The Constitutional Monarchy of Reiaa is a island nation in what was once The Island of Taiwan. in the Year 1 BWWI (Before World War III) or in Human The Year 2010, a Nuclear attack by China against Taiwan after a American Attack on Hong Kong, Taiwan was soon a Radioactve waseland and as for the rest of the war, In a Taiwan Zoo, something soon happened, The Animals were Mutated into Anthrpomorphic Beings who soon took over after Typhoon Rei blew The Fallout Cloud away from Taiwan two days later.

(note: After the Nuke attack, WW III became a Gun Shooting War, China Won after they Defeated Russia, Iran, North Korea and The US and formed the Sino-Japanese Republic when japan and china joined into one nation)

The nation is All forest with some Opened Areas, The cities are mainly in the Trees in the Form of large hut like Buildings that ARE the cities, all Anthropomorphic Beings that Live in these tree cities are peacefull at times, But Reiaa does have a military of over 400,000 Reiaans, mainly The Half-breed Chimeras that are hybreds of one Reiaan mateing with another.

All Reiaans are Magic users, they have Psycic Powers and Read others thoughts., they are Anthorpormorphics of all Animals, even Whales.
