President Amras Wallace was about to board his brand new helicopter, entitled Water Dragon I, when his cell phone rung.
"Hello."
"Sir, we need to have a briefing concerning the Vis Islands."
"Can it wait? I am supposed to met with Madame Bianco of Imperial Aaronia."
"It is important. Quite important."
"Fine, but I am still going to send someone, but who? Damon is off on the island of Matador, and..."
"You could send Jonathon Gutier. He is the Vice President's chief assistant."
"Alright, send him immediatly."

Water Dragon I now housed former Army general Jonathon Gutier. A broad shoulder, brash man, who wore a scar on his left cheek. He looked over his notes and memorized them word for word.
"I don't want to screw this up."
After a long journey, Gutier could see the nation of Aaronia.
This is Water Dragon I traveling from Great Nari. We are carrying a Jonathon Gutier who has a meeting with a Madame Bianco. Do we have clearance?

Water Dragon I flew to the designated point, and the pilot enjoyed the beautiful environment of Aaronia. "It shouldn't be too much longer sir."
"Thank you," said Jonathon Gutier. He looked over his notes, stepped off the plane and waited for the delegation to meet him.

"Mister Ambassador!" came the cool voice of Madame Bianco, "welecome to Portaños!" she exclaimed.
As the Great Narian delegation stepped off the plane and into their respective cars, Madame Bianco grabbed a few of her own faces, and shoved them into her car, along with the Cheif Ambassador of Nari.
"allow me to introduce, Madame Serra T'Latrek, the Master of our Senate, Baron Aaron, one of our former Presidents, and Sir T'Laris of the Resistance, one of our more celebrated war hero's!"
