Message to The International Community
From: CEO Michael Bari, We Buy It Incorporated
We are sending out this message to the international community because a new market has just opened in our country, opening great opprotunities for trade from new foreign nations.
This new market comes from the government lifting their ban of Ivory Products, such as ivory piano keys and ivory jewlery which has sparked off huge demands for ivory based products. We would usually quick fill this new demand, but the government ban over hunting elephants, the main source of ivory in the country, has greatly hindered and even stopped our efforts.
We are requesting a initial shippment of 6000 metric tonnes of ivory to our company, after that we request 1500-2500 metric tonnes of ivory yearly, dependant on consumer demand. Price for a kilogram of ivory in The Silver Sky is holding at a steady $2000 USD (about $600 USD per lb)
We will pay quite highly for this rare resource, payments include cash, gold, silver, copper and other precious metals, and other things such as iron, uranium (ore, refined or depleted), military goods [OOC: In signature], and petroluem based products.
We hope that someone can supply our needs, and that we can reach a quick agreement that would be benifcial for all.
From: Zanehsa, Director of The department of Trade.
We will sell you 6000 Metric tonnes of Ivory for the prices listed.
We prefer Gold, rare metals and gems. If this is acceptable, please respond with preferred method of delivary.

From: CEO Michael Bari, We Buy It Incorporated
We have approved your offer, the first half of the $12,000,000,000 USD ($12 Billion) will be wired to your account of choice upon your approval. The second half will be wired upon the completion of the delivery, we would like the initial delivery(The 6000 metric tons) of ivory to be delivered by ship to our terminal in Porto Diego.
For the rest of the deliveries we would like them to be shipped to our terminal in St. Ark harbor. For the price of the 1500 metric tons of ivory per year, we can deliver 2000 metric tons of rare metal (whatever combination you need) and 200 metic tons of gems.
It's been great doing business with you.
[OOC: Btw, gold and most rare metals are rather plentiful in my countries, except for platinum(estimated reserve is <10,000 metric tons), gems are rarer then ivory, the cost for my country should equal the cost of the ivory for me, and dependant on the amount of rare metals you have, it should exceed the cost of you exporting the ivory by alot.]

Porto Diego...
An odd storm blew in. It was odd in the fact that it accompanied a thick fog, cutting off visability for anything further out than a mile. It must also have distorted sensors some how, because it seemed that a flying continent was out in the storm too, but that was ridiculous, who ever in their right minds heard of flying continents? Either way a Ri-anese trading vessal sailed into the outer fringes of port. The ship resembled a large whale of some kind. The hull was white.
"This is the Ri-anese trading vessal "Moby". we request permission to pull into port and complete the trade of 6000 Metric tonnes of Ivory. We bring with us account numbers for an electronic transfer of funds for this trade, unless you wish to give us the money in a physical manner." The voice said.

SSRS 'Nautilus', 'Spiritus Dei'-Class Heavy Cutter...
The powerful ship bashed through the waves outside the harbor, it's 18inch guns displayed the raw power of the vessel, it'ss radar was pumping out waves at high power, if this was a war the ship would literally be sending out it's death song, but the war was no where near here, for now.
As for the term 'Heavy Cutter' that was also misleading, what cutter was armed with 12 18 inch guns in quad turrets it was a true warship, a Heavy Cruiser to be precise. Anyways, I'm just rambling now.
The transmission was heard by the bridge crew of the 'Nautilus' and was relayed to the other ships in the area and harbor control, after recieving comfirmation and recovering from a brief fit of hysterical laughing at find the pure white ship (the irony was too much for the crew) a message was sent back as the 312m 'Heavy Cutter' pulled infront of the huge ship.
"This is the SSRS 'Nautilus', a heavy cutter of the Silve Sky Republican Coast Guard, we will bring you into port, there is a large amount of activity so please stay right behind us at a steady 10 knots, the money will be delievered at the dock, half in cash, half in electronic payment."

"As you wish.
The vessal followed. Once docked, a rather business like man stepped out.
"Greetings friends. I bring ivory, yes. That will be unloaded shortly by my own men, after you show us where to unload. Meanwhile, Lady Ri-an, revered throught as the mother of our nation, sends a gift to your leader, as a token of peace and friendship." The man said.
He pulled out of a small padded box, a delicate elephant, carved entirely from Ivory, Black Ivory. It shimmered, and had Green Jade for Eyes, and caps of White Ivory on its tusks, and, yes, for toes, some one had put in Toenails made of Platinum. The man put it back in as carefully as he had gotten it out.
"It has been said, that it doubles the wealth of whomever weilds it. But then, even if that is not true, it is still very beautiful to look at." The man said.
"Oh, where are my manners? My name is Sorgei, Captain of the Moby. She used to called The Moby Dick but too many people kept laughin, so I changed it to Moby." Captain Sorgei said. He had a white scarf about his neck, and wore a blue jacket, and brown pants with a yellow shirt. He squinted in one eye, and had an unlit pipe in his mouth. His black Boots squeaked in the wet weather.
Meanwhile, hatches opened in the side, and gang-planks were ran out to unload the Ivory, and load the payment.

Dock 2-A, Porto Diego, Meridional Province, The Silver Sky
Captain Sorgei was greeted by the sight of a solitary man wearing military fatigues, behind him were a dozen or two troops like him and a few dozen other dock workers.
Arrayed even farther behind him were eight LV-08 Armored Patrol Trucks, several large cargo trucks, and 4 M89A1 IFVs. Yes, Infantry Fighting Vehicles escorting a convoy of Ivory, if Captain Sorgei guessed that this ivory had some kind of national security importance for The Silver Sky, he would be exactly right.
The man was reffered to as 'Sarge', but his real title was Sergeant Henry Wheeler.
He nodded through the man's ramblings and showing off of the shiny ivory elephant, very beautiful for sure he thought, but not why he was here.
"I'm Sergeant Henry Wheeler, of the We Buy It Inc. Security Force." Said Sarge as he went to shake Sorgei's hand. He then waved to the ment to begin loading. "We will pay you as soon as the ivory is all unloaded, those trucks over there," he pointed to two small trucks, one with a rather large safe in truck bed and the other with an electronic machine, "have the payment, the money will be given to you directly, while the electronic payment will require you to input the account details."
"Oh, where are my manners, welcome to Porto Diegeo! Welcome to The Silver Sky" Said Sarge with a humorous attitude, a change from his unemotional attitude a few moments earlier.

Sorgei handed the box over.
"well then sarge, I trust you'll be the man to deliver this to your nations Leader. Its a pleasure to meet you." Sorgei said.
Burly mean began hauling the crates with care to the trucks. Each crate was badded insde and out to protect the ivory.
"So," Sorgei said as he headed over to the electric truck to input the account details, "I guess everyone seems to think this Ivory is important stuff. I know it's valuble, but, its kind of an honor to get a military greeting."
Soon enough, the ivory was off the ship, and into the trucks.
"alright then, I guess its your turn." Captain Sorgei said.

The Ivory was quickly loaded onto the trucks, which pulled away towards the transport terminal of the dock.
"Don't worry, I'll be careful, and likewise." Said Sarge as he followed Sorgei to the electronic truck. "We're not really military, we're a privately owned company, one of the biggest in The Silver Sky and Northeastern Haven, laws are lax enough to allow companies private security forces. And this Ivory, from what I have heard, may be key for national security, pulling nations to our side in a soon to be conflict 12,000km south of us."
After Sorgei entered the numbers Sarge motioned for the safe with the rest of the money to be loaded. He hand Sorgei a key. "This is the only key to that safe, do not lose it, also, you're invited to spend the night here at our barracks so you don't have to leave in the storm, it's sure to be more comfortable then this ship." He finished with a smile.

"Its an honor, lemme just put this Key up." Sorgei said.
He darted onto the ship, and put the key in a safe only he could access. Then he darted back out.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" sorgei shouted at the top of his lungs.
A thin whispy man that looked like he had a permanente case of seasickness came out.
"Tell the fleet to go on without me." Sorgei said.
Hans nodded and went back inside.
Sorgei went over to Sarge.
"Alright, I'm ready the boys prefer to stay on the ship. Hans, well, he's on odd feller, talks funny in his sleep sometimes. Hans, now he's also a weatherman, says the conditions are going to be the same tomorrow, only not as bad. It'll be easy sailing for me. Why, once I sailed through a storm so bad, not even Radar went out further than a few inches. It was like sailing through pea soup. You shoulda been there." Sorgei said.
Anyone that knew Sorgei knew he was going to launch into one of his exaggerated sea tales that were only partially true. Like this one, a favorite of his. Truth was, there was a dense fog, and the equpemnt on the ship was failing, but but by putting someone in a crows nest, like in the old days, he was able sail through with little difficulty. however to hear him tell it, he crawled through 60 ft waves with lightning hitting the ship every other second.
