Malkyer

It's been two years since I joined NS, and I can say with certainty that it's been quite a fun time. I've seen the greats of RPers work their magic, and I've seen n00bs declare war on the world with their secret nuclear stockpiles five minutes after they click the "Create Nation" button on the NS page. I've seen nations come and go, allies and enemies alike.
I've participated in dozens of great roleplays; a few that come to mind are the New Crusade way back in '04, the Malkyeri Civil War (which gave me a close ally in Halberdgardia; I don't where he's gone), both incarnations of the 20th Century Earth, the Fourth Chimurenga (I still hope to ressurect this one, I'm sad that it died over the past summer), several wars against the mean and nasty Dracun Imperium, and countless RPs of war, political intrigue, and just plain absurdity (Wayne Brady on a killing rampage kind of absurdity) with my ally and friend Ottoman Khaif. I'm not the sort of writer to churn out RPs that everyone reads with enthusiasm, but I like to think I've improved a bit since my first ever RP post, when I fought a war with a puppet of mine that lasted about three pages and ended quickly because of foreign intervention.
I don't really have a lot to say on this 730th day as Malkyer, except that NS in general and I.I. in particular have been most excellent, and I hope to stick around for a long time to come.
