I've had an idea for an RP/collaborative written story, that I'm looking to play with and test the water for.
Basic premise is a variety of ordinary people, all living and working within one city (current plan is Oxford, UK. Certainly has to be one I know) begin to notice weird things going on.
The RP is then done by following these characters, each played by someone I consider to be a good character RPer, in their attempts to discover what is going on - or follow them blithely ignoring ever more strange occurrences.
Now, the reason why I'm posting this here and now; I need to have a rough plot before I start.
So helpful suggestions are welcome for
1) reasons why things are going weird.
2) plot details
3) plot twists
4) ways to use the location to best advantage
Oh, and anyone who'd maybe be interested in joining - helpful suggestions are a way forward, though I'll need an idea of your RPing as well.
