Salutations to your fine nation!

We shall welcome your ambadassor, whoever she or he will be, to Tetrapolis, and correspondingly send Mr. A. Germanius to Cotenshire. Meanwhile, off course, Government of Incorporated Status shall recognize the existance of Cotenshire as sovereign entity.

As the different ways to bring our nations more close each other, I disucessed about it with Minister of Foreign Trade, Valentinus Severus. So, we are offering you Agreement of Free Trade, what will remove tolls between Cotenshire and Caseus Vatisicus.

After reviewing your latest message, His Grace, King William Salisbury V has agreed to all of its components. His Grace concurs; Cotenshire is a fine nation, where the righteous and honourable work industriously to bring about the Lord's Kingdom on Earth.

To your country, we shall send John Penrith, the most noble son of Roger Penrith, Marquess of Rillcanster. He will serve as His Grace's eyes and ears, as well as his pen, in our communications with each other.

His Grace, the King, also accepts your Agreement of Free Trade and the relaxations of our tariffs. I, the Lord Chancellor, most potent minister of the state and keeper of the Great Seal of the state, will also work to enforce our agreement.

May God shine his grace upon our peoples.

Good day, Hotdogs2 would be delighted to open up an embassy within your nation and for you to open one within Hotdogs2. The ambassador to be sent would be Sir Issac Mills, one of our newest Ambassadors who looks to have a great political Career ahead of him. We shall send information on the needs of the embassy and the staff if you accept our request.

We would also like to note that some of your recognised nations are GDI members whilst others have left the alliance due to their own issues and some are now pursuing an anti-GDI agenda, and for that reason currently we would advise against allying with them or whatever you wish to do with said nations.

We shall give you an updated list of the membership once it becomes available.
