Very well. Mr. Cao Yang and his staff of 50 men will arrive in Kure to set up the embassy in about a month. Does we need to have any kind of arms on the embassy?

SIC

The military buildup in Asian China which started many years ago, will continue as long as the economy is growing stronger and stronger.

The number of military troops has increased from 2,000,000 (0,27% of the population) to 8 million personnel as of today. The military budget has, in the same time, increased from $400,633 million to 1,268,369 million. The government's goal is to have 15 million soldiers (including logistics personnel) in the People's Liberation Army (PLA), which equals 2% of the total population in Asian China.

Mr Bot,

We thank you for the warm welcome. We are surprised that a nation we never have heard of shows us this kindness.

We accept to exchange embassies with The Netherlands, and we will welcome Mr. Wever as your Ambassador. But we cannot accept the armed guards, as every kind of arms is banned at embassies in Asian China. You don't need to have armed guards, as the crime rate in the diplomatic district of Hangzhou is zero (the Asian Chinese police are prioritizing that area). For further information, see the attached rules for Foreign Embassies within The People's Republic of Asian China.

We would like to open an Asian Chinese embassy in your capital. The ambassador will be Mr. Ji Mingyi, age 53.

The Emirate - realizing what a stabilizing force Asian China can serve in the sometimes volatile situation in China - wishes to establish formal relations with Asian China. As is our custom, we wish to offer an embassy in either Al Qahirah or in Al Iskandariyah - the primary difference being the ambience of the environs.

We furthermore implore your government to make certain that the utmost attention is paid to the rights of your citizens and those who reside in uncivil territory. We support the current operations in Shandong and Henan, as they were apparently perpetrated by hostile forces seeking to incapacitate the stabilizing force that Asian China presents.

We accept your offer, and would like to open an embassy in Al Qahirah. The Asian Chinese Ambassador will be Mr. Li Weifeng, age 39. He will arrive with his delegation of 50 people in about one month.

We're also giving you permission to establish an ALM embassy in the city named Hangzhou, the region capital of Zhejiang Shěng, located 180 km southwest of the Asian Chinese capital Shanghai.
We're having some special rules (attached) for foreign embassies in Asian China, we want you to read them and if you agree to them, you're welcome to open your embassy.

The people of Asian China have all the rights they need. They don't need to take responsibility for everything, as the government takes care of many daily things. One example is that they don't need to be upset by surfing on the internet, as only governmental authorities have access to the net. No one in Asian China is paying electricity bills, the electricity is already paid via the income tax. I can continue forever, but the main point is that they are happy and safe.

We thank you for your support with the operations in Shandong and Henan Shen's.

It was just us saying it. We are pleased at the level of social progress in Asian China. We will make accommodations for Li Weifeng's arrival, and we will make certain that our embassy officials remain in accord with the People's Republic's regulations. We also submit to you the profile of Yusuf al Khalifa, a native of Manama. He has had many years of schooling in China, learning about China and the language. We feel that his cultural and political understanding of the Chinese people in general makes him more than qualified in serving as Ambassador to the People's Republic of Asian China.

He has yet to be confirmed by the Emir, but in truth, his qualities make his appointment only so certain.

This is Li Leilei for Asian China Cable News.

Today Asian China called home the ambassador in Iberian Netherlands, Mr. Ji Mingyi. This is due to their request of isolation. The Asian Chinese government has declared the Iberian ambassador, Mr. Wever and his staff, persona non grata, and expects them to leave Asian China within one week.

The Asian Chinese government does not look with bright eyes on the canceling of the diplomatic contacts, and the government tells that the Iberian Netherlands will have a hard time establishing a new embassy within the Peoples Republic of Asian China.

It is likely that Ji Mingyi will have a new commission as an ambassador somewhere, but the ACCP are not willing to tell in which country.

If, need be- the RUN agrees to have a meeting at the time and place of your government's choosing.

We agree to an embassy exchange with all of the nations within The Republic of United Nations. We would prefer that the RUN would have one embassy for all of the nations within RUN, located in Hangzhou as all other embassies in Asian China. We would like to have the Asian Chinese embassy in one capital/country of your choice, and one general-consulate in all other nations in RUN.

The Asian Chinese Communist Party has assigned Mr. Qu Shengqing to the mission as the ambassador in RUN. The former ambassador in Iberian Netherlands, Mr. Ji Mingyi, is nowadays a happy ambassador in Taiwan.

I'm looking forward to increasing trade between Asian China and RUN. Let's come back to that issue later.

OCC: Before, I begin- arms are actually allowed. When nations establish an embassy in a foreign nation that embassy is then consider to be their soil. So, hence if weapons were in the embassy they are under the flag of that nation in question and it's laws. That's why there's something called diplomatic immunity. So, I'm going to provided arms to my embassy guards and have the rest of the weapons locked up. Also, it's going to be armored cars. You wouldn't ask your President to drive around in an ordinary car would you? I'll make a point explaining that IC.

Here's a link-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embassy and what I was talking about- Under international law, diplomatic missions enjoy an extraterritorial status and thus, although remaining part of the host country's territory, they are exempt from local law and in almost all respects treated as being part of the territory of the home country. They are also only required to pay taxes equal to their respective countries' guidelines.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

IC: The RUN has establish a council in the city of the The Hague in the Netherlands, which is part of the Kingdom of Benelux. Might we suggest you place your main embassy there. This will allow you to have official contact with all members of the Republic in a central location. You may place the consulates in the cities/nations of your choosing. We just ask you inform us where you will place them.

Once Mr. Qu Shengqing arrives he will be greeted with open arms. It is a proud day for the Republic to be able to again establish relations with the great nation of China. The Republic looks toward a bright and peaceful future with your government.

The Republic agrees with all your rules but, two. Sadly, many nations wish to harm or worse kill the citizens of the Republic. To leave our embassies defenseless even in such a crime free zone as Hangzhou would it self be a crime. However, we will limit the number of weapons and their types to just pistols and Sub-Machine Guns. To protect our Ambassadors from risk, we request that you allow us to supply them with armored cars for their use. Under International Law, we ask you honor our requests as we would honor yours.

Our Ambassadors will arrive once the necessary arrangements have been made. I hear they are looking forward to working in China. On, a final note- the Republic wishes that the former Ambassador to the Iberian Netherlands, Mr. Ji Mingyi is well and in good health.

Our governments look forward to hearing from you on the issue of trade. Only through trade can our nations grow and become respectable members of the international world.

It’s saddens me to have to close the message with this, but we have receive reports from our allies that some nations are spreading misinformation about the Republic and we ask you not to listen to them. As we said, many nations have a hostile intent towards us and we hope to avoid that relationship with your government. We, only wish what’s best for the world and it’s people. If, their’s anything we can do to help you don’t be afraid to ask.

May this message find you in good spirts.

OOC: Yes, I know embassies are considered to be territory of the owner of the embassy. But Asian China has made up rules for foreign embassies, and if a country finds these rules unacceptable they will have a problem with establishing the embassy.

IC:
The Asian Chinese Communist Party has decided to establish an Asian Chinese embassy in the city of Hague, Netherlands. We will also establish consulates in Madrid/Spain, Colombo/Sri Lanka and Buenos Aires/Argentina.

We do not have any problem with armored cars, they are acceptable. But unfortunately we cannot allow you to have pistols and machine guns at the embassy. According to Asian Chinese law foreigners are not allowed to carry weapons, and even if the ambassador has diplomatic immunity we don't want people to carry weapons. No one in Asian China does that. If you feel that you need a higher safety at your embassy we can arrange something with Asian Chinese guards outside the embassy.

We're looking forward to begin the talks about the trade between RUN and Asian China, once the embassies are settled.

News about RUN's nuclear program just reached Shanghai. We want to have a statement from you regarding your stance in Asia, as another country with nuclear capabilities in our neighborhood is disturbing. Asian China doesn't carry any hostile feelings to the RUN, but if we see a buildup of a nuclear arsenal in our neighborhood, that is for sure a disturbing fact for the stability in Asia.

We too, are looking forward to the establishment of trade with the great nation of China.

So, far the Republic is only conducting tests in the region and those nuclear weapons that are operational in Asia are limited. They will continue to be limited. The majority of the weapons are going to be based in Europe and in the Americas. The launching of this program, was a direct response similar to why your nation started its own program.
