"Sir! all stations ready," a nameless sailor saluted then returned to his station.
"Good, sound the drill and proceed to the target area." The admiral ordered to the man to his right. The man nodded and walked over to the alarm switch. The alarm sounded with a screaming wail. Their small cruiser started to drift away from the port of Viniere. The Wormwood Alliance's largest city and major port. After a few moments the alarm stopped as all men fell silent. Their target drew closer as the clock rolled on.
"Target sighted!" a voice whispered behind the admiral. He rushed to his post to observe the quite iron beast. He ordered the ship to halt and initiated the orders to fire upon the enemy ship. All hands shook as the newly created missile escaped the ships hull.

"Direct hit!" the same voice shouted and all smiled. The admiral sighed and started to write in what the experimental missile achieved. He was pleased about the results.

The ship returned back the their home station of Viniere. They were cheerful of returning back from a short training exercise. But few knew that the exercise actually was a testing mission.

The city of Viniere was rocked violently as an explosion dashed through the ports. The local news stations buzzed with the unexpected news. spectators looked on in confusion as they watched their TV screen and their window simultaneously.

"It appears to be an explosion caused by a munitions hold in one of the Navy's ships," a reporter began. "Not much is known at this point but we are getting conflicting reports. Some sources say that they saw Navy personnel board the vessel with riffles in their hands. Our sources at Dawning, our Capital, say that is was just a sailor that failed to close a gas line." The story begins to unfold. "But we have overwhelming conformation now... yes" the reporter pauses, "We just got overwhelming conformation that the ship was taken, and I will say again, taken by a small group of terrorists just before the explosion."

the story cuts off air as another explosion rips though the city.
