Today 0600 hours a small French Fleet set sail a week ago to invade the nation of Cote d'Ivoire to bring it back into the French Empire. The 1re Brigade Mecanisee (1st Mechanized Brigade), 3e Brigade Mencanisee (3rd Mechanized Brigade) and 9e Brigade Légère Blindée de Marine (9th Light Armoured Marine Brigade) landed on the cost of Cote d'Ivoire and started to move into the Military Headquaters at Abidjan to make a swift defeat of the military forces.

The military forces of Cote d'Ivoire has been cought of guard by the sudden invision of the Imperial French Forces. What little military forces of the Ivoire Military Forces where ready they started to open fire on the French Forces and were able to inflicted minor damages to the French Military Forces. The Cote d'Iovire Navy did not put up much of a fight for only having limited means to fight off the French Invision Forces before they landed on the cost and headed to the Abidjan Military Headquaters of the Full Cote d'Ivoire Military Forces. And the Ivoire Air Force was destoryed earlier on the in 2004.

The Rebel forces in the country have started to begin working with the French Forces to help bring the control of the country under the control of the French Forces.

As things began to settle down in the Iberian Peninsula, a decision was brewing over whether to extend the Royal forces into another conflict or sit on the side lines. After much debate and all sides being heard, the go ahead was given. A single Marine Battalion would be sent to the nation of Ivoorkust. After years of corruption and civil war. For the first time in a long time, peace and democracy was being restored to this West African State.

It would take time for the Transport ships to be relocated to ship the necessary troops to the Ivory Coast. Until then, the Angarita Marine Battalion which was stationed in the Dominion of Venezuela was being shifted to the docks and having their equipment stowed for the long trip to the Ivory Coast.

The Hr.Ms. Rotterdam (L800) was to carry the troops to their destination. She would be supported by the Hr.Ms. Tromp (F803), a De Zeven Provinciën class Destroyer. The Hr.Ms. Karel Doorman (F827), Hr.Ms. Willem van der Zaan (F829) and the Hr.Ms. Tjerk Hiddes (F830)- all Karel Doorman class Frigates would also be joining the fleet. Finally for fleet support, the Hr.Ms. Amsterdam would also be joining the fleet.

The Angarita Marine Battalion was to be under operational control of the French Forces, but tactically would be under the Royal Forces control. If, all went well Democracy would be brought to the Ivory Coast without a high loss of life. The Netherlands government knew in their heart that, while the people of the Ivory coast would resist the change. They would soon embrace democracy for their people. Freedom, could not be stopped.

We have engaged units from the Ivoire Army Armor Battalion. Then Ivoire Armor knocked out two of the Leclerc from the 11ème régiment de cuirassiers of the 3e Brigade Mencanisee. They also lost 50 Infantrymen too. Well inflicting more then wiping out most of the Armor Battalion from the Ivoire Army well at the sametime inflicting great damage to the Para Infantry Battalion and Infantry Battalion. The numbers of dead or wounded is not know at this time on the Ivorie Military.

As the commander of the Angarita Marine Battalion got his orders and read over them careful. The time had come to address his men.

Though units were still being unloaded, a company was already ashore and would be sent to assist asap. Addressing the company, soldiers we have received our orders and they are to support the Rebels in freeing their country and bring Democracy to this region. we will be working closely 1er Regiment d'Infanterie de Marine. You men are to be on your best behavior and to show the locals the upper most care and kindness. You are only to return fire and not to start it. Picket your targets people and no firing blindly. Were hear to help these people, not slaughter them. Dismiss.

At that C Company of the Angarita Marine Battalion moved out. They would be joined by the rest of the unit once they were ashore, which was to be shortly as they were being unloaded off the ships as of this moment.

Upon issuing the orders to his troops, Commander Carlos Soublette forward the following message to the French Military Headquarters.
Orders Received and being carried out. Thanks for the welcome, but were not here for a vacation. We have a job to do and we plan to do it and help you and these people to the best of my and my troops ability.

So the formal agreement of a cease fire was signed by General Louise Bonaparte a member of the famous Napoleon Bonaparte family from Corisca. The cease fire agreement makes way so General Bonaparte to take full control of the country and to put in place a formal government for the country of Cote d'Ivoire. They will also be allowed to send people the French National Assembly and the French Senate. This will not take affect until a government is in place. Thank you very much that is all.
