managed to escape the area, but it's engines failed, most likely as a result of the AA fire. The pilot landed the aircraft on a unguarded beach, and all contact with him has now been lost. 8 AH-6 Harriers were going to find out the exact location of the downed AWACS, but they too flew out of there flight pattern, designed to keep them out of unneccassary fire, and were hit very hard. 6 of the planes were downed. 3 of them were completely destroyed, one's pilot managed to eject, and another two, using there vertical takeoff/landing abilities, landed in a large flat area outside of the city. These three pilots are now MIA. And last but not least, a B-1 was flying over a hilly area outside of the main city. High altitude anti aircraft fire knocked it out of the sky. Of the crew, only 1 parachute was seen. His whereabouts are unknown.

With the first wave, thousands drove there vehicles up onto the beaches, then piled out. As they did, calls of pride from the 6th Mechanized Infantry Division Corps were yelled. Then, they opened up with all sorts of wepondry, and waited to see what kind of resistance the enemy would offer...

No units can be allocated to help in Jayer presently, however a new Anti-terrorism unit is presently being formed in the UES. Once it is fully approved for combat, than they will help take part in the situation.

Jacob Axim sat in his office, with seventeen other soldiers guarding him.
The room was constantly being rocked by bombs going off below, and many shots had been fired through the floor. He knew that If the secret army wanted to kill him, they would have done a long time ago.

Suddenly one of his soldiers burst in, coughing up blood.He opened his mouth and began to speak.
"They're...here..."
He wheezed and his eyes shut.

Around thirty Secret Soldiers came in and a gunfight raged. They were trying their best not to hit Mr.Jayir, as their goal was to place him under arrest in the name of the Federation of Zanski.

When at last the gunfight calmed, a Secret soldier placed his gun to the evil Fascist's head.
"Jacob Axim Dictator of Northern Forces pof Zanski, we, the Secret Federational Army of Zanski, place you under arrest for crimes against the country that cannot be forgiven, including the bloodthirsty assassination of President Jarak Arma and the genocide of twenty thousand Arabs and Muslims. We look forward to a united, peaceful and Federational Zanski and hope you get the death penalty and burn in hell. I'm allowed to say that, right?"
Most of the soldiers agreed and Axim was taken in a tank which would be driven towards Yatta Island Prison for War Criminals.

When the banner of victory was flown in the air, most of the northern soldiers put up their hands and were arrested. They would be taken prisoner for a day while all of the land was cleared of Northern war criminals, then most of them would get a conditional discharge.

It was the ROJ's first elections for a governer.
It was ovewhelming--34% voted for the Mhoudia Liberational Front as opposed to just 16% for the labour party.
The names Jayiria, Northern Jayir and Republic Of Jayir would now be illegal to mention, and the nation would be called Mhoudia.

President Modi Arma has agreed to the liberation, but on the conditions that: The terrorist group be dismantled AND a treaty of trust be signed between the two nations in Manache, the state of Southern Jayir.

As the thousands of troops whom had landed on the beaches of Paramus threw up there hats in celebration of the end of the war, Prime Minister Randolph sat in his "White House", a superhuge mansion located in a huge grassy field in the middle of the bustling city of Edland heights. He had just turned on the news channel as just requested by his generals. All channels were being interupted due to the war's end. The Prime Minister beamed from ear to ear as he listened, "The war has ended! The "secret" army has taken control!" He had called his secratary of war within 30 seconds, telling him to tell his generals in Zanski that as long as the individual generals' had cleared their sector of all enemy resistance, then they were free to party because of the war's close. The search however for the hundreds of MIA troops within Zanski was only beginning. In particular, the pilots of the great bombing, whom were lost somewhere in the middle of a now liberated but still gigantic city. Search teams are being sent all over to help find the downed pilts, but so far, only plane wreckage and dismantled parachutes have been found.

WE ASK ALL NATIONS TO PLEASE HELP LOOK FOR OUR PROUD FIGHTING MEN WHO ARE MIA!

Also, let it be known that 19 of 20 UES Representative Communal members, 100% of the exectutive branch, and 4/5 of the UES government overall have voted in favor of the death penalty for Jacob Axim. He had just turned on the news channel as just requested by his generals. All channels were being interupted due to the war's end. The Prime Minister beamed from ear to ear as he listened, "The war has ended! The "secret" army has taken control!" He had called his secratary of war within 30 seconds, telling him to tell his generals in Zanski that as long as the individual generals' had cleared their sector of all enemy resistance, then they were free to party because of the war's close. The search however for the hundreds of MIA troops within Zanski was only beginning. In particular, the pilots of the great bombing, whom were lost somewhere in the middle of a now liberated but still gigantic city. Search teams are being sent all over to help find the downed pilts, but so far, only plane wreckage and dismantled parachutes have been found.

Also, let it be known that 19 of 20 UES Representative Communal members, 100% of the exectutive branch, and 4/5 of the UES government overall have voted in favor of the death penalty for Jacob Axim. And of this, 2/3 have voted for level 3 penalty (the highest level, and example being a firing squad).

It is official!

Mhoudia has been liberated! It is still a state of Zanski, but is a sort of Commonwealth state and does not take influence off of our government.
But there is some worrying news...

The Mhoudian Liberational Front has twenty MIA soldiers captive somewhere in the Jayir mountain range. They were taken during one of the Ville De Jayir battles.
War may be declared, so put your troops on standby.
Meanwhile, peace talks are being arranged in Ville De Jayir.

OOC: Captured MIA's? Superb. You do the peace talks, and if/when they go haywire, the UES forces would be happy to kill... I mean protect the innocent... and such...

After successful operations in Zanski, all troops EXCEPT the 6th Mechanized Infantry Division are being withdrew to the UES.

All UES troops, including the 6th Division, have now left Zanski. We wish united Zanski many years of prosporus peace.
