(OOC anyone reding this i must apologize when i wrote RP i meant IC as the leader of your nation not as an RP) As the President of Hugohk i send this emergency message over the world!
My nation has been attacked by Terrorists!
The safety situation is under control.
But i could use some Emergency Supplies cause as one of the biggest mall's in Hugohk is in ruin!
We need help, 345 people dead. 400 missing!
The HBI (Hugo's Bereau Of Investigation)
has done research on who did it. And we have some clues that the perps are from Hugohk!
Probably some Cultist nutjobs! I am asking for this because Hugohk is not a wealthy country i only have a few Police officers and almost no fire brigades! I have everyman working on it (that i have but it may not be enough)

His name is Joachim "The Needle" Torson
he has been in prison a few times for mostly anything! Anything from Assault to illegal weapon use.
Although we dont know where there HQ is The HBI is working on it right now!

What happened was. A few terrorist armed with AK 47:s (illegal Weapons) Stormed a local mall started shooting around at everyone moving.
The local security thought they were here for money. I quote the security officer in charge (actual words from interrogation)
"They completely ignored the peoples cries for mercy. I actually shot one of them. But then i got shot in the chest and passed out. My officers said that they didnt care for money. People were throwing money at them (thinking they were robberers doing it for money) Then i woke up and heard: "Hurry up you moron! Get it done!" I peeked up and saw them with a very large number of explosives. It was enough to level the whole mall! They ran out then i tried to run out i tried to shout at people to get back. People saw that i was an officer and ran like i said then i only remember a very bright light and warmth. (OOC They planted a large number of C4 mixed with a whole lot of gasoline and oil! It leveled the whole mall to the ground!

OOC: I don't think you really grasp the OOC vs. IC thing. This RP is very sloppy and that is why I think most people are not posting. Take the time to observe some other peoples posts. Read the stickies, and get a better feel for the game. Then try this RP again, and I assure you people will get interested.
