OCC: My countries name for Earth V is called the Iberian Netherlands but you can just call it the Netherlands. Just something to remember in the future when your sending a message to my government.
IC: I would be honored to attending this conference, as peace and stability is the upper most concern to my government. To have enough time to prepare, when do you plan to hold this conference? Furthermore, I plan on personally attending said conference. Also, I would like to discuss others matters of state not listed in your message.
