*Confederation of Grand Nations*

Pledges between members:

-Full Defensive Alliance

-Free Trade, free of tariffs

-The establishment of the CGN, International Intelligence Service

-Establishes the CGN Humanitarian Mercy Force

-Enables trust system, with all member nations, in the matter of Defense information, economic issues, etc.

-All nations are equal. However if membership exceeds 10 nations, an International Security Council will be founded, in which the 3 strongest members may join.

-A CGN constitution, in which articles may be challenged, repealed, or added.

-Agrees too a defensive alliance between all nations in which if a CGN member has a formal declaration of war against it, all other members must respond in said nations defense.

-Fair trade enforced too a point, in which if one member state posses a lot of fuel (for example) and one possesses alot of timber, and they both need each corresponding resource, it is mandatory for them too adopt a trade agreement.

-Each CGN must be willing too declassify a certain amount of government-secure information, which will be held with confidentiality, under pain of expulsion by other CGN members.

-Establishment of CGN International Treasury

-All decisions are proposed, then must be accepted with a majority vote. No decisions are arbitrary.

-First actions will be too establish friendly relationships with other international alliances.

-Headquarters will be in Mateel, New Ausha.

-All nations national leaders, upon requested entry, must have their head of state, meet in Mateel for the Opening Ceremony, in the newly built CGN headquarters building.

CGN National Treasury

This treasury will be headquartered in a member nation, of my choosing. Each nation will be expected too contribute, no less than 1,500,000,000 of their national currency, initially. At each summit, the CGN Budget will be a talking point, in which the Treasury’s budget for the year will be determined. The Budget can be raised or lowered, but the CGN’s yearly budget may not go under 150 billion, in order for it too sustain. The building, must have 30,000 Employees, on the CGN’s international payroll, and there must be employees from all members states (ratio is no issue) The building must have no less than 4,500 Guards, and must have state of the art security. As for the size, that is up for debate.

*CGN Humanitarian Mercy Force*

This forces specific goals are the following.

-Too prevent/relieve civilian suffering
-Too provide necessities (defined below) too said, civilians
-Too re-construct damaged areas, for civilian populations. (includes clean-up)

-Medicinal utility
-Antiquate clothing

The force is funded by the CGN Treasury. Funding begins at 3,000,000,000, purely at the cost of New Ausha. Contribution (outside of each nations mandatory treasury contribution) is purely up for decision. As for the peacekeepers, they can be attributed, at all member nations will. The force begins at 300,000 Peacekeepers, at the expense of New Ausha.

A Secretary is elected; too head the CGN Mercy Force. Express control of the forces/budget will be under his control.

A CGN Mercy Peacekeeper, will be equipped with the following:

-Carbine Rifle, 3 magazines
-CGN MF Helmet
-BDU
-Combat Knife
-Medical Kit
-Pistol
-Long Range Radio
-Combat boots, gloves
-Flashlight
-Map if area
-Water Canteen


The Mercy Force will utilize transport helicopters. It Is recommended the force shy away from using A LOT of military utility.


*CGN International Intelligence Service*

Funded by the treasury. A director will be elected by the CGN. He will run the budget/utility.

Agents, manpower will be donated at free will of member nations.

Currently, it is staffed with 130,000 personnel, at the expense of NA.

Functions of the IS:

-Foreign Wars
-International Instability

The CGN IIS, will play a vital role in bringing news and information too the CGN. It will be headquartered in a member nation, and must be staffed with no less than 25,000 multi-national personnel.

Article I:

In no instance, may any member nations, attack each other, or cut economic relations, under pain of expulsion.

Article II:

All nations must suspend tariffs, when trading with member nations, under pain of 30 day suspension.

Article III:

All nations, must express military interest, before undergoing said endeavor, under pain of 40 day suspension.

Article VI:

No nations may openly slander other member nations, under pain of 15 day suspension.

Article VI:

Any changes of the constitution, whether in the addition/subtraction of articles, must be with the unanimous will of ALL member nations.

Article VII:

Any cooperation with designated “enemies of the CGN, or excommunicated former CGN members” will result in expulsion.

Article VIII:

Member nations, who wish too declare war on another non-member nation, must state their ambitions (privately or publicly) too all CGN before doing so. Failure to do so, results in a 30 day suspension.

The freshly constructed building nearly shone in Mateel's light. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Andrew Warolov, got out of his limosine, along with his entourage.

He quickly proceeded up the steps, and into the building.

"Empty, thats strange,"

He murmured, as all he obsereved were Aushan honor guards.

He approached the podium, and began too go over his speech.

High Diplomat Shazade Johalma scaled the stairs of the CGN H.Q. leasuirely, taking in every detail of the shining new building. She was accompanied only by a member of the Red Ravens, the intensely professional Ravea assassian and spy agency.

Shazade was suprised as she walked into the building; she seemed to be one of the first ones here. She guessed the man at the podioum might be a New Aushan. Shazade quickly took a seat with her bodyguard, opened her briefcase, and started going through her notes.

The Mandalore arrived with 5 Imperial Stormtroopers in 1 Humvee. He liked this alliance, since New Ausha was in it, but was still cautious. Once he got out he greeted the other delegates.

Bridlington outwardly seemed very bored and unimpressed, but on the inside he was very excited as this was his first time to travel out of Cotenshire.

Shazade raised her eyebrows. The Narentan delegate was drinking way too much coffe for his own good. Having never liked coffe in the first place, she motioned to her bodyguard, he slipped a bottle of water out of his jacket and handed it to her. She downed half of it, her eyes wandering from the Maladore to the Cotenshire Knight, then to the Honor Guards placed all around the facility.

She was unimpressed by the guards; she had no doubt her bodyguard could probably take down every diplomat's bodyguards and half the honor guards before getting killed in the process, but she had to remind herself that she was here for peace, not war. Shazade had been following New Ausha's little war, and was not happy with either side of it. She hoped she could convince Minister Warolov to try and solve the problem peacefully instead of warmongering.

"Five of us is it?" Andrew inquired.

"Oh well."

He straightened his tie, and took the stand.

"If all delegates could take thier respective seats."

Clearing his throat, Andrew booted up his Macantosh, and lowered the giant screen.
