While Ackistan has historically been a peaceful nation, they have raised they eyebrows of many military analysts by recently increasing their defense spending by nearly 130%.

At the time, Ackistani leadership have made no statements regarding their nuclear intentions.

Use oil. In fact, Griffincrest would like to establish trade relations with your nation.

The Republic of Ackistan would be honored to enter trade negotiations with Griffincrest. I believe you will find our automobiles, computers, and uh cheese to be among the finest to be found in the world.

For your benefit, we would happily provide Griffincrest several acres of land in our capital city should you desire to establish an embassy in our fair nation.

The King has made it clear TastyWheat fully supports Urainium Enrinchment and Nuclear Plants for peaceful purposes. However it feels that other nations are ignoring the fact of Ackistan refusing requests for Wepons Inspectors therefore it requests that Ackistan allows a Dimplomatic Envoy based on Naval Ship to enter its water to discuss the situation. The GASN only wishes to keep other nations from doing what they want. Darwin's theory states that the weak are only there to benefit the strong. I abide by this theory, absorbing weak nations and using their resources to benefit myself. A nuclear power as yourself would not be considered weak.

I urge you to reject Aequatio's proposal, and if nessecary you may send your men to the GNF base for training. We are also willing to sell you production rights to our Mercury AFV, and sell you surplus G36E assault rifles.

The Global Alliance of Sovereign Nations only wish to protect the very nature of a country's nationhood and allow them to develop into stronger organizations under their own power. The neo-imperialism that is the methods of the Griffincrest Corporation must be stopped and the proliferation of their power must also be curtailled. While we cannot force your national government to make a decision, we must inform them that accepting the aid of the Griffincrest Corporation will only allow for the infiltration and eventual overthrow of your administration and the elimination of your nation's sovereignty as you are absorbed as another province in the growing corporate empire.

Off the record, the we advise that the people of Ackistan do not trust the Griffincrest Corporation any further than you can throw them. While The Community has no official opinion on the Global Alliance of Sovereign Nations, it would be worthwhile to weigh your options before committing to any large alliance.

Unfortunately, the decision made by the Council of Ten stands, and we will be unable to supply you with uranium, but in light of what could be at best another clash between the Griffincrest Corporation and the GASN, and at worst a grave threat to your sovereignty, The Community will supply you with 20,000 gallons of heavy water and aluminum centrifuges that can refine fuel grade uranium for five reactors every year.

Our previous offer still stands, with the added incentive that we will subsidize 25% of the cost of the uranium you import from us for the first year and a free CANDU reactor. Having reviewed your most generous offer, the Ackistani government is optimistic that an agreement may be reached between our two nations.

My economic advisors estimate that allowing the Blackhelm Confederacy to build a naval base in our country will generate approximately $1 billion in tax revenues annually. If Aequatian or the GASN alliance is willing to commit to offering a similar or greater amount of economic aid to our country for the next 20 years, we would be willing to reject the Blackhelm Confederacy's request for a naval base in favor of your aid package.

While the Republic of Ackistan approves of the goals of the GASN alliance, we feel it would be imprudent at this time for our nation to consider joining the alliance ourselves.
