Articles of Imperial Rule
The Imperial Delegation flew to the Azimethian 'Capital' City to discuss with the Azimethian Delegation over the autonimounity in which the nation has claimed to 'hold'. In reality, the Azimethian region owed the Japanese Imperial Senate an explanation as to what the hell was going on. And so, their chance had come. And was soon to go. The meeting was the typical, short yet painfully long. Lots of yelling, cursing, and well what do you expect out of a Governmental meeting?
In the end, the Imperial Delegation was sent back to Tokyo, and now the Azimethian-swine of a 'King' was about to recieve some bad news. Over the following 7 days, the Imperial Senate approved of a large Invasionary force to be sent to the Azimethian Capital. To the world, it was only just the Japanese quelling a rebellion. But in reality, it was the Japanese obliterating this Government and it's Paramilitary forces. Which, honestly, wasn't much of a 'military'.
Two seperate fleets, one carrying 8,500 Marines and one carrying enough paratroopers to make the skies look like one gigantic storm cloud, had been sent. The Azimethian had no Navy, being as it was never fully reconstructed since it's past conflicts. So, it was not a problem. A few sinkings of a few Azimethian Coastal Defense ships, and soon the landing. The forces were prepped, and soon high-altituted stealth bombers were dislodged from their carrier decks and made-way to the Capital City.
The Azimethian Air Force was quick to respond once they realized the appearing blips were rather large ammounts of payload making it's way towards the ground. Plummeting with a velocity of -70 mph, and climbing. From the sky, the ground appeared to have bright orange flashes where collections of bombs went off. Streets were torn up, as well as the buildings surrounding them. The same was going on over the Military Base just outside of the Capital.
Azimethian Jets were now engaging the Japanese figher-jets dispatched to take care of the threat. In the sky, several metallic angels collided with bullets and rockets and in the rarest case one another. The smaller air-wing was dispatched of, and for now the skies were clear. The reason for no SAMs to have been fireing was simple. As the stealth bombers began their raid, small squadrons went for power plants. As well, small EMP-warheads were dropped over the largest grid located near the coast.
For now, it was safe to dispatch the paratroopers. Being as they could not bring too many large planes, smaller planes were used. So, the ammount of paratroopers / plane would be lower than usual. But, the mass ammount of carriers provided for plenty of parachutes to open up in the sky. At the same time, the Marines were landing quickly with their ground support and were making way to the Capital.
It was all going on quickly, being as it was not difficult to invade such an disuniformed nation. It was time for Japan to teach these 'break-aways' with swift punishment. And, perhaps, next time they would not be as lucky to be able to even elect a 'King'.
