Again They Strike (ATTN: New Ausha, Corporate Alliance Members)

The Premier stood in front of the camera, a smile on his face. He wore an expensive suit, deep red in color, and he seemed almost human.

Almost.

The message he was about to record would be sent to New Ausha first, then to all members of the Corporate Alliance.

"We're on in three, two-"

He made a slashing motion with his arm, and Lukas inhaled deeply.

"Hello, fellow members of the Corporate Alliance. And hello, New Ausha. Today I come here and transmit this message to all of you. It is a simple one.

Too long has this 'GASN' run rampent, it's members loud and arrogant. Too long have they held up down. As of now, the Corporate Alliance will be launching an all out offensive on the GASN.

New Ausha will be the first destroyed. You see, there is no way to escape this. Your allies are too busy to come to your aid. Across the globe, wars rage against the GASN.

You will be overwhelmed. I offer you a chance, however. Surrender. Surrender or you will feel the full force of the Enlightened Empire. Or you will feel the full force of the Corporate Alliance."

Believe it or not that actually fits in very well here.

Claudius smiled as he got the news of the RFF launching their attack on the traitors in New Ausha. He had a grudge with them for abandoning the CA and turning to the GASN, thinking that they would offer them better protection. The world would see the protection the GASN could provide, and it would be shown against this traitor state.

Griffincrest forces were being stretched thin across the globe. A force of 25,000 men was assembled, along with 10 Chieftain class battleships, to assist the RFF forces in this campaign. This seems small, but they are all well trained, and will make a mark on the field.

Not only this, but Griffincrest associate states would be ordered to also send whatever forces they can. Blainesville, in particular, will be sending men, as they are not involved in the war in TWSP, and can use this as experience for their fledgling army.

Claudius now began to feel as if the GASN was a dying force, and hoped other CA members would be quick to join the feeding frenzy.

King Joseph got the message from his brother, Lord Phillip Blaine. Lord Phillip was in command of the military, and so was now tasked with assisting in Blainseville's first ever overseas military operation.

50,000 men, and a large tank force (I'll post everything else later) were being prepared to move out to Aushan shores.

So who's side am I on this time?

Note:
I just gave 80 million men 'refresher training' and bought a few new shiny boats, sadly, my Stategic Air Command is kaput.

BH: mind if I RP with your planes on my little landmass?

Time to battle test my new friend: the CM-26 Squad Automatic Weapon. Issued one per soldier.

All around the Empire, the wheels of war turned. The forces were ready, and needed only to order to set sail.

Imperial Battlefleet #1 was truly a wonder to behold. It's black and gold paint gleamed, while the banners of the Premier flew high over head. They would soon be gone, cutting through the waves on the way to a foreign land.

Admiral Krei got the call and smiled. Dialing a number, he spoke a single word into the phone.

"Go."

"So this is how it ends..."

The Chancellors voice was devoid of all expression.

"Yes, right. All ready reserves, of all branches, get me my driver, I need too make an announcement."

WAR! The Corporate Alliance has seemingly adopted a state of war, with New Ausha. All city, provincial procedures are in place. The Home Guard is hereby activated too full strength.

*The Chancellory*

My fellow Aushans. War has come. We sit on the eve of destruction. We must now decide our fates. I pray too god almighty this will be avoided. All allies of New Ausha, now is the time too respond. Will you stand with us?

Well, y'see, the funny thing is...
When my SAC went bust...

And I really see no advantage with siding with the CA again anytime soon.
Last time I did that half a division ended up with radiation poisioning...
And now I'm the one who has to clean up that mess while you rake in oil.

You are welcome to try and convince my Prime Minister to side with you (a quick bloodless dull coup happened, the Former Prime Minister's dog is now the official boss, he answers to "Milo" and is a beagle, therefore the real power is now in the hands of the lesser ministries) have fun.

I strongly suggest both factions try and get their Allies or potential allies ICly involved

Five Shadow Class Stealth Ships moved in unison, ready to unleash hell on their target.

Slowly the the Hellfire Missile Launchers rose from below the decks, preparing to unleash their goodies upon the Naval Base that was their targe.

And then, the order was given. The missile launchers came to life, as did the VLS cells.

54 Tomahawks were launched from each ship, and a grand total of 270 now sped towards their target.

As soon as the missiles were launched, the ships began to move back into international waters, ready for the long journey back home.

Across the New Aushan coastline, four more duplicate attacks happened, all at the same time.

Read your post... you fired 270.

Since Im not a noob, ill justify this. The BIS was developed, and is as modern as it gets, with patriot interceptor missles, hundreds around every major city. It was a mixture the the BMDG and submarine radar, that could spot them hundreds of miles away, therefore, being easy too shoot down.

Don't worry, nothing'll be destroyed until you say it is desroyed.

Also multiply 270 by 5 seprate groups of 5 ships each launching 54 missiles.

"More war, those militeristic dogs at the senate will be happy. I know if this goes to vote we'll go to war with another GASN member. I'm not happy with this but allert the media." The prime minister sighed, the senate had too much power and craved too much blood.

"we're here infront of the Imperial mantion with devestating news. It seems more men are to be sent to the TWSP front along with 5 legions being preped to assault New Ausha. The Prime minister is comming up to the podium now." The camera swing towards the podium.

"Hello GDA today is a day of war. This war will be long and merciless, this war will be cruel and bloody. but we must prevail because failer is not an option. As we speak the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd heavy legions along with the 14th and 15th light are being preped and prepared for the New Ausha front. The 5th and 6th legions are also being preped and prepared the TWSP front in an attempt to stabalize the beach head."

The fleet was massive in GDA standards; 3 Cariers, 2 battleships, and 5 frigates. All enroute to New Ausha.

The One and Only Imperial News Network

"If you're just joining us we've received word that earlier today the 'Corporate Alliance,' better known as 'Griffincrest's Jesters,' declared a 'Holy War' against New Ausha for being a traitor of a nation. The Emperor has thusfar declined to comment on the situation, but it is believed he will be bringing the Imperial Armed Forces to the defense of New Ausha against this, quote unquote 'threat.'", the young news anchor said with a grin, laughing at the thought. "It is known that the Corporate Alliance is the butt of jokes in the Senate, seeing as it is an alliance meant to take revenge on a defensive alliance, which in all actuality makes no sense whatsoever. But, then again, this is Claudius Griffincrest we're talking about.", she said with a chuckle, bearing her sparkling white teeth. "We'll have more on this story later, but now for something important. The Oured Otters won last night in an all out brawl against the Marcalla Meteors-"

The plasma screen fizzled off as the Emperor hit the power button, the view of the news anchor dissolving.

"So, ladies and gentlmen. Options?", he said while leaning on his desk, numerous members of his cabinet present in the room.
"We could deploy a task force to New Ausha to defend it, along with deployment of an Echelon unit to one of the CA nations. It wouldn't be difficult."
"Well I'd like to see if diplomacy could solve something, first. We're not rushing into an all out war with these jokers right off the bat. There are some dangerous ones in there, mind you, who can put a dent in us."
"Agreed, sir. Hence why our satellite detection networks are pulling full time duty over Cravan, making sure nothing gets in from the sea or the air. Radar networks are at full alert, as is the Divine Shield network. Patrols are going on twenty-four/seven over our airspace and waterways. Nothing's getting through, sir."
"It's not us I'm worried about. The reorganization of GASN is days away, and some nations who are getting pulled into this conflict are going to get dicked over when it happens. I shudder to think what they may do."
"Well, sir... Only time will tell."

The Emperor looked out the window, watching silently as the noonday calm of Cravna took hold on him. A cool Fall breeze came through the open window on the Imperial Palace, the curtains in the office moving with the unseen current silently. All was peaceful, blue skies high above.

And to think elsewhere it wasn't anything like this...

Your nation must relinquish control of your military, and you shall transfer full power to the Corporate Alliance.

OK, so you just ran straight into his nation without being intercepted by maritime patrol craft, SSKs, land batteries, or in fact any of his navy? Furthermore you do understand high explosive shells would be more effective in city bombardment than incendiary? And why don't you have any support ships or submarines?

I am on the border of his waters and international waters. sitting there. near allied ships. But if you still veiw this as GM i will retract. And i think setting fire to his city would be more effective on the Psyche of his people. they have also yet to fire. Submarines are beyond our military budget as of now. Looking over your animal like actions, we see the human in ourselves, our willingness not to play games when we take likes, for the benifit of sport, pleasure, or the ability to be able to manipulate voters.

When we take lives, we do it efficently, and we do it fast.

OOC: Sorry, but so far this isn't looking to be a good RP im afraid. Firstly what Questers said, i agree with it 100%. Secondly RP's shouldn't matter how long they take, if you only post once every three days as long as the posts good thats what really counts. With regards to the RPing, i'd say take your time to read the posts carefully, the best RPers i have noticed seem to do a lot more browsing than posting. And thirdly, you cannot really have a 100% hit rate against missiles ;), i think Praetonia has a good ratio of about 95% and he has what some say is the best Navy on NS (Questers is also excellent).

IC:

Hotdogs2 condems these imperialistic and sadistic actions by the Corporate Alliance, New Ausha would be foolish to give in to such terms of surrender as laid out by RFF. Should RFF continue with these demands Hotdogs2 will be forced to side with GASN on this war and although no ground forces would be sent, we are currently mobilising the 2nd Submarine Flotilla to the seas near New Ausha and shall be quite ready to begin the total decimation of your fleets if so necessary.

SSBN's will also be in attendance as they are part of the 2nd Submarine Flotilla although they shall of course not be using their main armaments.

Should it be necessary our great Hood Class SD (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=493695) shall be sent, and we would highly recomend a cease-fire be agreed upon before we are forced to act to that degree.

Hotdogs2 finds 31337 soup to be currently demanding something which no nation should demand, and that is the freedoms of a nation.

We do not care if New Ausha is considered a traitor, it is not jsut to attack them for that reason alone, and we believe that the damage you would cause, just by looking at your Terms of Surrender, would be huge. They would be under the CA's control completely, and we cannot accept nations who believe they can boss anyone about and take over control of a nation in a non-democratic way.

We strongly advise that peace is kept and no further weapons are fired, we believe peace talks should be held, and the issues surrounding New Ausha be discussed. Wereas we want peace you seem to be warmongering and issuing terms which no-one could accept in their right minds, and i believe this is on purpose to try and force New Ausha into a war they do not want to take part in.

Perhaps a treaty which protect New Ausha but stops them from becoming involved in aggressive acts again CA could be constructed? We are sure there would be a willing third party to preside over it.

We do not have any terms currently, however we propose that a Cease fire is called, which would consist of the following key terms:

1) All involved military ships be moved away to at least 300km of New Ausha.

2) A No Fly Zone around New Ausha be set up, which would be enforced by the choosen peace keepers(see term 4) and which would however allow New Ausha to fly within their own territories but not allow any flying of aircraft excesively near each others territories or ships.

3) No more weapons be fired.

4) An observational/peace force be set-up, formed by a neutral third party which both parties agree to.

Subclauses would be needed but

"HESTOR DAMN IT!" Erika Kars yelled as she read over the report, The fucking CA again! Why can't they just leave GASN the fuck alone and go try and push little kids around in other sand boxes! Her thoughts were interrupted as her GASN intelligence officer strolled on in.

"Madame Chairwoman, it seems that the CA has gone all out against New Ausha, a traitor in their eyes. Northford has declared an ultimatum against them, and Cravan has followed suit." He continued. "Seeing as the New Aushans have been attacked, we are obligated to help them due to GASN relations..." He was cut off.

"Shut the fuck up captain obvious!" She said as she continued to think. Fuck... Ok, settle yourself down Erika, relax, breathe in and out. Ah better, now what to do...

It is with great sadness we see one of our allies through GASN attacked by a warmongering group known as the Corporate Alliance. This will be said once, and only once, Please leave the territorial waters of New Ausha promptly, and never return. We also would like to thank the nation of Hotdogs 2 for their support, both morally, officially and militarily.

Over at Arston Naval base, movements were already under way. The 18th-22nd Submarine squadrons were being activated, along with the 13th Fleet, the 2nd Fleet and the 15th Fleet. The base was in a state of organised chaos, with ships being loaded, supply convoys being loaded, aircraft moving from their land base to their ships, and the readying of land based aircraft to be flown over to New Aushan Territory for support.

As Imperial Battlefleet One neared New Aushan waters, Admiral Kreix became increasingly uneasy.

It was up to him to deliver a show of force, that would hopefully force the New Aushan government into submission and surrender.

And what a show it would be.

=================

Hours Later

Admiral Kreix finished his inspection and nodded. The fleet was in posistion, and it was time for the attack.

He nodded to his second in command, giving a silent order that would go down the chain of command within five minutes. He turned and began to walk to his cabin.

As he sat down at his desk, he heard it. The sound of one hundred cruisers launching a missile barrage of sixty-thousand Tomahawks towards the New Aushan capital.

Dont have that kind of range of accuracy? They have a range of up to 1100 kilometers. How big are you maritime boundries?

And accuracy? They pack a Global Positioning System, Tercom, which lets it track its position from its height, and DSMAC, which has an image of its flight path, and checks to make sure the stored image is the same as the image below it. It is incredibly accurate.

What is this Main Battle tank that you claim I use?
The HT-101E8 is a light tank to support the HT-101 IFVs.
If I run into tanks I'd rather call in the HT-106C2B with their 125 mm autocannons, advanced fire control, automatic transmission, and heavy mortars in faux rear turret overhang (to counter the mass of the extra long cannon).

I believe you have the monkey model E1A version with 155 mm autocannon, no gun stabalisation, manual transmision, no auxillary generator motor, and a reletively short barrel.

Um, no. There are several different variants of Tomahawk all with different variants. The Tomahawk variant you are describing is the Block III TLAM C an D, ro the Block IV TLAM E. Which one is it? Did it not occur to you that if you are using RL missiles, and if he is using NS grade EW platforms and AWACS/ELINT/FISINT then he will be able to detect missiles like Tomahawk with ease and jam/shoot them down. Accuracy is only useful in a missile if you can hit your target in the first place.

60,000 Tomahawk missiles? And you claim any kind of accuracy? Those missiles will be knocking each other out of the sky before they hit their targets. They'll be impossible to miss with any anti missile weaponry. I wouldn't expect a single one to get through.

We have an affilitation with ADAN and are working to attain better diplomatic relations with GASN as we sometimes have to go against some of their members and so do not wish to end up in a sticky situation(what with the GDI and so on).

The affiliation with ADAN means that if we can aid them in a war then we shall do, especially seeing as the other side of the conflict has little or no diplomatic relations with us.

We cannot however send troops in currently or any great air power due to commitments elsewhere which could flare up soon if we are not careful and we do not feel like entering a costly ground war anyway.

Now while it is know there is no love lost between the GASN and ourselves, we shall stand alongside our ally New Ausha. Corporate Alliance is a coalition of nations seeking to prove that they actually are big enough to play with the big boys and so declare wars here and there. But he already was a member of both alliances and decided to leave the CA, which hardly makes him a traitor. Theoretically, it can be argued by your logic that you are a traitor for not helping when your UNA brother is needed. But again, that logic is flawed and incorrect, so hence, you are not a traitor, neither is New Ausha.

‘Ladies and gentleman, one other thing we must consider in this latest GASN affair is the growing need for countries like Northford; growing and regionally poweful, to donate forces to such conflicts. While, it cannot be argued we are obliged to this plight, it cannot be argued that as these conflicts increase in both intensity and frequency, we are, as a nation going to feel the growing weight, in terms both human casualties, and that of the economic hardship that will come of effectively trying to defend not only our coastlines and cities, but that of our allies.

‘While we are, on a smaller scale, producing a range of solutions to this problem, namely discussing the formation of a NNG (Northfordian National Guard) and the NNR (Northfordian Naval Reserve). Also, let us not forget the ever increasing developments of building a military that is both suited to our needs and that of our GASN obligations, as to reduce bureaucratic costs, it must be said we are lacking direction on a larger scale’

‘One solution to that, that the Government has agreed on, is a military technique known as WASP. If you read through the material provided, you will see that the situation in New Ausha is presently maturing into a full fledged Stage 2, with what is hopefully a Stage 2 reaction from our military. As it stands now, those measures are being prepared. These measures are, in the least, drastic, and the most, genocide. Despite this, however, it has been agreed these measures are the best way of securing peace, for both Northford and the GASN alike.’”

Such was Undershi policy in a war - demolish the cities, kill the soldiers, then enslave the few poor souls who remained, and use them to rebuild thier home territory as a new province in the Undershi Empire. New Ausha wouldn't be becoming an Undershi province - that much was clear. However, it would soon be on the recieving end of Undershi "shock and destroy" doctrine... the reactions to which would soon be known...

HMS JUNYO

Dawnforth let a little puff loose from his pipe, the circle of smoke ascending from the end of the ancient wooden object up to the modern, steel roofing of the bridge. It was his grandfathers, and he had treasured it ever since his childhood. Spending several hours on watch - Dawnforth was always a hands on officer - outside the pilothouse, he had noticed several maritime patrol planes, but they'd made no effort to engage him, and in any case the Rear Admiral knew that in a warzone nothing went unnoticed.

Mostly.

He pondered on the most efficient way to contact the government of New Ausha, and decided upon sending his information an orbiting satellite which would beam it back down to the destination. If the enemy intercepted it, then, well that was that. They'd know whos side he was on soon enough anyway. The Type 308 FH rotated quickly above the pilothouse of the carrier, and eventually the message was sent to the satellite VR-41 HIPPOCRATES, and was beamed back down to New Ausha.

The NTN Task Force was currently 100 miles of the northeastern shore of New Ausha. Speed had been reduced and the fleet was slowly making its way closer to land. ASW Helicopters were now constantly out in flights of 8 monitoring for submarines on all sides, along with the submarines and frigates of the fleet. Radar was also monitored closely to watch for incoming enemy planes, even though 3 squadrons (36) of F/A 32 Dogma Aircraft were constantly aloft, just in case a sudden enemy attack occured.

Official Imperial Statement:

At this time we have been informed that the nation of Undershi has been involved in overtly hostile actions towards New Ausha. This nation, along with all other nations intending hostile actions towards New Ausha, have been warned what will happen. When Borman Empire says something, Borman Empire means it, hence a state of war now exists between the nation of Undershi and Borman Empire.
Borman Empire
13-09-2006, 21:28
Borman had already mobilized for earlier hostilities which while still prevalent, did not directly involve the empire at this time, and so forces could be sent where necessary.

The First and Second Fleets were making fast pace towards the nation of New Ausha, they would defend her territorial waters from outside aggression at any cost.

But the true forces were setting sail with fleets of higher organizational numbers. The Sixth and Seventh Fleets held the first army in their bays, additional Imperivm class invasion dreadnaughts assisting in the transport to Undershi. The Seventh and Eighth Fleets would be setting course before the Sixth and Seventh, so that when the land forces arrived Borman would already have naval superiority.

When Borman went for war, they went for war

----------------------------------------

Infinite gallons of seawater were sliced in half and pushed to the sides as the many bows of the Seventh Fleet headed for Undershi. Behind it the Eighth sliced up the rocking water even more.

Men ran to and fro, ever ready for combat. Guns gleamed in the sunlight, sailors soaked up sun, and the men possessing the greatest intellect remained physically dormant with one another. The admirals and other high ranking naval officials sat coolly around a planning table onboard a Maddox Class Battleship of the Seventh Fleet. Maps and pages of statistics about Undershi lay scattered on the table, information both pleasing and painful to the eyes. Plans bounced back and forth and then home through live satellite connection as the men worked to pull together the invasion plan before they got there, they always had, and so of course would this time too.

OOC:
Ships in a Borman Fleet:
(14) Borman Show Carrier
(4) Helldawg V-class Trimaran heavy carrier
(26) Maddox Class Battleship
(14) Trailblazer class cruiser
(5) Apostle Class Trimaran Large Cruiser
(10) Attila Class Destroyer
(10) Dominance class Trimaran AA destroyer
(8) Vercetti Class Frigate

(5) Legionaire-class command dreadnaught

The Blackburn Bowman shot its thrusters into gear, the catapult throwing it off the Junyo's deck. This particular aircraft was the last AWACs plane in the air, the third one accompanying four squadrons of Panavia Sparrohawks. The aircraft were spread out some 80 kilometres around the Junyo, with a squadron of interceptors on standby and ASW HELOs operating from HMS Hermes covering the seas around the main carrier, supported by helicopters from the destroyers. The three AWACs craft were operating high above the battlefleet, one would look for inbound aircraft, the other assist ships in their anti air warfare, and the other would support the air superiority planes with its powerful RADARs.

Once the Junyo had established its circle of influencing, reaching out to almost 3,000 kilometres anti shipping wise and 200 kilometres for aircraft, it set about cleansing the area of enemy submarines. Although the HELOs were scsanning and had set up a defensive perimeter some 30 kilometres out, Dawnforth wanted to be sure that the enemy would not sneak stealthy diesels under his capital ships. To that end, the two submarines S.341 and S.233, their nuclear reactors whirring, shut down to six knots, the travelling speed of the group, and sat low in the ocean, passive SONAR sending out pings rhythmically in an attempt to catch enemy subs. F.234, F.641, F.333 and F.231, the squadron of nuclear submarines which were also accompanying the task force worked in tandem with the HELOs to actively patrol the borders that the task group had set around itself.

The Undershi Shore Defense Command was a place of silent panic as they watched the Imperial Borman fleet approach. Finally, the decision of the IIS was announced - the aircraft of the Undershi Home Defense Force would launch to engage... supported by orbital weapons platforms freshly deployed following the NSAA War.
Within a few minutes, the Golden Eagle heavy bombers and Lightning fighters were in the air, moving to attack with anti-shipping missiles, supported by kinetic strikes from orbit. It would be a hard fought engagement... but the Undershi knew they couldn't stop the invasion. They would have to rely on the Shore Defense fortifications that had held off the massed power of NSAA - that would have to be enough.

Grievances with the above quotation:

1. A heavy bomber formation cannot get TOO the mainland, due too heavy allied blockade, with AA equiped subs, destroyers, carriers, battleships, etc, and coastal SAM's all across.

2. Fighter bombers, though considerably quick for bombers, could not make it too the mainland, when designated, then attack by F-16's.

3. The only thing I will accept is that you turned around, because you could NOT have hit the mainland.

Ah. Time to rp my physical entry to hostilities.

Task Force 4:
New, improved, more deadly than before
Mark Gatsby, on his 2nd foriegn mission, this time he was in charge all the way, the bullet wound he recieved in the leg during his last mission was a painful memory of the horrors that occured in a now uarantined nation called Alidor.

extra backstory/history of Mark Gatsby for those who don't know him:
He was a pilot, and an officer. And he was lucky. For some reason, almost every flight seemed to be hatched up by someone just to watch people die in more inventive ways. One after fighting numerous Parthain planes, well outnumbered, electronics fried, managed to crash land safely, only to be sucked into a firestorm, his companois were less fortunate, two died on landing, causes unknown, since shortly afterwards the Parthains followed them and bombed them as soon as the planes stopped rolling, killing another pilot who up to that point was unharmed. Then there was the debacle in Alidor, 2 planes shot downm, 2 parachutes, his and that of Lt. Major Morris, who took some rather bad shrapnel to the leg from an Alidorian ASRAAM, he killed himself when Gatsby went in search for supplies to escape from the island. Gatsby then had to finish the job later with a bullet through his diseased brain.

On the other hand, many interseting characters went on planes and seemed almost invulnerable to harm, Dimitri was thrown out of a plane without a parachute, and even though he took a rather bad fall and hit a few trees on the way down, managed to leg it to the nearest friendly aid station without being shot; Officer Mendez, involved in a horrific plane crash, escped unharmed, witnessed a firefight between multiple nations before picked up by a non-friendly nation and "accidentally" returned safely to PROHT. And then there was himself, after Morris was done dying, he had to evade Alidorian coast sentries, MPs, zombies, and even a gas station attendant; and he almost didn't make it.

Almost.

Never again, he would make sure this war was fought differently, where service in the military would no longer imply certain death to those involved in "the good fight". The only problem was how...

The Task force was in beutiful formation, though the submarines could not asily be seen, he knew roughly where his were. The Hiragis and Terrors made up the bulk of the heavy gunships for the fleet, while the Sniper DDs would mostly keep the enemy fleets at arms length, allowing the recently acquired LPHs and HLCACs to land troops far inland, 3 of the Barbour class boats had specialised bows allowing them to be beached with minimal hull damage, the other boats would then use these and the boats in front of them as one massive pier/pontoon bridge to the beech as soon as they secured a front.

The assets and personal at your airbase within Zeoch have 72 hours to leave or they will be considered enemies of the republic. We will provide you with safe passage out of our airspace during the 72 hours. All of your personal off base are being picked up by our Security Forces and they will be delivered to the perimeter of your base. As it currently stands we are declaring ourselves neutral in the currency conflicts in New Ausha and TWSP. However, your actions toward the GASN have prompted the government to see you as a potential threat and we cannot allow your military forces within our boarders any more. Once again, you have 72 hours from the time this message is sent to leave. After that Zeoch Army personal will enter the base. Should you leave anything behind and any of my men are hurt it would be very unfortunate for both of us as we currently have no reason to go to war.

The policy of Zeoch toward the CA is changing. You should expect to see Zeoch Military forces on their way to New Ausha within the next few days. I know we have several submarines within a day of NA’s waters. One thing I don’t know is whom we are supporting. There are whispers of us getting close to NA’s capitol detonating the nuclear core of one of our submarines. I, for one, don’t want to see us become a lackey to Griffincrest so I send this to you. Attached is a copy of a message that was routed through our military communications center, where I picked it up. It is intended to show our outward support for the GASN and thus allow us to blame the “accident” on Griffincrest as payback for kicking their collective asses out of our country. I trust you will know what to do with this information.

Dink almost laughed as he looked at the message now in front of him. He entered a few commands and changed the IP address to a general one from MCC and sent the message.

The Hotdogs2 2nd Submarine Flottila was changing course. 31337 soup had a small and lightly defended naval contingent within the area, and it was now time to launch an attack using the missile firing submarines before moving in for the kill once the main ASW systems had been destroyed. However, due to the lack of air cover from Hotdogs2, it would be necessary to ask for this suport against any ASW helicopters...

Secret Message, Pinged Via Satelite as to hide Submarines location:

To: Rear Admiral Dawnforth, HMS JUNYO
From: Admiral John Hardford, H2 2nd Submarine Flottila
Subject: Air Support and intelligence

Dear Sir,
It is my pleasure to come into contact with you, as we welcome you to the area. I have been informed to ask you for air support currently, as we do not have the capability at this current stage of the war to do so.

We therefore request support for a naval engagement against 31337 soup, and, as our force compromises purely of Submarines at the current time, we wish to ask you for your duppoty in destroying enemy ASW helicopters and aircraft within the area, which we believe should not be too hard as their forces are lightly defended and we believe any AA defences would be less than adequate allowing for a complete disruption to any flying by their forces.

The attack shall occur at XX:XX hours within the next three days to ensure they cannot do any damage to New Ausha. Full details will be discussed if necessary and we hope you will answer our request in the near future. Any intelligence on the 31337 soup forces would also be greatfully received, although we are pretty sure once our attack submarines near their forces they won't be around for long.

Regards, Admiral John Hardford

In the South seas, rapidly approaching New Ausha....

A gale blew around HNS Oceans Might, the Hood class SD built by Questers, as it pounded through the waves, making a dead course towards New Ausha, ignoring the battering of the seas against its bows. Onboard was Admiral Simpson, the most important man in H2 as far as the military went, looking foward to seeing his nations pride and joy making ready for its first naval engagement. Supported by over 60 Frigates and many more aircraft carriers and Destroyers, the small fleet had one of the largest fighting capacities available to H2, and it would now be ready to crush any force that should try to make trouble for them.

The Escorts around it were numerous, and had barely been received more than a month ago from the Royal Shipyards of Isselmere-Nieland and had been built in Hotdogs2 itself. They were the following:

4x Heavy Escort Groups-

Hornby-class CVLN
Princess-class CBGN
Castle-class CAGN
6 × Wallace-class DDG (GP)
2 × Nowotny-class SSN
8 × Bullfinch-class FFH
1x Smith-class multirole replenishment ship (AOE)

And then the main component of the HNS Oceans Might Escort Flottila...

2x King Henry V-class BBGN
2x Union-class heavy aircraft carrier (CVBN)
2x Castle-class CAGN
1x Princess-class CBGN
2x Morrigan-class CGN

Please define 'Enemy submarines'
We have at least 20 of our own submarines in the immediate area
We have a pair of ASW carriers in our current fleet
We are also 'pigeon hunting'
Do you have any submarines in the area that we should be aware of?

Mark Gatsby:
On board the CC-4 HTS Dunkirk
Gatsby was plodding along the patched deck of the Dunkirk. It was a meraculous salvage job, as it had been sunk after intensive shelling and misile spamming from the Parthian fleet and was run aground just before a shell broke its back. After the 'war' a salvage boat was granted permission to dredge the harbour and decided to take the reletively intact Dunkirk back to its original owners after patching it sufficiently to be seaworthy again.

The dredger boat captian was nice enough to keep the heavy 18" guns intact, but the Hurtian dockworkers had to work overtime making the hull strong enough to fire the guns safely. Additional sections were then added, including some VGS MC-36 3 foot wide shore bombardment guns, official ducumentation claimed a range of 150 miles with a full sized shell. They also added better amor along the waterline and strengthened the keel considerably more. Making the CC-4 still the most powerful boat in the Hurtian Navy.

On board the Firebrand LPHs were a new sight, Mi-6 'Halo' Heliocopters, a considerable step up from the smaller MH-47s still used on the decks of the Barbour class boats. The Firebrand still had more familiar planes, such as the FMX-6B, an improvement over the plane Gatsby flew on his last mission, with far better chances in a fight, along with a number of UL-2000 "Minions"; though Hurtians seldom give names to their equipment, the Minion was a rather odd specimen, it was a small single seat "motorized kite", which could be found at almost any Hutrian airbase, they were so plentiful and so often used in the more utilitarian and meanile tasks such as MiniCon, that one officer called it the Army's "Minions from the skies" and the name stuck ever since.

OOC: Remember the subs will be far out as they will be using missiles for the attack at first. Also do you have stats for the frigates etc and the carriers in particular?

IC:

With the first of the submarines within range of the enemy ships they prepared their missiles for launch, whilst the faster attack submarines moved in slowly before the rest of the submarines came into range. A last call would be made to HMS Junyo, hopefully they would have some aircraft in range, if not then there was always the other allied forces within the area...

Questers:
Secret Message, Urgent to HMS Junyo-

Request immediate air support over GDA's ships to disrupt ASW actions around the area of our submarines. Attack will commence within the hour although may be postponed if you can give us air cover slightly later.

Please reply immediatly.

Sliding through the waters several hundred miles outside NA

"All Stop" Admiral Frank Lester said as he looked at the GPS/Real time/ radar image that provided him with a view of every ship and aircraft, and he knew his subs were out ahead doing their job. "Get a Message out to the GASN members and Questers, I've got an Idea..."

To Whomever it may concern
Sattelite imagery shows several fleets surrounding New Aushan waters, and we have been able to infer which fleets are which. Our force is around 350 combat ships strong, and carries enough aircraft to do more than our fair share of work. With the Questerian forces about to assault those of the CA, and if I'm correct, Illiorian aircraft are soon to be inbound to New Ausha to help support our taskforce, I believe it would be in our best interests to surround the Corporate Alliance navies and flat out annihiliate them, or a good amount of ships and force the rest to surrender. At the moment, the Illiorian fleet is in position to move into a flanking position and assault with its full force, of guns, aircraft and missiles. If possible, it would be rather helpful to coordinate with Questerian forces in order for the attacks to be most successful.

I hope with great sincerety we can show the CA that they aren't the baddest asses on the block,

Lieutenant Josh Johnson sat reading, specifically the plans for the new Illiorian air superiority fighter to come out within the next year, the ISF-13. He put down the page, and got up and walked off to the ready room to get his breifing. He knew the basics, that he and his air wing were flying into new Ausha to kick some ass, and help out GASN. After his briefing, he went and suited up, and got into his ISF-17 ASF, and watched as his wingman pulled up next to him, almost wingtip to wingtip.

"Hey Josh," Kris McAllister, one of the most elite aviators in the IAF, and also a woman said over the Close Range Communications System, "You ready to go teach some little boys?"

"Save your schooling for another time," Josh Said, as he began his preflight checkover, " Let's just get moving."

To whomever it may concern,
There are several airwings of Illiorian fighters and support aircraft in-bound to New Ausha, and will need an area for basing. The group will consist of close to 500 aircraft total, and an old abandoned airbase with at least a 3000 meter airstrip would be nice.

Ahead of TF4:
Small objects could be seen bobbing up and down with the waves.

These were UL-2000 Minions on long term "Boffin" patrols, sent well enough ahead to land and plunk a fixed boom passive SONAR into the water in order to listen for enemy submarines, while at the same time the 1 or 2 man crew scanned the horizon for surface ships and planes, while keeping a radio handy.

Like their namesake, they sat at the farthest recesses of their own capabilities, at the edge of everything. Where the slightest error could get their plane capsized. Other than the basic sensors they carried, they had a heavy machine gun of dubious value, a pump action RPG-7 on the right side of the fuselage, while the SONAR occupied the left side of the fuselage in a quick detach module, between the pilot's legs sat a crate full of loose hand grenades or some 5 round reload clips (tubular) for the rocket launcher.

The Task force had ben liberally supplied with these plane - 66 in fact - and had 3 layers of such patrols at any given time (15 planes each) with the other 15 planes on constant standby (and 21 additional assigned other tasks) in case contact with one was ever lost (backed up by 42 FMX-6B tactical strike planes - 4 ready at all times).

Their destination could be seen on the horizon.

Task Force 4
30 nautical miles from New Ashua
Moving along at 20 knots, upon sighting land slowed to 15 knots in order to better load and deploy the other 21 minions and load the two LCACs; the exception being the two Firebrand LPHs, which went for falnk speed into the wind in order to get a flight of 21 FMX-6Bs into the air, after which they too slowed down to 15 knots and prepared the Mi-6 Halos for "vertical envelopement of enemy forces".

Task Force 4
Mark Gatsby watched as the FMX-6Bs went ahead to find unoccupied sections of beech on the lesser isnand they chose to land on, and surprisingly enough, it was totally unoccupied.

The go-ahead was given then to launch the hovercraft (AC-10 and AC-67) and helicopters, the first wave would have a busy time helping prepare the beachead and ready an airstrip for the other 10 million troops arriving by air directly from the People's Republic Of Hurtful Thoughts.

Unloading was swift and rapid, the hovercraft managed to get 2 waves landed before the first 3 transports (LC-65 LC-74 and LC-29 Black Tuesday) nosed into the shore. At that time the hovercraft would then act as tugboats to push the other boats into neat orderly rows allowing troops to simply march directly to shore.

The helicopters helped place heavy equipment and aided in moving large structures for a field airport, and managed to ready 11 HR-144 ICBMs.

A weak perimiter was formed around the landing zone, just in case.
Hurtian designation: HBH/HHQ-1

Meanwhile, the 21 FMX-4Bs moved on to atack Corprate forces on the mainland in flights of 3.

Divisions landed:
2 Mechanized (setting up the infrastructure for rest of troops)
2 Mobile (field fortification work)
1 Marine (perimiter)

OOC note:
The FMX-6B "Vic" is considered a low observable Marine strike plane (good against air, sea and land targets) Current loadout is a pair of heavy rockets (one ton HR-21 rocket-torpedoes) and stored internally, 2 EMP munitions dispensers in integral wingtip fairings, and a pair of 35 mm revolver cannons. Naturally, the shape of these planes greatly limits the top airspeed (these things are slow).

And have you ever heard of the hunt for the red october. Almost undetectable sub. Cool movie, i should read the book. I'm going along those principles. And the fact that its only slightly bigger than a research sub doesn't hurt either.

31337 soup- The typhoon class right? It may have been very stealthy but it couldn't have gone massively fast so as not to be detected, and its size allowed it to use their special power thingies i believe. Also remember NS stealth of subs makes them harder to detect, especially with a small sonar on a small sub, but also sonars are likely to pick your sub up just as much. Ohh, and im still far off :P.I'll RP it soon, give me some atime as im away today til late possibly and need to get info on my missiles fully so as not to be so vague.

IC:

Having received no news of air support the Submarines readied their missile loads, soon there would be missiles and torpedoes flying and their first targets would be the carriers which had the ASW helicopters on board. Their second priorety was the battleships and then finally the frigates would be quickly mopped up, destroying the GDA's chances to fight in the war. With 40 submarines converging on the are jsut to make sure there was no escaping survivors there would be no problem.

OOC: 3733T Soup: The typhoon class in THFTRO uses a conceptionalized propulsion system called Magnetohyrdodynamic propulsion, or MHD for short. It's a joke really, cause it doesn't work well, according to the tests that have been done with ships using it, and basically most of the Draftroom crew has labled that system "BULL****", as it isn't quiet, it isn't fast, and it isn't that efficient. Please, stay with craft that are actually feasible, but if you want to use a sub that propells itself by MHD, think about going 4 knots, with noise that makes you known 20 Nautical miles away, and just lets other boats home in on you.

16-09-2006, 17:41
Vega, Alexander's former second in command, stood before a podium. A camera focused in on his face, which was rather tan. The battle scar he had been given from the Dephirian Civil War II was present. It ran from his right temple down to his lower jaw. Cameras flickered spots of light every few seconds that went by. Vega, dressed in his high authority military uniform, cleared his throat. This was the international way of having people quiet down.

"I speak on behalf of Emperor Alexander, Dephire, and the ADAN. Even though Peace is what we have tried to promote between the GASN and the CA, we cannot stand aside and watch as our bretheren get slaughtered. As of now, the Industrial Empire of Dephire is at war status with any conflicting Corporate Alliance members. Hopefully our participation will show our unending support towards our GASN brothers and sisters. Our ties with Undershi are going to be kept under close watch. This is because we are now recieving reports that are just...surprising. We had no idea the...chaos that Undershi have caused. Alexander, even in his...affairs with Undershi did not know of what Undershi had been doing behind the scenes. No, we will not severe our friendship, but his actions do raise concerns. In other words, prepare your defenses Corporate Alliance. Dephire is in full-aggressive mode. All GASN members, if you would please forgive Dephire, will you aid us in this engagement?"

Vega looked rather distraught (misspelled more than likely). He was even in tears after the previous speech was given. So much has happened. It wasn't Alexander's fault, well..it was...but unintentionally. Now Dephire was being spread thin. It's military was in three major conflicts...all of which are coming to a close. Now Dephire was getting itself involve in yet another war. Hopefully it won't last too long. Danteri is nearing it's close with a declaration of peace. Maybe they could call in some forces from there. The DCRCs are spread over a vast area...they could prove helpful....but where are the other necessities? Dephire's navy is near Chitzeland...their Air Force as well. Where will Dephire recieve enough power or supplies to even go into another war?

Vega thought about this as he descended from his stand. Though tired, the crowd applauded him for his efforts. He got into his armoured limo and left. They departed to their homes to recieve further instruction.

"Hopefully the GASN will forgive the Dephirians for what has happened...and hopefully the past will stay in the past.."

Vega could only think to himself as the limo drove off towards 'The Tower'.

IC:

At long last, the submarines tasked with attacking the GDA's ships were in place, with the closest submarines at just 80km from the main fleet spread out to cut off any escapes from the area, and the primary attack submarines well back between 140-160km away the attack could at last begin...

On board HNS Northfield, Submarine no.221 (Nowotny-class SSN), Captain Rodrigez was in control...

"Take us up to 200" He ordered.

"eye aye Captain, 200 it is" Came the reply. As Northfield slowly rose to 200m, the Weapons Operator prepared the sate of the art GWS.72 Heron ASM's for launch. With a range of 160 km and a speed of 1.08 Mach at supercruise they skimmed close to the water at 5-10m above the waves trying to stay out of the radar's eyes and getting in to do big damage.

"Arm the missiles"

"Wilco"

Captain Rodrigez looked at his watch, which had been sinchronised with the other submarines.

"Armed and primed Captain"

"Thankyou Liutenant, ready for launch, go onto red alert for when our cover is broken." A Klaxon sounded for the crew to move from readiness to their action stations and the submarines suddenly dimmed as the red lights came on.

"Liutenant, i have control of the weapons"

"Roger Sir" The captain looked at his watch, and checked the missiles were primed. He was counting down in his mind, 5minutes...4minutes... as the time ticked on by he issued orders on what the plan was to be, once he had fired his missiles he was to dive to crush depth and wait to see if they were pinged at att, and as soon as it was felt to be safe he would return to a normal depth and see that no enemy ships had survived and were coming his way, and after that he would get out of there, and the support vessels in the area would move in to pick up any survivers who could survive until they arrived.

"Firing in 3...2...1..."There was a loud bang from one end of the sub as the first of the missiles launched which was rapidly followed by another 11 misiles. With six other submarines also launching simultaniously from various possitions which would hopefully confuse the enemy air defences the main targets.

On the surface all the missiles made a spectacular show for any close vessels or aircraft, although there shouldn't have been any vessels too close by and the submarines arrays had made sure their possition would not be given away visually. The 72missiles crawled along the sea at a fair pace, with only limited defences the missiles should soon destroy the carriers and that would allow for the submarines to either launch another missile attack from the other submarines on go in close to finish the job off with torpedos.

The streams left by the rockets boosters could be seen clearly by an overflying aircraft between the spray of the sea, leaving a trail which wound from side to side hiding the possition of the submarines as much as possible.

The results of the attack would soon be clear...

The sub, seemingly unaposed, kept moving toward the closest Hotdog vehicle. After noticing the utter failure of the quite engine system they brought her to full speed. When they reached their target they skimmed above it looking for a hatch. Finding one they locked onto it. "Alright men we have lock, rob you take point the rest follow."

The missles soared through the water giving off clear indication of their presence.

"inbound missle impact in 60 seconds!"

"I want total broadcast now: launch all aircraft on this and the other vessles. I want the frigates to initiate full counter measures. Has the mini sub reported..."

The missles impacted with the GDA Corsol and the Fresmon, the Catana being sheilded by the other vessles. Both ships hit went down. Only Two planes escaped from the cariers.

The leader of the Catana took over command.
" I want full reverse on all ships, i want the angels to fly over the starting point for the attack and drop all they have into those waters.

OOC: WTF!?! These subs are some of the best of NS, i think you could do with giving them some leway with their sonar being able to pick it up, especially when going at full speed...however, im sure we can lose one sub...*sigh*

Onboard HNS Surway, one of the closest Subs to the GDA fleet...

BOOM! The explosion echoed around the sub making it shake and jolt suddenly. Captain Anderson was in control due to the attack taking place...

"SHIT!!! What the hell was that!! get the hatches closed! We might be taking in water, send out a message that we're under attack and take evasive manovers! Helm do it! Sonar, do you see anything?? I want reports in from each section NOW! GOGOGO!!!"

He had no clue what had just happened, but he knew that wasn't a collision from the sound of the explosion, and as far as he knew they had just been hit by a torpedo. Around the submarine the klaxon sounded, and the PA systems told them to close all hatches, with no exceptions.

"Foward escape hatch reports as not working Captain! We need it checked ASAP" Reported a panicky Seaman.

"Get it seen to man! Use some initiative!" Came the shouted and rather angry reply. The captain picked up the his nearby telephone and sent a mesage to the foward torpedo room to check everything was working. He had to supervise many different people but he had his prioreties, if his submarine could still fight then he still had a job to do...

In the section surrounding the primary escape hatch there was a sense of bewilderement. There was a loud bang followed by a clang from an object which fell down through the escape hatch opening which had flown open with the explosion. Smoke started pouring out, when there was a sudden bang. Disorientated three of the ratings there jsut stood about doing nothing when they were suddenly shot. Midshipman Lawrens had ducked behind a control panel and being a marine attached to the submarine he knew that it was a smoke grenade and a flashbang that had followed it.

Pulling at the nearest large object he could find, a fire-extinguisher, he crouched low whilst trying to get his bearings and look through the smoke. A figure loomed from above through the hatch..."Fuck! What the...." he thought. The figure was quickly followed by another, and with this he kept his head down, but read to kill the first man who came too close. Fortunatly he was well hidden and behind the thick smoke he would not be seen, especially with the steam coming out of a disconected pipe nearby which should hopefully hide his IR signature...

The captains voice was coming over the PA system now, ordering the closure of hatches and full damage reports from every section. Maybe he was the only one onboard the submarine who really knew what was going on...

Back on HNS Northfield

"Captain, Reports coming in of a possible torpedo hit close to HNS Surway! Shall we send a message to help?"

""What!?! Go to Periscope depth! Full ahead we're bound to have done a lot of damage to the fleet and their defences wont be so good this time round. If we see anything on sonar alert me immediatly, and i want full radar cover if the air seems clear enough so we can check if theres someone around we didn't know about!"

HNS Northfield speed up to its fastest speed and prepared for action, if it was trouble they wanted, they would give it!

IC:

HNS Northfield...

"Sir, looks like the enemy fleet didn't all get taken out, shall i message for a second attack?"

"Roger liutenant, get sorted immediatly, i want missiles launched, the same again and have the subs move in for the final kill with the torpedos. Whats the news from the Surway?"

"Nothing so far Captain, their still checking the damage, but no water has been reported, although their keeping the hatches closed and staying underwater."

"Well make sure they keep to it, we don't want them to make themselves a target above the sea instead. Change direction towards them, i believe we're closing in on their location?"

"aye aye"

With that Northfield slightly changed its course and headed towards HNS Surway, with the intention of giving it any aid they could...

on Surway...

"Holy Crap!" Thought Lawrens "They must be GDA..." He waited, steadying himself, as the first few of the marines walked past...his best bet was to get through to the foward torpedo room or something, where he could be sure their communications would work, just in case his sections wasn't working, which he highly suspected with all the damage caused to the local area.

Seaman Alberts and Elders had been tasked with going through and checking everyone was ok, they had to ensure all the sections were fully closed and there was no contamination or leakage which could be deadly to the submarine. They could only move slowly from area to area, with the heavy compartment doors having to be opened seperatly which could take a long time in some cases.

In the control room Winters was looking at his control pannel."Sir, we have the foward escape area's hatch open! And the surrounding doors aren't closed and we've had no communications with them!"

"Are you saying that they have used the escape hatch!?!"

"Possibly sir, but we should make sure we send a team down there fast, and make sure their ready for arrests. I don't believe the hatch has left the submarine but they may be trying to make a run for it..."

"Get it seen to Winters, you can head the team up, get your sidearm out from whereever you have it, if their trying to get out of this one, its not going to work"

With that Winters checked his weapon, cocked it and ensure the safety was on, he quickly picked two crewmen in the next section to take with him, arming them with the short carbine MTW-07's they had been issued with and took a radio. They would be able to keep communications with them even if local connections had been severed, which may well have been the case...he hoped so, because the torpedo room hadn't yet been contacted yet either.

The "Wolf' of New Ausha was ready. Counter measures ready. Arm all coastal artillery. Scramble all wolfpacks. We will sink them as soon as they leave international waters.

Countermeasures were taken seriously. Coastal Artllery loaded up, across the entire coastline. Satillites picked up the CA movements, down too a few feet.

Sixty missiles flew from each Chieftain, creating a total of 1200 missiles to fly for coastal defenses. This fleet would be a joke. The fleet admiral, Admiral Marcus L. Fireblade, had no doubt in his ability to easily overwhelm the Aushan fleet and hit the beaches. The problem was the allied fleets.

Suddenly the dozens of guns of the fleet pounded to life, sending hundreds of shells flying towards the enemy battleships. The Kraken, along with five of the Chieftains, fired every one of their guns at the enemy Lord Class battleships, hoping to knock the biggest guns out quickly then move in for the kill.

Another five Chieftains pounded away with their railguns at the Enterprise class carriers, while the remaining ten opened up at the rest of the ships. Railgun shells are not able to be shot down by CIWS, and the enemy would have a hard time surviving the barrage.

The dozens of Seahawks in the sky all picked up enemy submarines on their rader, and each of the sixty four choppers dropped two LIDAR guided torpedoes. The 128 highly advanced torpedoes hit the water, and sped towards their targets. With a little more than two LIDAR guided torpedoes per submmarine.

The Predators also each dropped a torpedo down. Each of the 45 Predators fired a small torpedo of their own, creating even more problems for the crews aboard the submarines.

Aboard the Kraken, F-4 Phantom II's got ready to take off should enemy fighters or bombers be launched. Admiral Fireblade looked out the window of his command post on the massive ship. All around him were the ships of war, all painted jet black. "Griffincrest always painted its things black, so dreary" he thought to himself as the Kraken began to open up on the enemy. He then turned, with his hands folded behind his back, and walked to his desk. "So much paperwork" he mumbled, and then began to sort through papers scattered around by the sudden jolt of the ship.

The dormant Imperial fleet kicked to life with the firing of cannons. Every battleship in the fleet opened up with their railguns, 2,210 cannons ranging from 4 inches to 10. Not to mention the 320 18 inch coilguns that fired from the Lords.

They fired into the Aushan fleet furiously. This was the day they had been waiting for.

The Dreadnaughts still stood silent, but not for long. Fifty-four 30 inch ETC guns, twenty-four 18 inch coilguns, and fifty-six 14 inch railguns fired into the enemy fleet.

Soon they would fall... But untill then, there would be blood.

OOC: Just letting you guys know, i plan on pulling out ASAP, in other words once i've got myself untangled from the attack on GDA's forces, so i'll divert my Hood class and the sub's will soon be leaving the area away from the big enemy fleets. ATM i don't have the support from main fleet ships and can't RP much either.

IC:

Onboard HNS Oceans Might Admiral Nirwitz pondered on the current state of affairs. He had just received an order to move away from New Ausha, and they would be docked at an allied nation for refueling and a few overhauls to the fleet. They would then look at possibly returning to H2 due to the recent dangers of the CA fleet which looked very dangerous to the small SD fleet. Although the Hood Class could take care of itself it could be sunk, and this had been seen in the past, and it was therefore seen as safer not to waste around $1trillion USD on one ship but to return to an allied port, dock, and possibly form up either with their submarines to support them from ASW forces allowing them to make attack from close ranges with their missiles and even their torpedos once the missiles had damaged the escorts enough.

When he returned he would be reinforced with more ships and when that happened, he would not be turning back...

As the missiles flew, corresponding interceptors flew out, too intercept the incoming missiles. The Rail gun strikes were very inaccurate, being fired at such a long distance.

Out of the 1200 BC missiles, 1140 were shot, while 60 hit their mark, wounding two destroyers. Accordingly, all Montana Class and Iowa class battleships, fired their rail guns, directly at the BC destroyers. SSN-777 Class Submarines, along with Dolphin class moved swiftly forward, launching torpedo's, at the oncoming battleships.

Meanwhile, F-88 Ghosts, fired their long range missiles, at the firing destroyers.

Hundreds of fighters took off from their carriers, moving into their various formations. AA Destroyers moved ahead quickly.

Tomahawk missiles, flew toward several advance RFF battleships.

The sailors loaded the rail guns, repaired damages like madmen. This invasion fleet would fall, more than easily. But it would take time.

-Reinforcements, in the amount of 6 Destroyers, 7 Battleships, and 20 Submarines are approaching the battle site. 4 Carriers oncoming as well.

GODMOD! 60 missiles only wounded two officers! Ausha, grow up, and learn to take casualties. Not only that, but how many people are in your military?? The force you sent to TWSP alone should be the whole thing, figuring that like 5 million men with another 5 million in logistics. You have effectivly shot down chances of defending yourself after a landing is made, as you also have almost a million people likely in the Navy and logistics for it. And I want to see the casualties of all of the rest of my cannon fire. The 1200 missiles were fired at the shore, but I smashed your fleet with Railguns, ETC guns, and coil guns. Your total government budget: 3,043,178,424,000.00 Can this pay for it? Close, but no cigar! Oh wait thats all you have.... Hmmm so you are spending all your national budget on your military. You are a total noob if you dont post how all social programs in your nations, (such as Commerce, Welfare, Environment, Administration, Public transportation) have been suspended, your tax rate is 100% flat, too pay for your wars, and your economy is in the sh*t hole.

4 Destroyers, 2 battleships sunk

2 Destroyers Crippeled

3 Battleships damaged

2,100 sailors dead

3,000 in need of rescue

The NA submarines were able too get close enough too some of the BC and RFF destoryers, too lob some torpedos, in thier direction.

F-99 Wolverines Flew high and fast, getting locks on the apporaching cruisers. The attack formations were, graceful too say the least, as the fired thier missels.

The railgun fire pounded the water around several battleships, wounding a few.

"I want 5 destroyers, full, all our railguns!"

Within minutes the guns of 6 destroyers, and 2 battleships roared over the previously calm ocean.

Tomahawk missels, launched out of the reserve destroyers, 500 too be exact, as the reserve battleships, made thier way too the front.

Carriers Decks were literally chaos, with the sailors running about, and planes taking off.

"Admiral, we must launch all planes, too hold off thier advance."

"Alright, notify all carriers i'm allowing an all out air attack."

"yes sir!"

"Oh, and sir?"

"Yes Lieutennant?"

"What if they are enter the red zone?"

"We will call on the flagship, then, of course."

"Yes Sir!"

A neat formation of F-44 Interceptors watched the perimiter, of the RFF fleet, out of range of the AA.

Wolf packs of submarines began too dive, and go into formation.

400 B-52 Bombers, with full fighter escorts, have taken off, from New Ausha mainland.

As for our said crimes, in attacking diplomats, who dictate the murder of millions daily, we are also accused of allying with communists. Is this an international crime I have been unaware of? I can point out a few CA crimes. Attacking TWSP, with no justification, attacking me without proper justification, using chemical/biological utility in mass murder (see TWSP), smashing small nations into submission, in order too obtain another slaving cog, in the bloated, corrupt, infrastructure that is the CA. Of course, I could go on, but I suppose you understand the jist of it. Thank you for your time.

IC:
The sixteen 24” guns of each Maddox class battleship roared to life, spraying fire and death upon the Griffincrest ships. The mighty guns of the First and Second Fleets finally awoke as they aided the Maddox class battleships in bathing Griffincrest ships in fire.

As the ships tilted with the awesome power of the guns AGM-220 Bireme anti-warship missiles streaked off into the air. Each battleship fired a volley of 48, for a total of 2496 devastating Doomingsland missiles streaking towards the enemy fleet. It would utilize a two-stage engine, the first stage consisting of a turbofan cruising engine. The cruising stage would bring the missile to within 40 miles of the target, and from there the terminal stage would take over. In order to prevent detection during the cruising stage, the missile will make use of active radar wave cancellation and IR reducing systems. In the terminal stage, a solid fuel rocket motor will propel the missile to nearly mach three for the final attack. A terminal pop-up will then be executed via 3D thrust vectoring to fool enemy CIWS. Behind these missiles the cells of other ships began to hum to life as they readied to launch a second, more numerous, round of missiles at the remnants of the enemy fleet.

F78s shot into the air zipping around over head, ready to take out any enemy fighters that might think of challenging their undefeated air control. In addition to air to air missiles their bays also held Caesar anti shipping missiles, the legendary missiles which had all but eradicated a Jarridian fleet in the waters between Doomingsland and Borman Empire.

The Sixth and Seventh Fleets were still a couple hundred miles from those of RFF, but F78s were taking off anyway, and heading in the direction of the RFF fleet; these fleets were opening up with a volley of Caesar missiles. From near 400 miles away bay doors opened as these shining rods of destruction soared out. Utilizing a solid fuel rocket engine, these missiles would come to cruising speed of mach 3, until they came within eighty miles of the enemy fleet. Once that range is achieved, the rocket stage detatches, allowing the missile, now a torpedo, to fall to the water. Passive sonar then detects the sound emmisions of the enemy fleet, and the torpedo sets a proper course. Using a magneto-hydrodynamic engine, the torpedo cruises silently to within just eight miles, by which time active sonar is switched on, and the magneto drive detatches, bringing it to the final stage: supercavitation. The supercavitating engine kicks it, shooting the torpedo to a velocity of 100 knots, and goes in for the final attack on the target.

As roughly one thousand of these made their way for the RFF fleet a second wave of F78s prepared for take off. In the event of an aerial counter attack they would be in the air to smash any hope at reaching the Borman ships.

12 battleships, who had gotten much closer too RFF ships, gave the approaching ships a few nice rail gun blasts..

Meanwhile, destroyers continued too lob Patriot and Tomahawk missiles at the BC, from a distance. The missiles sailed through the air, their laser targeting systems, finding the BC ships easily.

F-44's and F-88's, along with Migs, and "Seagulls" flew low and fast, rising only too let loose a barrage of missiles at the RFF destroyers, and carriers.

Submarines sailed swiftly, and fairly close too BC, destroyers, letting lose carefully aimed torpedo's. Meanwhile, the reserve submarines launched long range missiles, at BC carriers.

B-52's, along with their escorts had encountered no such AA utility, those were very close too the BC fleet.

OOC: Alright. I just posted about that somewhere... can't remember where... I'll try to find it...

As the massed enemy fleets and their air support launched their massive attacks, the Imperial Undershi Navy carrier Nietzche launched its 83 remaining Thunderer fighter-bombers... they were kitted out for air-to-air combat, and under orders to land for resupply on whatever CA carrier they could find once their supplies ran out - it was predicted that there was a good chance that the Nietzche would perish before all of its fighters were downed.
It looked as though time was up for the Undershi naval group supporting the CA in New Ausha... and now that was proven, as a the 24" guns of the Imperial Boman fleet, aimed at the CA fleet in general, struck a lucky hit on the carrier deck, blasting a gaping wound into the vessel.
Flames lept eveywhere, as damage control crews labored as best they could to control the blazes... it was like something from some hell as the cold industrial corridors of the Undershi vessel were flooded or filled with flame... it was like something from hell...
Then, as the CIWS went off-line for just a few seconds, a New Aushan flyer got lucky - that B-52 had been making an idle attack against the carrier, not really expecting its missiles to penetrate the carrier's CIWS... but the carrier's CIWS just plain wasn't there. As the missiles flew home, the system came back on line... but all too late. Even as the gattling guns traversed to aim at the incoming anti-shipping missiles, those same missiles hit... a direct hit at just the right point amidst the damage.
With a horrific creak, a horrific sound of hot metal being blasted, then what was left breaking apart, the Imperial Undershi carrier Nietzche somehow broke into two pieces, the space in between those two fragments rapidly filling with a slick of still burning oil, in which flailed screaming Undershi sailors, no longer as terrifying as they had been, now that they wailed like tormented souls in hell, and begged for their mothers to come and take the pain away...
It was horrific, it was a horror that Undershis would remember and shiver at for decades to come... but, as the carrier's destroyer escorts futiley tried to pick up a few of the remaining survivors, as horrifically burned Undershi sailors flailed in the water, New Aushuans simply saw the victory, the destruction of a significant enemy vessel. War was odd that way... one side wept and cursed at the injustice of it all, while another cheered at how God or Fate or Chance had favored them...

OOC: New Ausha, sorry if you feel that I was god-modding or anything. I just wanted to have something significant happen... would you RP something for the bomber crew?

OOC: You werent godmodding. You just Rped a physicaly impossible attack. Its ok.

Battleships, continued too pound BC ships with thier railguns.

The B-52's struck, dropping millions of pounds of ordinance on carefully targeted RFF and BC ships.

F-44's are intercepting enemy aircraft.

Rescue efforts too ovberboard sailors underway.

Tomahawks, flew out of NA destoryers, aimed for RFF destoryers.

F78s released several score of Caesar missiles towards the Undershi destroyers trying to clean up the damage of the carrier. Borman would not allow them the chance to do so.

Other F78 fighters targeted Undershi planes which managed to flee the destruction of the carrier. The ARC/MSR-79 fire control computer logged targets of the planes as barrages of AIM-210 XSRAAM and AIM-155 Sidewinder II missiles rocketed forwards towards the Undershi craft, roughly three missiles per Undershi plane.

Hurtian Embassy Blackhelm Confederacy
A diplomat picked up a phone, and dialed Claudius Griffencrest.

"Hello, Mr. Griffencrest? I know you aren't really the leader of Blackhelm, but I believe it is important to tell you this, within 48 hours from now an attempt might be made on your life, see me tomarrow for further details, as it was our duty as members of the Corprate Alliance to see to it that such an event would never happen. Yes, I'll hold...."

A few minutes later he is off of hold and talks to a real person, and explains once again that Griffencrest's life is in imminant danger. Meanwhile a security detail is preparing themselves to meet Griffencrest personally to escort him for the week.

He is put on hold again...

Finally he gets to talk to Griffencrest...

"Something big is going to happen in the next 48 hous, your life is in danger, and an all out frontal assault on 3 fronts shall commence within seconds of each other. Yes, I know this because of GASN and ADAN contacts, I found a bit of their code on the bottom of a sheet of paper. I didn't get much, but it is really big, and will happen soon, since they bumped it ahead 5 days, they only do that for operations within a week of their original deadline. Don't trust anybody, as they could be privately hired assasins merely trying to get you alone so they can slit your ......"

The line went dead...

He turns to the guards:
"Move it men, as far as we know he could be dead already, move, move move! Dangit, MOVE already!"

They ran down the stairs, and hopped into the limo, others jumped onto the horses and rode off towards the Griffencrest towers.

Planes could be seen in the air at alarmingly low altitudes...
But then again, they were right next to an airport...

All men made sure their guns were loaded, half expecting to walk into a war zone upon finding Griffencrest.

The cause of the dead line was a fellow emploee in the shadows, who smiled as the others left, in his hand he held a CCZ-75 pistol... "Time to meet the wizard.... follow the yellow brick road..."
He was a temp... he then concealed the gun, and went outside to hail a taxi.

He then got out, shook his head. Stumbled, got up again, and wondered what he was doing in the middle of the street with a gun in his pants...

He then hailed a taxi (the same one) and asked to return back to the embassy row. The taxi driver was confused and a heated discussion followed, what was said was unkown, but within 5 minutes of getting back into the taxi, the taxi driver was found dead by the roadside with 15 bullet holes in him in a tightly packed group where his chest used to be, and his head was missing, his legs and fingers broken, apparently one at a time.

The remnants of Carrier Group Nietzche, the destroyers Alexander and Lee, had given up on saving the carrier itself - it was already a flaming wreak, sinking beneath the waves to some cold undersea resting place.
They were now merely trying to save the lives of as many of their fellow sailors as they could. The enemy attack had done its job. Although they were rather too shocked to consider much of an offensive action, a few salvoes of surface-to-surface anti-shipping missiles were launched from the destroyers - one of which, the Lee, soon joined the Nietzche in destruction as an Imperial Boman missile struck it amidship, one of several and the only one to get through its CIWS. Still, any hit from such a missile would be fatal for a destroyer... and so it dies, adding its few survivors to the terrible wreakage of the battle.
As this occured, the captain of the Alexander apparently came to a conclusion - he would cut the Empire's losses for this day, and withdraw... even if that meant leaving survivors from the Nietzche and the Lee to drown. They couldn't win here today - therefore, he had to try to save what he could... and so he withdrew.

Meanwhile

Meanwhile, the 83 orphaned Thunderer fighter-bombers that had launched from the Nietzche began their Attack Run - they would come in as close as they could before deploying their anti-shipping missiles... and then they would run, run for the nearest Undershi base, and hope for the best. Supporting those 83 fighter-bombers would be 18 Surface-to-Surface missiles launched by the two destroyers - it wouldn't be enough to avenge the losses they had suffered that day, not nearly enough... but perhaps it would be enough to make the enemy bleed.

OOC: Undershi, my F78s are firing scores of air to air missiles at your planes.

IC:
The missile salvos had been performing extremely below usual, thus far only one ship was seen going down with the carrier. Yet other vessels launched another round of missiles at Undershi ships which still floated. As they did so the massive guns continued to smoke and shake as round after round shot off for Undershi and Griffincrest ships, soon to be doing immense damage.

As Undershi missiles rocketed towards Borman craft Jerico CIWS system began to show it's true colors as the Steel Wall CIWS took out missile after missile. Rdar, laser, and infared aided the 30mm cannons as they fired using a centrifuge-layout with the rotating barrel counter-rotating to the rotation of the centrifuge. 30mm slugs and high explosive rounds with no propellant fired at rates reaching 120,000 rounds per minute, but usually less so. Rounds were flying out as fast as 8000 feet per second. And even deadlier, each round exited the barrel only 1/32" in front of each other, creating a literal “wall of steel” for enemy missiles to fly through. The weapons just sprayed towards the incoming missiles, the sheer amount of rounds in the air will bringing down the missiles. In addition to this, twin missile pods, each containing four RIM-125 Pilum missiles, began opening fire and taking out what missiles dared to try and come through the CIWS Suite.

Again the Jericho system showed it's dominance, with a tiny amount of missiles getting through. A destroyer however was hit and taking water fast, the crew did all they could to try and save her; but knew that soon it would go down. A Maddox Class Battleship has been hit on the side with one of the missiles, but only incurred minor damage due to the massively thick hull.

The remnants of Carrier Group Nietzche was well on its way to withdrawl as the Imperial Boman missiles continued their assault. A fuel tanker was hit as the scattered support ships, clustered around the Alexander made their way towards safety - it went up in a massive fireball, hurling bits of charred flesh and flaming metal through the air, to come crashing down into the sea.
The remains of the Undershi fleet looked likely to escape, though - one heavy transport, two light supply ships and the destroyer Alexander, leaving behind the wreaked remains of the tanker, the carrier Nietzche and the destroyer Lee. Too many dead... too many dead.

As for the Thunderers... they responded to the sheer volume of incoming fire in a uniquely Undershi manner - they turned their craft, now certain to be destroyed, into missiles, flying in towards the Imperial Boman fleet... none would survive this battle, but they would hopefully take a few enemies with them as they died...

As what aircraft survived the Borman missile salvo began flying down towards Borman ships the defenses put in place to stop things like this opened up. Hundreds of ETC guns opened up to assist the Jericho Steel Wall CIWS suite blasting away at the incoming aircraft. All sorts of launching systems opened up as SA-96S, ACT-125S, ACT-220S, ACT-230S, and ACT-235 Praetorian missiles fired off. Ordnance filled the air as flaming wrecks came crashing down to the sea, several unfortunately falling into some ships. The Undershi aircraft had been dealt a massive blow by the powerful Borman airforce, and the naval defenses did a heavy toll on what remained. Yet still several got through. The flaming wreck of one craft came down with such speed it went through the deck of a Maddox Class battleship, ironically after having shaved off some deck armor to test if it was needed. Not enough to sink the ship, but obviously in need of repair. Another destroyer and a supply ship were hit and began a slow descent to the bottom.

The admiral looked at his digital screen, seeing what remained of the Undershi fleet fleeing. “I don’t want them to get away, if anything escapes, it will be a single ship.”

Aircraft waiting on carriers took off to join those who had been targeting Undershi aircraft and head after the fleet. Again the renowned Caesar anti-shipping missiles fell from bays, nearly two thousand in total; eager to remove this Undershi threat once and for all. After these missiles did their damage more strike fighters would move in to use other means to eliminate what remained.

Submarines turned and shot for the ships, ready to aid their torpedoes to the missiles of the aircraft.
