OOC: Just a quick rundown, NML is currently a single huge city, surrounded by farms.

Thousands of lower class citizens have taken to the streets protesting the recent huge rise in taxes for the lower classes. This tax hike came to fund a new military project codenamed Earthstormer. Cars have been overturned, shop windows smashed, and an estimated twenty people lightly injured so far. The president has vowed a quick end to these riots.

The Poor Quarter-

The mob advanced down the street, smashing or burning everything in their path. They carried signs with slogans such as 'Workers of the World, Unite' and 'Tax the Wealthy, not the Workers'.

A police barricade had been set up at the end of the street. Two huge speakers were turned on, blasting noise at the rioters, as a riot hose blasted water. When the rioters were in disarray, the speakers and hose were turned off and the police, wielding riot sticks trudged in, striking more or less indiscriminately. A rioter with a video camera, no doubt stolen from a store display, captured the scene. This was the only existing record of the death of an Officer Harrison, and was later confiscated by the government. Who shot Officer Harrison wasn't exactly clear, but in an instant riot got worse. The police drew guns, and the rioters, now fearing for their lives, pressed forward.

SIC: "All right, boys, you twenty, get in the truck," ordered the national guardsmen, gesturing with his rifle. Resigned, the prisoners did so, idly wondering where they'd be going.

Mark was the driver. He had avoided prison on several assault charges, and ninety-two counts of animal cruelty only through enlisting. As such, he had no problems with what he was about to do.

A few minutes out one of the prisoners shouted, "I smell gas!" Mark kept driving. There was frantic banging, but it eventually died away. Mark grinned fiercely as he wheeled the truck to the side of the road. Several other handpicked soldiers unloaded the bodies and dumped them into a pre dug trench. A bulldozer roared to life and began covering them. A few minutes later, another truck rolled up.

Late in the night three planes flew over head unmarked and rather defenseless. There orders where to stay as far away from the city as possible but drop the supplies in the surronding farming areas. Most of the supplies where guns ranging from simple pistols to machine guns and even an RPG or two scattered in the crates. They started to drop the supplies hoping the farmers would get them by morning.

"Wot da 'ell?" Asked a farmer, coming out of his house to hear the planes flying overhead. He scurried back inside when he saw something drop from it, and he and his family hid in the storm cellar for an hour or so, until he nervously ventured out.

"Eh? Wots dis?" He asked, examining the crate. As his wife and son stood nervously back, he pried the lid off with a crowbar.

"Dis be uh gun." He announced, looking at it. "Wot dey wonta go an' drop guns onna us fer?" He turned to his family, who were similarly perplexed.

OOC: Yeah... I didn't realize you meant dropping guns on the farmers, or I would have explained. The farmers are largely self sufficent, and don't get much from the city government beyond military protection. They have their own small police force, etc. As such, they aren't taxed anywhere near as much as the worker class in the city, and aren't rioting.

"Shit!" was all the HIgh leader had to say. Someone fucked up with the intelligence! "Now we have alot of weapons gone and this shit is going on. Ok no more games. We go in now. THis presdient is an obvious loon and we don't know what else he will do to his people or other countries with any other plans he has in head" he said. The council nodded and began to get to work.

There would be no declartion of war or warning like ZAckaroth had done other times. They catch NML off guard hopefully. While sea invasion was impossible and it would take hours for helicopters to get there so the only option for now was to lead a Paratroop assualt. Along with that a Special Task force would be assiagned to retrieve all the weapons lost during the failed supply attempt.

" We ask the NML goverment to cease and stop taxing it's citzens so heavily on a project which is doomed to failed. This cause many unwanted problems to befall your goverment

SIC: "Half of a percent? This is unacceptable!" Shouted the president, throwing a full coffee pot at the aid who had brought him the unwelcome news. The aid, long since used to the president's mood swings, ducked expertly under the projectile.

"Sir, we can't go any faster without arousing suspicion from the international community."

"Well, according to these reports, it looks like there's already someone meddling. This is the twentieth report I've had about weapons being airdropped on the farms. Speed it up."

The High Leader gave the final go ahead to prepare the planes for "Operation Sunset". Like the name the attack would happen at Sunset. 10 planes where preparing to lift off each holding about 30-40 men each armed with Ak-47's and M-16's with some heavy infantry also coming along to help with any tanks or armor carriers.

Around 15 fighter jets where getting ready to escort the paratroopers. Now it was just time to wait and see.

"Sir, one of the farmland radars has just picked up inbound planes."

"So they come. Very well. You may slow the cleansing again. Scramble all troops to defend the city. The farmers can protect themselves if need be, they say so in Senate often enough."

"Yessir."

OOC: Sure.

" I want troops surronding the city. If the farmers on you fire back. But if they do not leave them alone and get off there property as soon as possible. You all have about an hour or so before reinforcements arrive" said the Commander Rain to all the planes.

A few minutes later Troops parachuted out of the planes armed and ready to fight. They where equiped with nightvision goggles to see in the coming. Once they would land they search for hostiles and act accordingly.


Back in the Zackaroth the main army was gearing up for the reinforcment. About 20 tanks and around 500 men made up the group along with 10 helicopters. Within minutes the countries security force was upped just incase the local terroist decided to take advantage of this siuation as they had done in the past.

The High Leader over looked all the plans with his generals in his war room. " Ok men. I am expecting an easy battle but we won't know that for sure until we actually fight them. I want to be kept update to date on everything. i want the borders secured to make sure by the off chance they decide to invade us we are ready. I want all cities on alert and the SAM sites around them to activate just incase" He said as the generals nodded and got to work.

A farmer stood out in his fields, looking up at the sky. "Betty!" He yelled, "Dey be druppin' de guns agin!"

Betty came out. "Dat be muchly granner den de planes befo."

The farmer looked up for a moment and shrugged as he saw on object start to descend. But he did send Betty back in for his shotgun, just in case.

Lucius Blackhelm, Chancellor of the Confederacy, had been watching the reports from this nation for sometime. He hated communism, and decided now was a time for the Confederacy to break out of isolation.

Message to government of No Mans Landia

The Confederate military is prepared to support your government, and are willing to send over 15,000 men and vehicles. These men would not only assist in defending your nation, but would also help train your military.

Official Communique: Such a generous move would be much appreciated, especially as we appear to be under attack by the communist pigs of Zackaroth.

As the soilder's landed they formed into group and pointed and started marching for the city mostly not bothering with the farmers if they didn't bother them. They marched for the city in an organized group to attack the city straight on.

" Sir the troops are heading torwards the cities with no hostile movments by the farmers or atleast not yet. They will be attacking the city in a few minutes. The main army is near the border. About ten minutes before they reach it and about another twenty before they reach the city itself" said a general to the HIgh Leader. Aimless nodded and kept kept his eyes glued to a map infront of him.

General Iron was in command of the First Artillery. Reports coming in had confirmed the location of a group of foreign soldiers. General Iron hadn't earned his nickname by being shy about bloodshed. In the Old Riots (previously just The Riots before this new round started, and not really connected) he had set up his guns right on main street and pounded away at the mob until they broke and ran.

And these were foreigners for God's sake. So it was with no hesitation at all that he ordered the artillery to open up.

Within hours of recieving the response, the first men were nearing the NML shore. Aboard a C-130, sat some of the most elite men in the entire Confederacy, possibly the world. Twelve Honor Guards, broken into three teams of four men each, prepared to parachute down to the farmland below and set up defenses. Col. Faustus Greengrove stood in the open doorway of the plane as the prepared to dive.

"Alright ladies, you now the deal. We get down, link up, and begin setting up fortifications with local assistance. The first plane is dropping leaflets as we speak." He stuck his head out, holding onto the doorway, and saw the C-130 ahead of their plane finish droppping the thousands of pieces of paper.

"Let's roll men!" he shouted before diving out. The rest of the me followed one by one, and all drifted softly down to the ground.

Yea, that is where the corporation is based, but the governemnt is run by a Chancellor and a Senate. I prefer to RP with Griffincrest however, but now it is tied up so I am using the Confederacy here,

Because the digital camera had arrived in the mail one day, with instructions to bring it to Cour and give to the media.

Between that and the obviously expensive digital camera, the guards did indeed glance at him and move along. A moment later there was a struggle, and an old man, in a ragged overcoat was violently dragged from the bus. Jimmy felt his fists clench, but he didn't move. He couldn't afford to fight now. He had to get the camera to the Cours.

"Shit they have reinforcements!" said one of soilders before he was mowed down. Some of the others took cover and began firing at the postion of the fortfications. Snipers took shelter in open buildings and attemptd to pick off enemey soilders.

Soilders still in the farm areas where advised to stay in the farms and fight off the Blackhelm troops landing should they land in the farm fields. Many took shelter in the fields hiding and waiting for the forces to land. Those who couldn't hide started to fire in the sky hopefully getting lucky in hitting a paratrooper.

meanwhile the reinforcements inZackaroth stopped and waited for another large group to join up. Only the copters kept going to provide support and more troops.

In the large Citdial Aimless looked in horror. " Oh shit! THere genocidial! Damnit! All those people" he said shaking his head in disgust.

While the Errikan government remains entirely neutral in this conflict, aside from not hiding that it will take your average genocidal maniac over communism any day, the private sector is not so aloof.

A Mucro-based mercenary group would like to know if No Mans Landia would be interested in procuring their services. While several legions of various Mucro forces directly supported your military efforts (ie: kill your enemies) Elite former Errikan Faust Troopers could train much of your forces while Weapson based vendors sell high quality weapons and supplies to your forces at deflated prices. In exchange, the substantial mercenary fees are paid and, following the war, Weapson gets exclusive military manufacturing rights within your nation, direct tax free. However, they have all recieved training, and the commanders can all speak English. They will not hesitate to kill anyone you order them to (aside from one another and employers). THe soilders in the city started taking cover as reports of bombers and a bit more reinforcments where coming in. About 20 bombers and 30 jets where preparing to attack the city. The bombers started going after the artillery postions the soilders radioed in. The jets scrambled around trying to distract or draw any other planes or AA guns that might be fired.

In Zackaroth a group of 30,000 soilders and 400 tanks rolled to the border. The reinforcments had been buffed up alot. They started to speed up torwards the city. They saw the farms in the distantance and the city. " This Zack A1! We are heading on your postion now. We see the city and are heading torwards the farms.Hold your postions till we get there over!" said General Tim Buck to the forces in the city.

And btw, while you people were off not rping, I got involved in another war. And then another nation whom I had an alliance with got in a war, so I had to back them up too. That equals two wars for me to fight :( ...
And they do say two's company, three's a crowd... so I don't know if I'll be able to get as involved as I would have liked to. Sorry.

Just a refresher:

These were not mere men. They were killing machines.

As the first limo turned the corner, the first man shrugged off his coat, unshouldered an RPG and placed it directly in the windshield. The second car, a much smaller one, quickly began turning around, but not in time to avoid the driver being perforated by bullets. The third car crashed, and was similarly penetrated.
