For years they were sheltered in Japan, housed by the only government that seemed to take pity on these Russian immigrants. They lived without worry now, nothing except the constant judgment of the Japanese eye would bother them. They were the minority, they were the outkast of society now and were looked down upon as such. They had to no one to lead them except a foriegn government and they had no one to protect them, they were not allowed into the Japanese army because they were not legal citizens. They were given reservations to live on and over the years it was obvious somthing would come out of this group of former rebel fighters. The russian territory they came from was always in small rebellion wars. Not a single civilian refugee in Japan could claim themselfs as non-participants of the fights. It was because of this maybe that they banded together as units of formed squads. They had nothing else to do but go back to what would be concidered 'primal' and conquere territory for their own now.
It was a simple matter of time, over the years a man growen up around war and living with his russian brothers through the ridicule and torment and racial slurs from the japanese people, that he who wanted to would begin a campaing. How the Jap's didn't know was a questionable problem, it must be because they didn't care what happened to the people now.
Karl Viliant was his name, the instigator of 'The Syndicate' he stood infront of a large crowd of refugee's and gave the most nationalist speech he could of come up with. He spoke with the fearocity of Hitler as well as the poise and nimblness. His would gave the refugee's reason to claim pride for who they were, reason to look high, as well as a reason to kill.
Refugee reservation camp, Northern Japanese Mainland - 3/5/04
Karl stook infront of his people, a crowd of russian refugee's who had gathered to listen to a man they knew well. He led a small movment back in their former territory, he was the leader of 'The Syndicate' a group well knowen back in Russian or at least it was before the group was distroyed and everyone abondoned it.
Karl cleared his throat and began to speak.
"Good evening, I am Karl Viliant. I stand before you as a man who once knew his Russian heritage. I once knew what we had but now I look around and see that everything we had, and everything we need has been striped from us. I know happened, because of faith. I had faith that one day our land would be free from war, I had faith in our god to see us through this, I had faith and that is why I am here. Our religion went under question and we were throwen out of our country because of it, our nationality went under question and that is again why we were throwen out. Japan took us in but then began a campaing against us. We are outkast of this world and it is time for us to come back into the social world and let them know who we are and why we are who we are. WE ARE RUSSIANS, WE ARE DOMINATE AND WE WILL PROVE IT."
His short speech spoke to everyone and was found at the end with a loud applause. A people whose faith had been ripped from them now found themselfs cheering for an extremist who had many of them where he wanted them. He smiled and walked off stage to gather supporters to recreate his group, he knew what he was doing and two months later had a joined force of 1,300 in his group.

First the video was created, the martyers of the attacks. Praising their god and praising the Viliant name. They told the world what they were going to do, and shed no tears for the dead they knew they would create. It was two days later, after the tape that the attack was being carriered out.

Kansai Airport, Japan
The bridges, long and mighty to the eye gave the world an idea of japanese creativity. The long bridges ran to the man-made island, the airport of which stood ontop of. Along the bridge a regular day would take a few minutes, 10 maybe to get across with all the traffic and such. It would be here during a long car jam that the world would be shaken.
Along the line of cars were three cars that seemed completly normal, a bit beat up and obviously used the cars were all recently bought because they had no lisence plates, nothing unsualy except for the even length between each car. The car jam moved up another minute up the road that halted and suddenly the first car went off. The bridge took a sharp hit but no collapse, cars around it were blowen to their sides one of which was pushed to against the bridge wall. An instant moment and now a few people lay dead. As people got out of their cars to see the distruction another minute passed and the car in the back exploded with the strength needed to blow a hole in the bridge. Everyone by now knew what was happening and were in a panic, police could be heard trying to get to the scene but before anyone on the bridge could even think about evacuation, the final car began to drive forward forcing itself into the median where the two bridges meet. It exploded and again the strength blew out a chunk of the bridge.
It was obvious what was happening now and calls were being sent into the control tower to stop all flights from leaving, a hijacking though was inconceivable due to the carrier stationed in the harbor at all times. The tower followed the orders though and began to ground the flights but soon after a few calles were made a team of armed, masked men broke into the main tower. Police guards in the airport were now in a gunfight down in the main area as another team of four fought them all the while killing civilians in the way.
For five minutes the military was getting organized and soon would deploy to their position but by then the plan would have been carriered out. The main tower then cleared a flight takeoff, the tower still controled by the militants. the plane ran down the runway, its channel tuned into only the main control towers. The tower sent a quick message to the carrier.
"Hijacked plane, use extreme measures. They will not reason, take 'em down."
The plane gained enough speed and was about to take off just in time to wittness the final explosion. A van had rammed itself into the fuel supply in the far bottom of the airport, The fuel ignighted after the vans payload exploded in the back.
The armed men in the tower began now to kill the tower controlers, it was simple execution as they went down a line of scared crying civilians, shooting each on with a single bullet to the head. The Police guards were loosing the fight due to the weapon deferance. And soon they would be aided by military forces but before that could happen the gunmen split up, two of them running into a crowd of huddled people. They each, with bomb belts straped on, blew themselfs up. The other two ran to a service elevation that ran down to the interior of the complext, They were shot down before they could make it though.
The final gunman in the tower were now held up there, only one of them was straped with an explosive device and he then alone left the tower, his life ended by a hail a bullets from guards who had made it up in time to find him leaving. The others fought the guards before running out of ammo and pulling pistols out to commit suicide.
The plane that took off was now in the air and headed toward the carrier, a normal route but today it seemed to look like an attack.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As this went on the news media began to gather at the scene, they could see the one plane leaving the airport. Their camera's would catch everything that was planned to happen afterwards. In the studio it was a differant story, a video had come in showing the group surrounding on man, the leader Viliant. The group of men were those who ahd just attacked the building. They each knew it was suicide for them and they praised their god for giving them a chance to show their trust in the almighty that the attack would succed and that those who are non-believers and those who are of a 'Dirty Race' would be killed. Several of them had taken the time to annouce their names, to the camera and to annouce their belief in their god, all of them promoted their russian race as the almighty race of power and strength. The main peice was Viliant who spoke with much racism and passion to his cause.
"You who are of the dirty race, those who have altered the bloodline of the pure. None of your deserve to live, your godlessness has gotten you here and you deserve what you will recieve..."
In the Cottish embassy in Tokyo, the day had started normally with the employees doing their jobs, helping citizens that had lost their passports get emergency passports so they could get home or give them advice on how to deal with the situations they were in. The ambassador had just arrived back at his office after visiting a business that was a major supplier to the Cottish market and relaxed in his office. The military attaché was in his office, going over the latest reports on the Japaneese military, and the charge d'affairs was down in the comms room when the news of the attack came over the Japaneese medias. The analysts people got to work taping the news and getting as much information as possible while the upper echelon of the embassy was called into the situation room in the sixth floor.
The situation room was a relatively large room with room for upwards of thirty people, painted in bright colors and with five 32" flatscreen TVs on the walls and with a large table with quite a few phones on it. The ambassador, charge d'affairs, military attaché and a few others were in the room within minutes, wondering what the hell had happened. Finally, six minutes after the Cots became aware of the news, the lead analyst, a fourty-year old woman from Nasjonal Sikkerhetsmyndighet, the military signals intelligence agency entered with a laptop in her hands. The Cots were big on trying to keep the paper usage to the minimum, so the information was compiled in a text document on the laptop instead of notes on a piece of paper. It was also a lot more secure than paper.
"Mine damer og herrer, det har vært en hendelse på Kansai-flyplassen. Så vidt vi vet er den fortsatt i gang, og alt tyder på at dette er et terrorangrep." [Ladies and Gentlemen, there's been an incident at Kansai international airport. As far as we can tell, it's still going on and everything suggests its a terrorist attack.]
The people looked at each other, not really believing the news. Terror? In Japan? How?
"I følge japanske medier står en gruppe under ledelse av en viss Karl Viliant bak angrepene. Vi har per nå ikke mer informasjon, men dere vil få den fortløpende så snart vi får den." [According to Japaneese media, a group under the command of a certain Karl Vilant is responsible for the attack. We have as per now no further information, but you will get it up here as soon as we get it.]
"Anbefalinger?" [Recommendations?] the ambassador asked, having a hunch as to what the woman would say.
"Flash-kontakt til Oslo. Informer dem om hendelsen. Videre må vi finne ut om Cottiske statsborgere er involverte, og informere de japanske myndighetene dersom våre borgere er involverte." [Flash-contact Oslo. Inform them of the incident. Furthermore, we need to find out if Cottish citizens are involved, and inform the Japaneese authorities if that is the case.]
"Gjør det." [Do it.] the ambassador said to the charge d'affairs, who picked up a phone and dialed the number to the comms center. Three minutes later, an encrypted message with priority 1-Red was sent to the Foreign Ministry in Oslo, informing them of the situation.

Hirgizstanian Naval Base, Hamamatsu, Honshu
The alarm klaxons sounded in the afternoon, breaking the relative calm and echoing through the quiet, hazy day. They sounded for sixty seconds and then shut off. Certain Officers made their way to a certain building on the base.
At the moment, part of the 20th Fleet was stationed at port, including 2 Ronald Reagan Class CVN's and 2 Nimitz Class CVN's, all with their support ships. They presented some awfully big targets.
Certain Officers had been briefed on what to do and the base was locked down, only allowing access to Hirgizstanian Military and Japanese Military. A Japanese Carrier had nearly been hit earlier in the day by a hi-jacked aircraft just after the Kansai Airport Bridge had been blown up. Luckily the Carrier scrambled a fighter that, unfortunately, brought down the airliner before it could get nearer the Carrier. There was no chances being taken at the Hirgizstanian base, civilian aircraft were already being directed away from flight-paths over the base and fighters sat ready on the decks of the four carriers.
Outside the relative calm of the Hirgizstanian base, Japan was in turmoil at the attacks. Inside the base sailors watched local TV stations show footage of the bombings and footage of the terrorists denouncing so called 'dirty races'. Many of the sailors were from states in southern or northern Russia and were appalled that so called 'Russians' could have done such things.

The members of the monitoring team within the DoD kept a close eye on the events unfolding in Japan, as news came in from the Hawdawg embassy about the terroristic acts taking place inside the country. A SITREP was complied with what was know and sent to DM Wells via his Palm Pilot. When more data was assembled it would be shared with command.

OOC Yea what Nero said on the EII thread is true. The plane hasn't hit the carrier. Although Nero sort of made it kind of funny, being as my pilots will not take off even if told too if the sound of an explosion or gun shot sounded. Meh nvm, we just want this to kick off. But in a normal situation, my military would have beheaded all the men before they got a chance to commit suicide.
IC
Ngoymi Yuchiro stood beside his J-101/2-F *Made up name for an aircraft that I havn't really finished* as he stared at disbeliefe.
"Are you sure it's on it's way to hit us?" He said to the Commander over a comm. device. He got no answer, but was answered with orders. He hopped into his jet, men prepping it. They had no time to force the plane to land, at the distance it was it would hit in not even a minute. He man and his Jet began it's launch, taking off of the carrier deck. He spoke through his shocker mask as he was informed of what to do. He sighed, enabling his weapons system. He was headed, nose-to-nose, towards the 747-sized air plane. Taking a tight spin to the right he fired at it's wing until it blew off, increasing his speed slightly and taking a dive towards the water to avoid the debris. Pulling up, now upside down, he flew towards the plane once again. It was beginning to spiral out of control, headed towards the carrier still. He knew what he had to do now. Enabling his AMRAAM he sighed. Firing two rockets, he spun over back to his belly and pulled up. Nothing else he could do, nor did he want to do. The air plane was a giant ball of fire, burning up quickly taking a dip towards the right. It narrowly missed the carrier, the remains of it clipping the front edge of the carrier runway. He flew in circles around the carrier, no remorse.
Impure race?
The situation had resolved, being as all the terrorists were now dead. Emergency workers, mostly belonging to the Fast Response Tactical Brigade *FRTB*, had began searching around the bridges. The left bridge stayed intact, as the right one had a gaping hole. Firefighters were having trouble, at first, with controlling the blazing inferno where the very large fuel depot once stood. It was a monstrosity. The people of Japan realized the false sense of security they had, and many men and women of the Ministry of Social Defense had been found dead due to self-inflicted injuries. Investigations were not needed, being as those responsible were obvious. Shortly after the attacks, several murders took-place throughout Japan. Several white people were found dead in alleyways, and public beatings took place. Nationalism had taken another sharp turn towards strengthening yet again throughout Japan. The Military felt responsible soon after the realization of what had happened. Surprisingly, the black box of the JF-911 was found. *911, homeage to of course 9/11* The recording had been played throughout the Beareu of Federal Investigations. It was obvious that a dire mistake had been made, and accidentally the media soon got hold of a copy of this tape.
Monster
Men and women throughout the world looked at their TV Screens, whether it be the large plasma screens in downtown Layarteb City, or the European TVs of Cotland and the Reich, or the Japanese-made televisions throughout every house hold of Japan. If it wasn't bad enough with just an attack being made on Japan, just think about it when the Military adds on to the Civilian death toll. Monkeys, a term used lightly, began throwing their crap towards the Japanese Government. Restrictions being proposed, to once again reduce the Japanese 'Incompetant' Military. It angered the people more than they were already at their apparently poor security. And heightened the hatred towards foreigners.
In the first day, 23 Nerotikan-Russian ethnics had been found murdered. 17 of which were beheaded, 6 of which were beaten. 20 of them were men, 2 women and 1 a child. The Military began it's occupation of the shaddy reservations, rounding up all they could to be put in more concentrated areas. Irian Jaya was the sound location.
Over the next few months, perhaps thousands of Nero-Rossiyans would be slaughtered as revenge.
Official death toll - 836-1232 *guestimate*

Viliant took his place infront of his people, they had left their camps now and were hiding out in an undisclosed location. The attack had not only done a number on the enemy but weakend there numbers, it was planed that they would all die but forgetting to replace them was a dire mistake. The group, now straped with guns ranging from the cheapest AK-47's to other AK variants made in Russian, all for the russian pride. The group was now planning the second stage but the increase of russian hate was getting on their nurves and revenge would have to come quickly and swiftly.
Viliant spoke with a low voice into a microphone. The group listened without waver.
"Tonight we pray for those who gave their lifes to our cause. Tonight we are born a new and we are ready to show these unholy, dirty people that we will not stand idle as they torment our race. The second phase begins, another large attack would be unthinkable at this point though and so we must trust the message will get across soon. As I speak many of out members who lived in the city are transferring to other countries. They will not be stopped as many russians are leaving the country for sanctuary in others. When we station them they know their jobs and will carry them out as ordered. The world will see our power and we will be feared around it." Viliant paused and looked around at his people's faces. The men were now aging, it had been awhile sence they left the camps and beards were begining to grow in. None of them wore masks or anything to cover their faces. Those were taken off to show support of Viliant and set aside next to them or around their necks.
"Now I ask that you all bow your heads and pray for those men." Viliant bowed his head for a short while then left the group followed by a few of them, his bodygaurds.

Tokyo, Japan
The city was bustling around as though it were ignoring the attack yesterday. A few streetcorners had people with signs that said repent in the japanese characters. Slowly a group of cars stopped at a red light outside a Japanese oriental shop. Inside a car in the front of the group sat a white russian male. His eyes jumping around as he notices a group of Japanese men coming toward his car. One of the men runs to the car and opens the passenger door to grab at the russian driver. The russian looked at the man then turned his head to the backseat, sitting there partially covered were explosives. The Japanese man jumped back and yelled out a cry for help as the car exploded.
The activity in the embassy was starting to pick up now that some time had passed. However, the embassy only became really involved when a concerned Cottish citizen called and said that relatives had been on their way to the airport at the time of the attack. The relevant information of those citizens suspected of being involved was gathered and the crisis team started their work, contacting the Japaneese foreign ministry to convey the information that they suspected Cottish citizens of being possible victims in the attack.
Another cause of concern for the embassy was the statements made by the apparent leader of the terrorist group, Viliant. The chief of security, a major in the Royal Marines immediately placed the security staff in the embassy on higher alert, and he made inquiries to the Defense Ministry about getting additional personnel to ensure the security of the embassy. A submarine carrying a team of eight Marinejegers, the Cottish equivalent of US Navy SEALs was in the vicinity and could be in the area within a few hours. All they needed was permission from the Japaneese government to dock and transfer the special forces. However, it wasn't sufficient reason to request the Marinejegers to deploy just yet.

The Nishiki Market was bustling around as it always did. The people were buying the usual products that lines the walls of the market, fish, fruit and trinkets. Everyone was cautious now though as several white russian immigrants entered the market. They had a right to be though, as straped around the russians were bomb belts. Everyone began to panic and run to opposite way as one russian ran into the crowd at the far end of the market and blew up, at the other end another explosion and in the middle a third. The market now lay distroyed and several Japanese lay dead. The market, a major economic and historic source of Japan was gone and left behind were the charred remains of those people who entered the market without a worry only moments before.

The Empire of Japan, Immigration News
Immigration increased around the country as hundreds of japanese racial attacks such as the beatings of the Nero-Russian civilians were forcing them to leave the country. Boats were leaving the mainland Japan and heading toward China and Korea. The Russian's would not dare enter Russia because of the hate they believed still there. The immigration was illegal but it was either take the chance of being caught or escaping the torment. Along with the civilians rode several Syndicate members who were ordered to take the fight to China, Korea was excluded.
Along with immigration to Mainland Asia there were alot of reports of Nero-Russians trying to get into the Middle east either by hi-jacking planes or hitching rides in export convoys. No syndicate members would dare try to enter this way as they were already high profile for the attacks still going on rampetly in Japan.
Cotland embassy, Japan
It was a streach to take but they had to try, twenty syndicate troops were transported to the front doors via black vans driven by Japanese men who worked on their side. The van doors in the back opened with much force as the twenty armed men jumped down and began to fire at the Cotland men standing outside the gates (Im guessing at the layout). A chain was attached to the gates during the firefight and the front van rushed forward pulling one side off. The armed men rushed into the front grounds and began a heavier firefight.
The two Royal Marines standing on the insides of the gates at the embassy were killed almost instantly, but the gunfire was enough for the alarm to be sounded. The embassy immediately went into lockdown, with alarms being sounded, the local police called and a flash message sent to Oslo that the embassy was under attack.
A total of ninety Royal Marines were stationed in the embassy to serve as a decorative element / security guards. The remaining eighty-eight Royal Marines still alive moved into the latter role now, those in the ground level taking cover before popping up to unleash the 10mm pistols they carried. About eight Marines took up the fight instantly while the rest rushed for the armories, grabbing submachine guns and assault carbines along with ammo and tactical protection gear such as NCS Mk.II vests and helmets, both capable of withstanding up to 6.8x43mm rounds like the ones in the L42A2 carbines twenty of the Royal Marines that rushed down the stairwell from the third floor were equipped with. Within a minute, the first of the reinforcements were arriving, running towards the shooting with vests and helmets on, looking through the red-dot sights of the carbines and submachine guns they carried. The enemy was engaged on sight. Twenty-eight Royal Marines were sent to attack the enemy that was attacking, twenty would move into defense positions inside the first floor, while the rest took up positions along the rest of the building. A squad of eight moved to the position of the ambassador to protect him, while the communications officers in the eight and in the second basement pulled out pistols and personal defense weapons and prepared to defend themselves in case the Royal Marines were overrun.
On the roof of the twelve-story building, the two sniper teams on duty looked down at the small garden the intruders had entered and found targets for the L71A2 Super Magnum sniper rifles very quickly, and engaged the enemy. It was something special to see a man's head be turned into goo when the extremely accurate Marine snipers' 8.6x70mm rounds hit their marks at ranges of between thirty and fifty meters, moving at speeds nearing 915 meters per second. Those hit were dead before they even knew what had hit them. The snipers didn't only engage the men rushing the embassy, they also engaged the drivers of the cars that had carried the men, their weapons powerful enough to easily pierce the roofs and sides of the cars.
[OOC: I guess that explains the defensive situation. The embassy is a twelve-story building in downtown Tokyo with a small garden complex in front of it, which is also where the main entrance is. There is a second entrance in the back, but that only leads to a reinforced steel door that leads to a vehicle ramp down to the subterranian garage in the first basement. Good luck!]

Hirgizstanian Embassy, Tokyo
On the 15th floor of the Chancery Building, the Ambassador, Elios Mataxa, was literally running down the corridor, a few of his aides in tow. He came to a long, low room at one end, nicknamed 'The bucket'. It was a situation room and it was half full. The Security Chief and the Marine Major sat on one side, while the Deputy Ambassador and the NIA Chief of Mission sat on the other side, their faces grave. They had been called there by Elios himself.
He ran into the room, not bothering to sit down or greet anyone. "Cottish Embassy...under attack." Elios was severely out of breath, it had been a long time since he was in the Border Defense Forces. He rested for a second as the men squirmed in their chairs. "Get this place locked down, double the perimeter guards." The security chief, Ivan Mesko, spoke up. "Done. But I think I can go one better. I have a freind, pretty high up in the Navy at Hamamatsu. I reckon we could get some SEALs or maybe some FAST Marines here, maybe even send some to help the Cots?"
Elios thought for a moment, still breathing hard, his aides standing near him, also breathing hard. "I'll have to clear it with the Japanese authorities. Get on to your freind, see what he can do. I'm going to phone the Cottish Embassy, see if I can get through to them." He looked at the Deputy Ambassador, "Bruce, get onto the Japanese Authorities, speak to the Tokyo Police Chief, see if he'll give us clearance to fly in some troops. Or see if they'll put up the men. Get to it people."
The men all slipped out of the room. NIA Chief of Mission, Garland Hovek, went straight to his office. He slipped his standard issue .45 SOCOM out of its shoulder holster and chambered a round, placing it slowly back in the holster. He then opened a drawer in his desk, one with a safe built into it. He keyed in a code and it popped open. Inside were a few files marked 'TOP SECRET' in bold red letters. The Ambassador hadn't said to destroy anything, but if the Embassy was attacked they'd have to, it was standard practice. But lying at one end of the safe was a black fabric holster, a black gun inside, with LW .475 marked down one side. He threaded the holster onto his belt and sat down, ready to make a few 'enquiries' of his own.
Meanwhile, Elios ran up to his office at the other end of the corridor. He quickly got the Cottish embassy on the line, it was a direct number to the Ambassador, and at least it was ringing.

OOC: After sifting through some painful grammatical & spelling errors, here doth I wade.
The Minister of Intelligence had been buzzing. Bells and whistles sounded everywhere when the airport attack happened. News reports and live satellite feeds showed the extent of the damage. When the Japanese media began to speculate on what was happening and who was doing what, the Ministry took careful notice. The Nerotikan people were a prideful bunch, ousted from Russia. The only country that would accept them was Japan albeit they were not received as equals. Now, they had resorted to terrorism, attempted to legitimate their cause. Whatever they hoped to gain, they would only instill more hatred and fear than there was already. Their quest was that of a simpleton as all terrorist organizations. The Empire had dealt with its fair share, the most recent being the Republican Liberation Army and the insurgency on Grenada. That was over now, both situations resolved, though not as well as the government would have liked.
When the Cottish embassy took its hit, it was an immediate alarm. Immigration quotas for Japan were low to begin with, not exceeding 8,500, but when that happened, they were nullified. The Empire had dealt with enough terrorism in the past 26 years to have to deal with more. If the Nerotikans were attacking the Cottish embassy then they were bold and brave. If this was a move against the October Alliance, the Empire had to be prepared. The Imperial Layartebian Defense Forces went on high alert, especially the Coast Guard. Any unauthorized vessel moving into Layartebian waters was already flagged as a possible threat but now it was even more important to search said vessels. Any vessels found trying to smuggle in individuals or weapons would be automatically seized. There were no ifs, ands, or buts. Nobody could have a say in this matter and even if it was the lead diplomat of a country, if they were trying to do any of the above, they were in handcuffs, in the brig, before they knew it, sailing back to the mainland to stand trial.
The Empire had no embassy in Japan. There were trade agreements, formal but not overwhelming. There was no free-trade agreement on the table and with this instance, there wouldn't be any for a long time. Japan was a land that was far distant and removed from the Empire. Their ways and their customs were similar to that of the Empire but they were on a different level. The Nerotikans were a whole different group unto themselves. They were, essentially, second and third class people within the Japanese country. They were treated like dogs and that was how it was. In the Empire, they would have been treated just the same, perhaps worse. The Empire was very nationalistic, perhaps as much as Japan. There was sympathy for the Japanese people but there was also a need for protection. Japanese citizens vacationing in the Empire were all to be called up and sent home. There would be a temporary ban on travel visas to the Empire from Japan. It would be an indefinite ban though with the lifting to come when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs determined that the situation had been resolved.
The Ministry of Intelligence would continue to monitor the situation from satellite feeds, news feed, signals intelligence, and what few human assets it had on the ground. There were some but not many, not nearly enough to make any significant contribution to the Empire. Japan was a country thousands of miles away that the Empire had little business with and therefore little interest in, negating the necessity for large forces of intelligence agents. Those that were around posed simply as students or tourists, seeking temporary work visas or residency visas, when available and when they could get them. If they couldn't they tried but if ultimately they failed, they came back home for reassignment.

The group had gotten only 3/4ths into the garden and near the doors when the first looses began. The kills were swift and it was obvious when the first man went down due inpart to his missing head, that the fight was . The snipers on the roof had aleady found three targets and gunned them each down in the most disturbing ways though taking return fire, meanwhile the soldiers infront of them had been firing round after round at the group to not much avail as they were easy to pick off as they were trained to be accurat while running. Eight now lay dead from the twenty and as they pushed forward more fell. As they got to the front doors, among the bodies and bullet casings they noticed they had nothing to get through it with. Behind them, at least fifteen feet away lay the c4 pack on the body of a dead comrad. They were running low on ammo and needing to get inside despratly, the leader who had been directing them from the start had already chosen three people to go out and get the explosive. The others stayed behind and waited. Behind the doors they knew the enemy was getting ready for their enterance and once they were in, they had to get ready for anything.
They would wait an entire minute before going to get the c4, by then the snipers were ready to choose more targets and fired with the greatest accuracy. Three men went for the C4 and under heavy fire, as they ran out two of them fired at the roof and the other ran firing at a crowd of men near the torn down gates. The front man picked up the C4 and the other two were ready to run back when a sniper round peirced the shoulder of one of them, the other getting hit by a simple carbine bullet into his un-armored chest. The man with the c4 began his run back taking heavy fire as he got to the door. He tossed the C4 to the closest one to the door then he fell over bleeding. They ignored the wounded man as the explosive was placed. They left the door for the sides of it and as it exploded outward the door fell back into the complex. In the cover of the smoke the group moved in, they were contacted almost immediatly and they rushed to find cover positions. There were only seven left now and those lucky enough to get inside would find they would not get much further. The men fought with as much intensity as they could and they were ready to do as much damage as they could to the building and the people inside.
It was planed their would only be five left after the first attack and a second attack would be needed. Outside a perimeter was being set up and any suspicous car would be stopped and checked out. It wouldn't be a car though, this time it would be somthing completly different, and somthing that would gain the fear needed to boost the attackers confidence. At a news station watching the entire conflict a helicopter was sent into the air the watch the traffic. The pilot, laying dead in a closet, the new pilot a syndicate member ready to do his job. As they switched to the helicopters view the station got a rude awakening, seeing the copter travel way to fast and in the wronge direction. The man in the cockpit radioed out a message of prayer then the video tape that watched the front of the helicopter was turned on-air and everyone watched. The helicopter was tilted downward and headed into the downtown district. Though the call of a hi-jacked helicopter went out it was too late as it scoped upwardes then came to a turn at the embassy front, it halted for a second and it probably took that long for the men on the roof and those below watching to comprehend what was above them. The helicopter flowen by an ex-military Copter pilot was flowen with preceision and as it tilted to go forward the back blades glided only a foot away from the builind behind. It had to be luck that this was pulled off as the helicopter flew forward a round from one of the snipers on the roof went right into the pilots head, he fell forward but this didn`t help much as the helicopter slammed into the 3rd and 4th floors.
Outside the complex civilians watched from afar but their curiocity would get the best of them as a car came slowed to a halt in a long line of cars. It split from the traffic jam and drove down on the opposite side of the road into a hail of bullets from police who were already waiting for an attack. The drive hunched downwards to hide himself and the carswerved untill it slammed into the crowd of people. The drivers side door was opened but the car exploded before the man could be pulled out.
Hawdawg Embassy
As the Embassy watched the horror unfold on the local television station, Ambassador Amoyo darted about his office gathering important documents and placing them inside the safe mounted in his wall. The safe had a unique option if the security of the embassy was breached, the contents would be ignited by a heating element and burned within minutes. As the Amoyo jammed the last of his confidential documents into the safe he saw the helicopter crash into the embassy on the television. He quickly summoned the Lt. in charge of the Hawdawg Marines.
Lt. Morris stepped into the office fully clad in combat fatigues and wearing a kevlar helmet, with matching generation IV body armor, a unique product of Hawdawg design that was fitted to match the physical makeup of each combat soldier. Slung on his hip in a tactical holster was a Hk SOCOM .45 and over his shoulder was a Hk G3 assault rifle. He held a Benelli M4 shotgun in his right hand.
"Yes sir you called for me?"
"I haven't heard anything from the Cottish Embassy, it looks like they are taking a pounding. What is our situation here Morris? Should we offer assistance? Give it to me straight Marine."
"Well Ambassador we only have twenty-four Marines or two rifle teams on staff here. I have divided the men up into defensive and counter-offensive teams. We are all heavily armed with G3's, side arms, and tactical armor. I have two light belt-fed machine guns guarding both entrances of our property. I also have a support group armed with shotguns at the entry points. If they come we will be ready. Sir I also brought you this Benelli M4. Keep it with you. If you must, use it. I would not suggest we go to the aide of the Cot's until we understand the depth of what we are dealing with here. It may come as a suprise to you but that might be exactly what the terrorists would want us to do, so they could catch us out in the open. As much as it pains me to see a fellow alliance member suffer, we cannot abandon our post, we just don't have the assets available to assist them at this time. If PM Wells sends us some help, we can change tactics until then we need to hold tight."
"Very well. I will transfer this report to the DoD at home and ask for additional assets to assist in this situation. Keep me abreast of any changes Lt. Morris."
"Aye sir."
Morris snapped a salute to Amoyo and wheeled out the door off to check the defensive network he had established earlier in the day.

Hirgizstanian Embassy, Tokyo
Elios tried three times on the phone to reach the Cots, but there was no answer, and as he was about to put the phone down again, the line went dead from the Cottish end.
He quickly switched on the TV behind him to a local station, the Japanese newscaster was giving a running commentary, interspersed with phone calls to people on the scene. They were reporting that a helicopter had crashed into the building and there was a lot of gunfire and explosions.
Elios grabbed the radio sat in the charger on his desk, it provided him a direct line to the Marine Commander and the Embassy Security Chief. He depressed the button on the side and said, "This is Metaxa, a helicopter just hit the Cottish embassy. Major, do we have anything to defend against that sort of thing?" There was silence on the end of the line for a few seconds before the Major came back.
"We have a box of Stinger's in the armory, I'll deploy them to the roof A-SAP. In the meantime sir, I suggest you put all sensitive documents into the safe's. I also suggest you arm yourself sir."
Elios came back on, "Ok Major."
He scrambled around in his room for a few minutes, putting some files in his safe, where he kept most of his stuff anyway, and throwing a couple of USB Data Sticks in aswell. Once down he sat down heavily at his desk, and prayed. He hoped he didn't have to evacuate the whole building, that would spook a lot of people very quickly and could bring on an attack when everyone was vulnerable. The compound was safer.
Down the corridor, Bruce Howman, the Deputy Ambassador, was having no luck getting through to the police on the phone. So he decided to send a flash-message to the Police HQ in Tokyo.
FLASH MESSAGE FROM COH EMBASSY
ENCRYPTED HIGH
POLICE CHIEF EYES ONLY
Sir,
We are worried about a possible attack on our embassy and are watching the attack on the Cottish embassy unfold. We request permission to fly in support troops from our Naval Base at Hamamatsu.
COH EMBASSY
MESSAGE ENDS
[OOC: Ok... I'd like to RP my own men, but I'll allow it this time.]
The situation was deteriorating, and the embassy officials knew it. The order was given to prepare for evacuation, meaning that all non-essential personnel were brought out the back door while all secret documents were destroyed. Harddrives were formatted before they were thrown into the incendirator that provided the embassy with heating, warm water and a handy way of destroying classified information, and all classified electronic equipment save for one encrypted radio set was made unoperable. The remaining radio was used constantly to maintain contact with Oslo, who were doing their utmost to get assistance to them.
Downstairs, six of the eight Royal Marines defending the courtyard lay dead, having been outgunned and outnumbered. The remaining two had pulled back and joined the twenty-eight heavily armed Marines that joined the fighting, taking up positions and opening fire with single-shots and three-round burst. Being a Royal Marine meant that they were expert marksmen, rarely if ever missing a target. Still, as hard as they tried, they weren't able to prevent the terrorists from planting the explosives on the door.
However, once the terrorists moved inside, they would be trapped in a deadly crossfire. The lobby was a large open room with a pair of reception desks made of steel with a outer apperance of being made of wood, with a stone top, a few chairs and tables in a waiting area, and a information area with a few desks with various brochures with information about Cotland. There were a pair of elevators on the far wall behind the desks, and a few doors. The lobby went over two floors, with an atrium for those on the second floor to look down on the first floor. Marines were positioned behind the desks, behind the doors and on the second floor, being able to provide a lethal crossfire against anyone attempting to enter. The moment the enemy entered, the twenty-odd Marines opened fire, sending lethal 6.8x43mm, 7.62x51mm and 10x21mm rounds against the enemy. No one could withstand a so intensive attack.
Everyone in the building was shocked when a massive explosion rocked the building above the area where the fighting was concentrated. The explosion killed thirty-three Cottish citizens and wounded many more. While the building was made of stone and had measures to try to prevent fires, there were still a lot of wooden furniture, papers and what-not to fuel the fire. However, the fire-proof materials used helped contain the fire. On the fourth floor, the sprinkler system miraculously still worked and started when it detected the fire, pouring out water to try to stop the flames. Many people who still hadn't been evacuated tried to help stop the flames while others were being brought down the stairwell on the opposite end of the building.
In his office on the tenth floor, the ambassador was in continuous contact with Oslo, and he kept them posted. After the explosion, he made the final transmission.
[translated from Cottish]
"The situation is hopeless. There's been a massive explosion and we've lost many many people. There's little point in fighting over it anymore. I'm requesting permission to evacuate the embassy and set up at secondary location Charlie."
"Permission is granted. We're doing what we can to help you from here, but it seems the fucking Japs have gone into shock. They're not responding to any of our transmissions."
"Understood. I'll be in touch if I get there safely. Good bye."
"Good luck."
With that, the ambassador ordered all embassy personnel to get out of the embassy as best they could, with the Royal Marines retreating under fire. There was no way anyone could survive the amount of firepower they had unleashed on the enemy terrorists while all documents were destroyed and the building prepared for evacuation. When they left, there was nothing left in the building that was valuable for the Cots.
The final act made by the Royal Marines while the surviving men evacuated was for a squad of eight to get to the roof and bring with them the flag. Two Marines lowered the flag with another five providing a perimeter, the eight man filmed the whole event. It would be on international TV within three hours. After the flag was lowered, the Marines moved quickly to the evacuation area, the back door where twenty Marines had established a perimeter, shooting anyone entering. Several Japaneese civilians were killed, but the Marines didn't care if they were civilians or terrorists. As long as they entered the perimeter of the shell-shocked Marines, they were enemies and were treated as such. The survivors would all eventually meet up at secondary location Charlie, the residence of the Ambassador outside Tokyo.
In the meanwhile, the Navy had ordered a Carrier Battle Group to deploy to off Japaneese waters to evacuate the surviving staff and to show that the Cots didn't think much of the event. In a diplomatic message sent to the Japaneese government, it was made clear that the Realm of Cotland held the Japaneese government responsible for the attack on the embassy, which was considered sovereign Cottish territory. If it was found out by an independent investigation that the Japaneese government had in any way been responsible for the attack, it would be considered an act of war against the Realm of Cotland and, indirectly, against the October Alliance.

The group had halted at the main enterance. The bullet thick air was to much and they had already begun to die. The gunfire from their side stopped as the group hit the ground, most were dead but the ones alive were in no shape to move. One man lay against a wall where a trail of blood led down to his body, his eyes darted left to right as he tried to move his non-exsitant arms. His left arm left limp in a pool of his blood and the other lay de-attached a foot away from him. He was breathing, slowly, and his began to yell out in russian.
"наш синдикат воля господствовать."(Our Syndicate will prevail)
His cries rang out over the gunshots as he slowly died. The other wounded lay on the ground moaning in pain, while another went so far as to take his own life as he lay with several bullet wounds. The attacked was ended now, no one was left on their side but they knew their point had gotten across. They were willing to do anything to distroy their enemies, even take their own lives.

Hamamatsu Naval Base/COH Embassy, Tokyo
Not that he knew it, but the moment Ivan Mesko, the COH Embassy Security Chief, put down the phone to his freind at Hamamatsu, the Cottish flag was being hurriedly run down the flag pole and the surviving staff were being spirited away as quickly as they could.
In fact if he had stepped out onto the roof of the building to have a smoke, which he usually did every few hours, he probably could have seen the smoke, the flag and heard the small battle raging only a couple of blocks away.
His freind at Hamamatsu was none other than the Base Commander, Admiral Jeremy Howe, who Mesko had known when he was his XO some time ago.
Howe was a no-bullshit type of guy, if something needed doing he would do it and then ask questions. He heard the urgency in his freinds voice and had been watching the Cottish Embassy being torn apart on TV. So as soon as the call ended he picked up another phone, at the other side of his desk. He dialled in a small four-digit number and simply said "Team 20...QRF Mission is a go. Repeat, QRF Mission is a go."
About two miles away two open topped HEMTT Trucks roared out of a compound and across a stretch of road before entering a Helicopter LZ, with two HH-60G's sitting outside, their rotors buzzing. The men in the trucks were from SEAL Team 20's on duty Quick Reaction Force, two squads of ten men in all. All twenty men leapt from the trucks a split second after they came to a halt. They already had their gear on, their visors sitting up on their helmet's. They barrelled into the two helo's and within a few minutes were in the air, bound for a Nimitz Class Carrier that had been ordered away from manouvres and was closing in on the straits near Yokohama. The Carrier would be used as a staging platform if word came that the SEAL Team was needed.

[OOC: If you're talking to me, when you do you assume we use Windows? We use a native OS on Cottish official computers that is specially designed for the Cottish government. It takes only about ten minutes to completely format (after the propper authorization codes are entered) and then it is incendirated to ensure that the data won't be compromised. Oh yeah, almost forgot. The carrier battle group will be positioned [insert your territorial water claim] + 2 nautical miles off Tokyo, enabling the Cots to send helicopters to rescue the evacuated staff and the dead Cots, as well as sending in reinforcements. Just give me the go-ahead and I'll RP that. Also Nero, I assume that all the enemies are dead?]
The Royal Marines recieved word that the attackers were all dead by a team sent to do some final reccee on the embassy, and it was decided that twenty-four of the surviving fifty-seven Royal Marines would remain at the embassy and guard the building, shooting anyone not holding their hands on their heads as they entered the field of view of the Royal Marines and either wearing a Japaneese police or firefighter uniform or the uniform of any TOA nation. They deployed to cover both entrances, and to the windows on the second floor, the fire being contained by eight of the Royal Marines who had somehow managed to get the firehoses working. It would take a grim two hours, but they would manage to extinguish the fire without further loss of life. However, the embassy would require a full makeover. The bill would be sent to the Japaneese government, for not having been able to prevent the attack as was their obligation with being the host nation.
While the eight put out the fires, two Royal Marines went around with sidearms drawn, doubletapping the enemy. That meant that they fired a 10x21mm hollowpoint bullet into the head of each of the dead and dying enemies, assuring that they were dead and not faking it. After that, they dragged the bodies into the lobby and lined them up, methodically checking them for intel and getting an accurate bodycount. By the looks of it, the Marines had a confirmed kill of twenty enemies with the losses of eleven of their own in actual combat. The rest had been killed in the helicopter crashing into the building.

In the Ministry of Intelligence, watching live from satellite and news feeds, the analysts watched with confusion and concern. The Cottish embassy was taking a beating and they were, no doubt, requesting back up and preparing to evacuate the embassy. On a live call with the Emperor, the Joint Chiefs of the Military, the Minister of Intelligence, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs were scrambling for ways to help their Cottish brethren. There was an Amphibious Assault Ready Group on standard patrol, almost due to head back to Hawaii and with it was a division of Marines and plenty of air support. In particular, the battlegroup carried HV-24C Bulldog V/STOVL aircraft that could get to the embassy in ten minutes to twenty minutes, depending on conditions. They could evacuate twenty-four people per aircraft, perhaps more in overload configurations if they flew with less fuel and no ordinance. There was a concern here and that was time. Just before the helicopter slammed into the embassy, a cable was dispatched to both the Japanese and the Cottish governments, translated to their natural languages, with the highest priority scribed all over their cover sheets. Both cables said exactly the same thing:
Layartebian Amphibious Ready Group in position 50 - 100 miles off coast of Japan. Can embark HV-24C Bulldog aircraft to provide immediate rescue relief to Cottish embassy, if necessary. Aircraft will fly unarmed to denote our neutrality in this conflict but to heighten the need to resolve this crisis before it escalates into full blown war. Estimated time of arrival for HV-24s, if launched immediately, is ten to twenty minutes following the order. Crews are standing by.
Then the helicopter hit...

Viliant stood infront of a camera set up on a tri-pod ontop of a rock. He stared right at the lens then cleared his throat. Around his shoulder sat an AEK-971 Russian assualt rifle, a gun he had recently gotten from a small arms trade. He had on a tactical vest on and behind him sat the adopted syndicate signia. A circle broken into four parts with an X in the middle, all inside a triangle that had four dots across the bottom of it. The banner was colored black while the signia was red inside a white backround. It looked freshly sewen and professionally made, which might have given anyone questions on who in that lunitic extremist group knew how to sew. Viliant cleared his throat again then placed a kevlar helmet, wrapped in street camo, on and the recording light beamed on.
There he stood, his vest showing, inside that was a olive green jacket and for pants he wore the grey varient colors of street camo. His helmet and and gun, the way he stood and the backdrop of a giant signia of the syndicate gave his an impressive stance.
"Here in the day of our attack we stand on the verge of victory. When we believed we might have won they defeated us and why. Because of numbers. Because our forces cannot grow without new members and as we go further into out plans no-one comes to aid us. We fight for the freedom of people who act as though they do not want it. Freedom from the oppresive, freedom from the religion, freedom from our enemies and yet as we go on to free our people they watch from the sidlines to see who wins. Trust me my comrads, if we loose this war, you loose as well. This is no longer about the Japanese oppression itts about world oppression, the world is our enemy and as we expand our sights we must also expand our forces. Join us my comrads, join us and be free."
The camera turned off and Viliant's face slide from the screens of the signal captured tv's. They progams came back on and people stuggled to find where the signal came from, by the time they found it though the syndicate would be gone and behind them, deathtraps. They hoped that people would come for them, they would come and run right into the IED's on the side of the roads or the several soldiers left behind to launch their RPG's and fire their PKM's they were wanting the enemy to come for them, come like the brave vigilant military powers they were. Come to seek revenge for the dead and revenge for those who might come to die. The Syndicate was waiting all they needed now were the targets.
170 nautical miles east of Tokyo and closing, two hours after the attack began
The twenty-nine warships, two submarines and four support ships that made up the 4th Carrier Battle Group were sailing towards Tokyo at best sustainable speed, thirty-two knots, and getting ready to support its embassy in any way necessary. Reconnaissance flights were being prepared and two Merlin helicopters were being prepped for immediate take-off once the special forces team embarked on the carrier had finished their briefing. The twelve operators of Team 4, 2nd SOF - the Marinejegers - were sitting in the CIC, getting the latest information on the situation. They had all armed themselves for urban combat, with L114A1 Enhanced Carbines, L103A1 Light Machine Guns and L108A1 Sniper Rifles being the primary weapons for most of the operators. In addition, they had powerful pistols and submachine guns as secondary weapons, and a healthy amount of grenades and ammunition. Their orders were to move to the embassy via helicopter, deploy to support and reinforce the Royal Marines protecting the embassy and hold until further notice. All men understood the orders, asked the final questions and got the last of the preperations done. A few minutes later, the twelve men emerged on the flightdeck where a pair of F-20/B Enforcer multirole fighters were just landing and another pair ready to take off to maintain the constant combat air patrol around the battle group. That didn't concern the men, who split up into two groups of six and headed for the two grey-painted Merlins sitting ready, rotors spinning and everything set. Each Merlin would take six operators, ensuring that even if one Merlin was shot down or crashed, the mission could still be carried out. Not that they expected that to happen though. The Merlins would enter Japaneese airspace in less than an hour.

The time had come for the group to mak its final mark, they were still waiting to spread out into other countries but if that were to happen choas would soon follow. They were now lowering themselfs to allowing several Japanese men to take up arms in their group, they would be the martyrs. These Japanese mn had nothng left to live for, they were in deep states of depression and did everything they were told. They were beaten and treated badly which broke them down to listen and follow every rule Viliant set on them. These men would do what the russians were incapable of doing, getting into the Empire of Layarteb. They would enter after faking several papers that made them citizens of the neighboring countries. Once they did that they would attept to get into their designated country then fly to The Empire and hopfully the rest would follow.

"MAD DOG! MAD DOG! MAD DOG!" The calls echoed throughout the flight decks on the Falcon City class carriers as the HV-24C Bulldogs took to flight. In all, eight of them were taking to the skies, each capable of lifting up to twenty-four people to safety. They were unarmed except for the most basic of self-defense, which was their guns. Mounted underneath the aircraft were a pair of M50A2 Heavy Machine Guns, fifty-caliber beasts, with a thousand rounds each. Then, on either side of the aircraft, just in front of the doors, they mounted a single M74A1 Minigun with three thousand rounds each. That was all they carried as far as weapons went. They each carried a pair of external fuel tanks, 370 gallons each, giving them an additional 4,884 pounds of JP-5 in addition to the 13,077 pounds that they carried internally. They were heavy with fuel, light on ordinance, and at 2,500 feet, they could zoom at 380 miles per hour. The pilots would do just that, flying to the ambassador's residence to evacuate some 100 people, mostly children and family members of those inside the embassy. The Japanese and Cottish governments approved of the operation and they expected Stingers and other MANPADs. Loaded with 180 flares each, on a standard mission, they opted to fill their remaining ten external, wing pylons with flare dispensers, boosting their flare load from 180 to 330. They would have to drop them over Tokyo if they were engaged by MANPADs from the ground. It was a hostile environment and though they were used to taking Marines into and out of situations just as hairy, they were well aware of the factor here that they could not return fire.

Fast Attack Group Decker

The carrier knived through the choppy seas stirred by a distant Typhoon. The waves bashed against the hulls as the FAG steamed at maximum speed towards Japan. In the situation room below the flight deck air crews were tense as the listened to the events unfolding in Tokyo. James "Eagle Eye" Fisner leaned against the bulkhead door as he slowly rolled a handmade cigarette. He had been rolling his own ever since he left the reservation outside of Livingston Texas. He just couldn't find a brand that was strong enough to suit his tastes. As he lit the custom blend and took a drag the Admiral came into the room. Everyone snapped to attention as the officer made for Fisner.
Admiral"Fisner we just got the word from 3rd Fleet Command in New Guinea, you and your team are to be transferred to the Hirgizstan 20th Fleet for deployment. Destination Tokyo. Have your men assemble and be on the aft helipad in 30 minutes."
Fisner"Roger Admiral. Thank you sir."
Fisner walked to the aircraft hangar as the loudspeaker barked for all men in his unit to meet him their. As he approached the elevator his team of twenty-four men were already busy gathering gear for the assignment. The mission wasn't spelled out for Fisner's group, but he didn't have to speculate he knew why they were heading to Tokyo.
Fisner"Men we leave in twenty minutes. Get everything to the aft elevator so we can board our ride out of here."
As the CH-46 Sea Knight began to turn rotors, the unit rose up from the bowels of the ship and began to stowe gear in its belly. With help from the flight crew on deck, they loaded the CH-46 with there gear and Fisner made sure all his men were aboard. As the Deck Boss signalled for the Sea Knight to take off, Fisner sat down for the long flight to the 20th Fleet. He removed the brown envelope from his pocket and opened it.

Re: Japanese Terrorist Activities
You are to transfer to COH helicopters within the 20th Fleet and will be flown into Tokyo aboard COH helicopters to avoid drawing suspicion. When you arrive assist the Cottish and Hirgizstan Forces in locating and eliminating this terrorist threat. Do so with all force necessary. You will be basing your operations in the Hirgizstan Naval Facility. The COH base commander has been notified of your pending arrival. The Cottish and Layaratebians will also be notified of your arrival. The Japanese Government does not know of your operation and it must remain that way. If any of your team is caught or captured we will disavow any knowledge of your existence. Any materials or supplies your unit needs may be ordered via your sat-com link and will be dropped by our embassy at the base. Good luck and good hunting.
PM Gordon Wells
Fisner took out his lighter and burned the message. He turned to his men with a smile.
"Fellas we are going hunting."
The Cottish helicopters were on final approach towards the embassy, flying low and fast, operatives dressed in their pixelated uniforms with battlevests and webbing on, black gloves on their hands, weapons locked and loaded and equipment ready. The helicopters decended down to the battered street below, hovering ten meters over the street as thick black ropes were pushed out the doorways, followed shortly thereafter by heavily armed men. The whole operation took about fifteen seconds to carry out before the helicopters released the ropes and headed towards the ambassador's residence to assist the Layartebians.
Once they hit the ground, the operators dropped the ropes and grabbed their weapons, looking through the Land Warrior-esque equipment attached to their L114A1 enhanced carbines. The landing zone was cleared quickly before the twelve men moved quickly towards the embassy building, contacting the Royal Marines as they moved towards the building in a loose formation, covering every side. They reached it without too much difficulties and entered without being shot, which was the first objective.
After making it into the building, the team leader met with the Royal Marine lieutenant in charge of the embassy and got a briefing before they made defensive plans. The operators had brought a few Claymore anti-personnel mines which were deployed at the entrances, and the light machine guns were deployed to cover those entrances. The sniper and his spotter was sent to the upper floors to provide cover while the rest deployed along the first and second floor, holding the building. The operators had also brought another thing that was required.
Ten minutes after the helicopters had left, a small group of men reached the rooftop and got over to the naked flagpole quickly. After fiddling with the ropes, the Royal Marine suddenly started yanking the rope towards him, with a operator releasing the bundle he held. A one meter by two meter Cottish flag, the naval variant with two splits at the end giving the flag three "tounges" flew proudly in the wind, signalling to those who knew the flag that Cottish naval personnel were still present at the embassy, and that it was still under Cottish command.

At the residence, dozens of Cottish citizens had gathered outside in addition to the roughly one hundred workers and family members inside the residence. The residence was a beautiful three-story mansion built in a gregorian style, with a two meter wall surrounding the premises. Royal Marines dressed in battle uniforms and with assault rifles stood guard outside the gates, the front doors, the roof, patrolled the perimeter, and tried to keep the scared citizens from breaching security while embassy aides tried to calm them down. The arrival of the Layartebian air vehicles were a welcome sight for the Marines, who directed them to land in the back garden where there was enough room for up to three of them to land. In addition came the two Cottish Merlins, who slowed to a hover and waited their turn. If there were any left when the Layartebians had loaded up, the Merlins could take them. If not, the Merlins would start evacuating civilians.
Inside the mansion, the people who were to be evacuated waited impatiently, scared and confused. Among the one hundred and six people to be evacuated, eleven were wounded and lying on stretchers, in need of medical attention. Other than that, thirty-nine of the evacuees were children under the age of sixteen, among them five infants. It would be a tough evacuation.

The eight HV-24s were moving inward towards the residence. The situation was growing grim fast. They would have to evacuate thirty-nine children, sixty-one adults with five infants, and eleven patients on litters. They would almost fill up seven birds, giving them enough room for thirty-nine more people and five more litters, if necessary. Since they would be landing three at a time they would evacuate half of the children and the littered patients immediately. The next three would pick up the rest of the children and two loads of adults and the infants. The last two would pick up the rest. The Cottish were hinting about evacuating Marines and that was an option. They would have to be decided by the time the eight HV-24s arrived on sight. They would be flying out as soon as they picked off the ground, making them in two groups of three and one group of two.
As they passed over the coast, they knew that it was about to get harrowing. Smoke billowed on the horizon from the attacked bridges and the Cottish embassy and now they were moving into the heart of a potential warzone, growing out of control. Their IR jammers were one and the flares were on manual. If they hit the drop button they would disperse four at a time working from the inboard out, drawing the attention away from the engines. They had it programmed to drop three salvos of four flares each time the button was pressed and if they went to automatic, it would drop one flare every few seconds for a pre-programmed amount of time. Defense was essential and while they were loaded with guns only, they were still prepared to defend themselves.

HNS Ocelot, A Reagan Class Carrier Of The 20th Fleet- Anchored In Sight of Tokyo Harbor
The deck was buzzing in the afternoon warmth, temperatures on deck were soaring as jet engines and helicopter turbines spewed out white hot fumes.
A quad of F-78B Sokol's patrolled the skies above the carrier and two SH-60R's flew nearby. On deck helicopters were moving in and out of slots, four HH-60G's were lined up on first slots on the left side of the deck, their rotors buzzing. Behind them two Pave Low IV's sat, their rotors folded out but not moving. Their crews were performing last minute checks around the beastly looking machines.
Ground Crews with multi-colored jerseys ran to and fro, and finally stopped as they received their go orders that said, "Grey Wolf Flight, you are clear to take off. Wind Speed is 0.2 knots from the East. Clear for take off." A few seconds later the four HH-60G's were lifting off from the carrier, SEAL Team 20 spread out in the four choppers. The HH-60G Crew Chiefs leaned out of their gun ports as the helicopters eased off the deck and spoke into their mic's before leaning back and taking hold of the dual triggers on the huge 7.62mm Gatling Cannon's on either side of the helicopters.
The two Pave Low IV's were still waiting on the deck, waiting for an incoming flight from a Hawdawgian Naval Unit, so they could transfer their men to COH Choppers for the ride into Tokyo.

The call went onto the radio, expectedly happening. A helicopter pickup, the embassy that was being evacuated had to be the cot's so the helicopters coming in also had to be cottish. The group set their plan in motion, as they came up on their target building the roads became clearer, this was non-residential and most civilians had evacuated to their homes. The covered truck came to a stop outside a buissiness building, the Eastern Tokyo Bank of Japan. Ten stories high and in the path of the helicopter's coming in. The men got out of the truck and ran into the bank, guards took caution as though it were a robbing but they were taken care of immidiatly, the 9mm pistols went up and down as they were mowed to the groud by the AK-47's four of the group members carried. They made sure all alarms were not sounding which they wernt. The bankers were forced to their knee's and shot and as the group went to the roof anyone who would even look at them got a nice 7.56 round into their head.
They birds would soon be overhead, they expected a heat based attack except that the syndicate forces had no means of gaining access to heat seeking weaponry. The only weapon they had to take down these birds were the syndicate's M136 antitank rockets, untilized now for anti-air. They had gotten onto roofs, easly because most civilians had gone home from work because of the attacks and the ones left behind now lay dead for getting in their way. The building they were ontop of had a clear view of the shore, as well as the group of helicopters coming in. It was a small building maybe ten floors, not as tall as they would want it but it was high enough to get their rockets into the helicopters as well as maybe firing a few rounds from their guns. The group had two M136 launchers and six 84mm HEAT rockets split between the two men who carried the rockets. The team consisted of eight members, two in the front with PKM's and attached bipods, four others held regular AK-47's and the last two had straped across their back their M136's and a bag with three rockets.
The HV-24's came closer and as the helicopters came in the sound of the cutting air gave the group reason to load up the rockets. They shouldered the tubes then fired. The rocket spun in and came closer to the target. Meanwhile the group set up their PKM's ready to open fire with their 7.62 ammo boxes. The ammo ropes were strung into the slots and then the loader was pulled back. The AK-47's were attached with GP-25's and grenades were loaded into the slots. They expected the rockets to hit their targets and any survivors would become subject to the groups small arms fire and heavy MG's.

The HV-24s were coming fast at 2,500 feet and 380 miles per hour. With their active infrared jammers on they weren't too worried about evading MANPADs as they would have trouble locking onto the aircraft from the beginning. The lead two aircraft were flying about 300 feet from each other, in a line abreast formation with the rest of the aircraft behind them in a line, all eight aircraft in four pairs of two, separated by 300 feet on each side. They had not dropped flares yet but they were ready, just in case.
"INCOMING! INCOMING! TWO UP!" The flight leader said as he saw a pair of flashes dead ahead. The aircraft were moving quickly and they were high enough that they had plenty of time to evade the incoming, unguided rockets. No warnings were sounded in the aircraft but still, each aircraft peeled out sharply to the outside, those on the left turning left and those on the right turning right. Some of them dropped flares in the process but only a total of twelve flares were dropped out of the aircraft. They formed up and watched as the rockets streaked harmlessly away from them. At their speed, they were past the building long before another shot could present itself. They would have to take note on the way back.
The HV-24s were soon over the residence and while three of them landed at a time, the other five remained at altitude, flying an orbit pattern, covering those landing. Gunners on the M74s looked each and every way for a target and kept their weapons ready for the action. The M74 featured a type of spin-up feature that allowed the barrels to spin with the safety being engaged. It could not be done for too long or for prolonged periods of time but it was good to do every now and then, allowing the barrels to be ready at a moments notice, elminating the one second spin-up time for the Gatling guns.
The first three Bulldogs hit the dirt hard and immediately took on passengers. They would take out half of the children and as many patients on litters as they could and only the most critical. Those who could afford to wait a little longer would have to, they had no choice.

The Hirgizstanian helicopters came in from a different direction than the port allowed them, it was too obvious to come racing in with the sea behind them, so the helis looped around into the built up areas of Tokyo before coming down toward the diplomatic quarter, where the pilots could see the smoking embassy a few miles away.
This set the highly trained pilots on edge, this wasn't going to be a walk in the park after all. There was plenty of radio chatter around from TOA units, the Layartebians were landing to evacuate people at the residence and there were Cottish helicopters somewhere nearby aswell. The Hirgizstanian helicopters wouldn't be evacuating anyone, but one SEAL Team would be set down at the Cottish Embassy to protect the perimeter and allow the Cots to fully regain control. As the four helicopters neared the smoking Cottish embassy, two of the HH-60G's peeled off from the line formation and headed toward the Hirgizstanian Embassy.
The two remaining helo's came in low, careful to avoid the trees and powerlines. The two helicopters landed on the streets either side of the embassy, the SEAL Team, 10 men in all, stepping off the helicopters. Four extra Navy Corpsmen also stepped off the helo's, and with their rotors still spinning they jumped back into the air to patrol. The four extra corpsmen ran into the Embassy compound, past Cottish Marines, to help the wounded still in the compound, while the SEAL Team took up positions around the Embassy, ever vigilant.

Slowly lumbering towards the COH carrier the two Atlas heavy lift helicopters signaled for permission to land on the carrier deck. The Aircraft carrier looked as if it was awash with activity. As the two heavy-lift helicopters began to descend to the deck, Fisner readied his men.
"Okay this is jump off point A. Ready your gear, we will transfer choppers on the flight deck for further transport to the COH Naval Facility in Hamamatsu. These guys are waiting on us so get the ball rolling when we touch down!"
After the necessary protocol's and clearances where made, the helo's touched down close the the Pavelow transports. All of Fisner's men sprang into action and began to remove there equipment for transfer.

Cottish Embassy, Tokyo
The Marines and operators held their fire as the Hirgizstani people entered the compound. They were in well protected, relatively concealed positions, having plenty of rifles aimed at each entrance. It was only when they had entered and were approaching the shattered, charred main entrance to the embassy building, that a strong voice speaking moderately accented English shattered the eerie silence along with about sixteen rifles and carbines being cocked.
"Halt! Identify yourselves or die!"
Ambassador's residence, Tokyo
As the strange Layartebian air vehicles landed and the doors opened, the Cots started moving people into the vehicles. A total of eleven severely wounded workers were being rushed into the HV-24s while the parents were being seperated from their young, at least until they could meet again in the Cottish aircraft carrier the HV-24s had as their destination. The children were scared, the younger ones cried as the older ones did their best to comform the younger kids. The older ones were given responsibility of caring for the younger children until the parents followed.
The two Merlins circled the residence, having 7.62mm general purpose machine guns mounted in the doorways, enabling them to provide suppressive fire in case of an attack. The Japaneese police was helping in blocking off the area, making sure no one that didn't belong there got in. While there were a few dozen Cottish civilians who were scared, the embassy had urged all Cottish citizens to stay in their homes or hotels and to stay put until further notice.
Defense Ministry, Oslo
The large office in the top of the new building that housed the Defense Ministry was empty, save for Defense Minister John Alvheim and a man dressed in a civilian relatively expensive suit that didn't reveal that he was a higher-ranking intelligence officer in the Cottish Military Intelligence Agency.
"Så hva er situasjonen per nå?" [So what's the situation now?] the Defense Minister asked.
"Vi har situasjonen under kontroll. Marinejegerne har rapportert at de har kommet frem til ambassaden og forsterket marinesoldatene. Det er et stort antall døde soldater i ambassaden, og de ber om å få evakuere dem så snart som mulig." [We have the situation under control. The Naval Rangers have reported that they've reached the embassy and reinforced the Royal Marines. There are many casualites in the embassy, and they're requesting they be evacuated as quickly as possible.]
"Notert. Fortsett." [So noted. Go on.]
"Ellers har Layartebianerne kommet frem til ambassadør Hoels residens og begynt evakueringen. Vi har i overkant av ett hundre arbeidere som skal evakueres. I tillegg er det et stort antall statsborgere som har møtt opp og krevd evakuering. Vi har diskutert dette med Layartebianerne, men de vil forståelig nok bare evakuere personell ved ambassaden." [Other than that, the Layartebians have reached the residence of Ambassador Hoel and started the evacuation. We have in excess of one hundred workers that are to be evacuated. In addition, there's a large amount of citizens that have showed up and who are demanding evacuation. We've discussed this with the Layartebians, but they are understandably only willing to evacuate the embassy personnel.]
"Greit. Vi får sende et par fly for å evakuere dem da. Hvor er den nærmeste flyplassen som kan ta imot dem? Slik jeg forsto var Tokyo flyplass ødelagt." [Fine. Then we'll send a few planes to evacuate them. Where is the closest airport that can accept them? As far as I understood, Tokyo airport was destroyed.]
"Det stemmer. Den nærmeste flyplassen er i Yokohama." [Correct. The closest airport is Yokohama.]
"Godt. Da sender vi flyene dit. Sørg for at de som vil bli evakuert blir transportert dit. Gjør det klart for de japanske myndighetene at de er personlig ansvarlige for sikkerheten til våre statsborgere, og at dersom de ikke vil la flyene lande eller sørge for sikkerheten så anser vi det som en bekreftelse på våre teorier om at de var ansvarlige for angrepet, noe som utgjør en de facto krigserklæring. Sørg for at våre allierte i Oktoberalliansen får en kopi av sendingen." [Good. Then we'll send the aircraft there. Make sure that those who wish to be evacuated be transported there. Make it clear for the Japaneese authorities that they are held personally responsible for the security of our citizens, and that if they don't wish for the planes to land or if they don't ensure the security of our citizens, we'll consider it as a confirmation to our theories that they were responsible for the attack, something which constitutes a de facto act of war. Ensure that our allies in the October Alliance recieve a copy of the transmission.]

The four corpsmen stopped dead as they heard the voice. They were un-armed apart from MP7's tucked into a large thigh holster. The lead corpsman, a Surgeon and a Master Chief announced in a clear Greek accented voice, "We are Hirgizstanian Naval Corpsmen, there are SEAL's outside and Helicopters in the air, we are here to help."

Hirgizstanian Naval Base, Hamamatsu
Admiral Howe's Office was quiet as usual, he knew there were several missions underway at once, and all he needed to do was step around his desk and walk through a thick door and he'd be in the Primary Operations Room, which would be buzzing with messages, flash messages, radio chatter and Battlefield Network information.
The Admiral was still watching TV reports of the situation at the Embassy, he even saw a close up of the two HH-60G's landing on the street and a number of heavily armed men, SEAL Team 20, jump out. The screens in the POR would be showing the same thing from the SEAL's point of view.
As he watched the helicopters take off again, a Naval Ensign entered the room with a brown file, placing it on the Admiral's desk and exiting the room again, just like he'd done hundreds of times before.
The Admiral opened the file, it was a summary from the Cottish authorities of their missions and plans for the embassy situation. The Admiral had a bright idea when he'd finished reading. It would likely take longer and, in the current situation, be more dicey to fly the Cottish citizens out of Yokohama, so on a clean piece of paper the Admiral scribbled his own flash message that would be sent to the Cots.

FROM: ADMIRAL J.N. HOWE, COMMANDER- HAMAMATSU NAVAL BASE, JAPAN
My superiors in Hirgizstan City have already given me permission to provide any and all support to the Cottish Diplomatic Service in Japan, thus I am writing to inform you that Hamamatsu Naval Base is at your service.
Due to the tense situation across the entirety of Japan at this time, I put it to you that it would be better to evacuate Cottish citizens from the airport at this Naval Base, as this would provide the efficiency and security that is needed at a time like this.

HNS Ocelot, A Reagan Class Carrier Of The 20th Fleet- Anchored In Sight of Tokyo Harbor
The Crews immediately got to work once the Hawdawgian Atlas Helicopters touched down, throwing big yelloy chocks under the wheels and signalling to the pilots to shut down the engines.
Before the rotors had stopped turning the passengers were out of the big helicopters and taking out equipment. Some of them looked around at the never-ending deck of the Carrier, or up at the oddly shaped 'island', that sat in the middle of the deck.
The Deck Boss was standing in what was known as 'the pit', one of a few little bunker like structures set into the decks near the catapults to monitor the out-going planes. One of the Hawdawgians stood up on the room and shouted down at the man inside, dressed in blue DIGIPAT trousers, a white top and white helmet, both of which said 'Deck Chief' in big black lettering on the rear.
He looked up at the Hawdawgian, said something into his mic, and grabbed the Hawdawgians outstretched hand, pulling himself out of the pit and watching the Assisstant Chief jump down. He then turned back to the Cot and shouted, due to the noise, "Those PaveLow's, sure they're your rides Mac, you need any help getting your equipment aboard?"
"Get your hands up and approach, SLOWLY!" the voice boomed out, leaving no room for discussion. The corpsmen would approach the door and step only a few steps inside before the voice ordered them to stop. When they did, three men stepped out from the cover and shadows, two dressed in normal battle uniforms with clear signs of having seen intense combat, while the third one was dressed in a somewhat more specialized uniform, dressed in greyish pixellated urban operations uniform with a black tactical vest and a cap instead of a helmet. The two Royal Marines had their trusty L42A2 carbines with front handles and red-dot sights mounted, while the third man, clearly a special forces operator, had a brand new L114A1 Enhanced Carbine in his hands, a modified one with a front handle, a laser and a Cottish version of the Land Warrior system, only extensively modified, improved and very much classified. In other words, the Enhanced Carbine was modified for urban combat operations. The only drawback was that it fired 5.56x45mm ammunition, the magazine holding thirty of the supersonic rounds, but that too was a problem that the engineers in Kongsberg Defence were busy working on. They hoped to have a version, the -A3 and -A4, which was capable of firing the new 6.8x48mm LDC round ready within a few months. That wasn't the concern of the operators now though. The four foreigners standing in front of them with their hands up were. After checking them out for a few seconds. Their uniforms and weaponry matched that used by the Hirgizstani Navy corpsmen. The operator nodded and lowered his weapon slightly, the two Royal Marines following suit.
"Welcome to the Royal Cottish Embassy. Follow the sersjant here. He'll take you to our wounded," the operator said, motioning for them to follow one of the two Royal Marines. "And get those SEALs in here. They're sitting ducks out there. Trust me. We know."

Fisner responded to the deck boss, "Yeah boss, that would be great we have a date at Hamamatsu to keep."
Fisner returned to his two squads and began to pull the crates of equipment and numerous boxes of ammunition, intellegence equipment, and various other items held in cargo satchels from the helicopters and stacked them on the flight deck.
As they finished removing the supplies, COH deckhands arrived to assist in loading the awaiting Pavelows for departure.

The HV-24s landed quickly and took off just as fast. The three aircraft were loaded with eleven patients on litters and twenty-four children, all safely buckled into the cabin, sitting on the floor of the armored beast when they took off again and ascended rapidly back towards 2,500 feet. They would exit the city at an altitude of 4,500 feet, which would be safer than 2,500 and they continued to have their infrared jammers on as they headed out to sea, towards the Cottish battlegroup. Three more would be right behind them and then two more right behind them. The HV-24s were faster then helicopters and at 4,500 feet, they could fly out of the city at a speed of 425 miles per hour, meaning that they could get out much faster and they still wouldn't be using up that much fuel as they extracted. They had been fired at on the way in and they were hoping that, on the way out, they would avoid being fired at as well. They were ready with the flares if they needed to and because they were more separated this time, they would be able to fly out with a much lower heat signature then their already low signature.
The Cottish carrier would be alerted when they were 30 miles out and that would give them enough time to secure landing spaces on the deck of the carrier, where they would refuel and head back to their own carrier. If they were needed to fly again, they would be there and so the battlegroup would remain on station, between 35 and 50 nautical miles off the Japanese coast until the crisis was over, if it was ever over.

The Master Chief nodded and walked off with his men toward the wounded still in the embassy compound, he spoke into his radio mic as he did so, telling the SEAL Team Leader that the Cots advised coming inside the compound.

The Hawdawgians and the Hirgizstanian Deck Crews finally finished loading up the Pave Low's with one hell of a lot of equipment. Fisner and his men were already strapped in as the rotor blades on the big helicopters began to spin up.
Within a few minutes the pilots had lifted the big beasts off the deck and were turning to fly out in the direction of Yokohama, which would put them on a relatively straight path down the coast to the big naval base at Hamamatsu.

The group on the roof began to panic, the plan had failed and they were so sure it would work that they never took the time to make a secondary one. They ran down back into the building, back ito the screaming pit of civilian shits that were still cowering in their cubicals and corners. The group marched to the elevators this time and went down, they wernt expecting any resistance on the ground, and with the low Japanese imput on the fight they didn`t get any. The exited the elevators and just simply left the bank and back into the truck they went.
As the truck drove down the streets the distrubing silence lead the group to believe it would get down to the embassy without much trouble. Another hit on the embassy would be a simply bad idea, but with the amout of weaponry they were equipted with the Cots would never know what hit them.
"So, what we just hit the embassy and end up flatted down by the cots gunfire like those befor us." One of the groups members blurtted out, he was fingering the shell ejecter on his gun.
"We were ordered to fight to the death, its not like it matters how we do it. What matters is that we give them hell. Give a call to the second group, let them know the helicopters made it through. They arn't trained enough to hit such fast moving targets, but they might be able to hit their pilots on the ground." Another responded, he was clearly the group leader and had his AK resting slanted on his shoulder. He wore a white and blue cloth, same as the one that one of Viliants guards wore in the first video to claim the bridge/airport attacks.
http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/rdonlyres/D7C1FDDE-7546-4606-BB03-8D68B3C1A38C/40090/60688AF02B0641E0AEA38A33A1655878.jpg
The other man who was closest to the back window of the truck knocked on it then gave the order. He then pulled the banana clip out, checked it, slid it back in and ejectected out a bullet which hit the ground with a clank.
"TTO driver calling G2, TTO Driver calling G2 do you read me group 2."
"G2 calling back, we read you."
"Iaonage has new orders, you are to eliminate the pilots of the incoming helicopters, they evaded our attack...over."
"Roger that, we need to position change but the building was evacuated. We dont have long though, sooner or later there gunna realize that the men they sent in to check on the evacuation arn't coming back. Over."
"Alright, just get it done. Were coming in for reinforcments, their not gunna bother you while were attacking them."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In a building only a small ways down the street from the Cotland Embassy a small, three member team of syndicate snipers oragnized a long ranged hit on any helicopter pilots landing at the embassy. They were on the twelve floor and the only clue that they were there would be that the inspectors, that went into the building to see that all were evacuated, had been shot and killed and were now missing. That problem would soon be lesser though as the group truck that had called only minutes ago had now just swerved onto the street. The group in the back of the truck jumped out, this would be a suicide mission and they knew this as the truck then drove off after circling around them. With the launchers loaded with rockets they charged a japanese police blockage firing round after round toward the japs. A rocket let loose and exploded right into a police car that blocked the road. If anyone was expecting the evac to go quickly this would surly be an unessisary pain.
The snipers in the building had been sitting there for at least seven hours, they watched the attacks from the roof and when the building evacuated they moved to a better position inside. Once inside the inspecters came, yelling out for anyone in the building still left to leave at once. They were searching everywhere and without hesitation the three men turned and fired as soon as they entered the room. The dragonovs were loud but with gunfire erupting in the embassy no one would even notice that four shots came from above, the twelve floor of this building many civilians were running out of to seek shelter at homes or in the protection of japanese police. The snipers were suppose to help the twenty that attacked the embassy, those were their orders. They had no time to do so and being left behind when the attacks ended they now watched their second chance to do some damage to the cots, who the entire syndicate still thought were flying the HV's. Two of the snipers took aim as one of the HV's came landing down and once it began to rise up they let loose several shots at the rotary engine on top. The other was staring through his scope at several men standing outside in military uniforms. . After awhile he realized somthing, they wernt Cottish...infact neither were the helicopters. This was internation aide coming in, aide that they were unaware of. It was to late though, the damage had been done and the attacking had to go forward though they knew that hitting serval differant military groups at once would end up being a thron in their sides.
The syndicate involvment inside Tokyo was now streched to its last men. The orginization of such an attack with limited 'resources', which is what they referred to their soldiers as, would effect in the end their ability to pull off any other decent attacks. This day was to be large scale around the city, and now it sat only in the laps of the cottish embassy which. Once transmissions came into Karl Viliant and his advisors, it dawned on Viliant that he had overlooked much of the force that the cots held. The japs were no longer a problem, it seemed their uninvolment was helping out alot. Viliant had now only the forthought to attempt to gain comfort in another land, hopfully the middle east where he had been able to contact several members of other groups. The contact would last on a few minutes each time but it was enough to gain their trust and their loyalty to their cause. The syndicate had expanded.
(OOC: I am taking alot of liberty here, Pyschotika has had, for at least a week, internet connection. He has no posted and having talked to him a few times all he does is bitch at me. The japanese uninvolment I mentioned is only because he has not done anything to stop me. The only thing I know that would happen automaticly either by Japanese police or the military is that blockades would be set up immediatly. I dont want to here anything about how im ignoring japanese forces because he has not posted anything to stop me. Also that last sentance, for those who might want to be informed, is a prelude to my claiming of land in the middle east, Elephantums old territory.)
The Royal Marines and operators watched as the Hirgizstani SEALs entered the compound and deployed as the leader for the Cottish operators instructed. They were positioned in such a manner that they covered the two entrances and the perimeter wall. The Cots expected to be in place for at least a few days before reinforcements could arrive.
That was when the shit hit the fan. A lot of shooting started, at which the Royal Marines and the operators got down and took up defensive positions. The Marinejeger team consisted of an advanced marksman team who, like all Cottish snipers, had been trained in both offensive, defensive, and counter-sniper operations. Those selected for the special forces were experts in all three disciplines of the trade. Therefore, they started scouting from their position inside the embassy building, the sniper looking through the 12x scope of the L109A1 Sniper Rifle and the spotter looking through the 10.5x multimode scope. They sat inside a office on the seventh floor, no barrel or anything sticking out the window which had been shattered in the explosion when the helicopter slammed into the building. After a bit of scouting, they found the target they were looking for: enemy snipers. Taking up positions, the spotter calmly informed the sniper about the wind and range, allowing the sniper to adjust the heavy rifle to be as accurate as possible.
The L109A1 was a 15 kilogram heavy, $25,000 piece of equipment with a maximum range of more than 2,300 meters. The effective range was a tad lower though, but still an impressive 1,750 meters. At that range and below, the sniper could place the 12.7x99mm tungsten pen projectile the rifle fired into the target with a MOA of 1.1. The sniper made sure a round was in the chamber before he removed the safety, looking through the scope while controlling his breathing. Calmly, the spotter gave the sniper the final directions before the go-ahead to fire was given. The sniper inhaled and exhaled twice, inhaling a third time before holding his breath. At that second, his body was completely still, and the trigger finger squeezed the trigger of the massive weapon of death gently. As the rifle kicked slightly, a 12.7x99mm projectile flew out the barrel at a speed of 853.44 meters per second. There was no visible muzzle flash thanks to the flash suppressor fitted on the weapon. While the people at the embassy heard the massive crack of the weapon discharging, the enemy wouldn't hear a thing due to the distance. A tad over a second later, the round would be at its destination, and the snipers would engage another target, working quickly now. They intended to have killed all the enemy snipers within the minute.
The Royal Marines were the first ones to detect the enemy approaching the embassy, and the alarm signal went out over the closed comm system. The operators had placed Claymore mines inside the garden and along the back entrance, evening the odds a little more. In the meanwhile the Royal Marines, Cottish operators and, hopefully, the Hirgizstani SEALs would be ready to engage the enemy.
"Do not engage the enemy until they're within two hundred meters. I repeat, do not engage the enemy until they are within two hundred meters." the lead Cottish operator said to everyone in the embassy, sniper team excluded. The Cots prepared their sights and loaded their weapons, ensuring they fired in semi-automatic mode only. No use spending more ammunition than necessary.

Cottish Embassy, Tokyo
The Naval Pilots flying the HH-60G's didn't hear the gunshots themselves, not over the radio chatter and the noise of the rotor blades, blended with the reverberations off nearby buildings. But the Crew Chief's heard the shots and the impacts, as well as seeing the muzzle flashes. They relayed the info to the pilots who pulled up quicker, the SEAL's already out of the helicopters and doing their thing.
The Crew Chief's were helpless though, they couldn't fire the gatling guns in such a built-up area at such small targets, so they relayed the information to the Cottish forces inside the embassy.
The shots themselves were aimed at the rotor housing but the snipers, being amateurs and not taking into account the environment wind direction and the extreme downdrafts caused by the rotors themselves, had missed by nearly a foot, the round embedding itself in the body of the lead helicopter just below the rotor machinery.
The impact holes were sighted by the other HH-60G crew who, after the two helicopters took off, had flown in close for a look to make sure there was no damage. Now the helicopters began their wide ranging patrol around the Cottish Embassy, they would provide heavy gun support if things got hairy on the ground. The pilots and crew chief's scanned the area with their own eyes, and those in the many sensors onboard the aircraft, ready to act at a moment's notice if they detected incoming fire.
The SEAL's inside the compound itself had placed their own claymore's and Remote AP Mines. They were now waiting in vantage positions, the Team's sniper a few windows down from the Cot's own sniper team, looking down his M82A4, confirming the Cottish kills to himself with every report of their rifle.

The rescue operation was deemed a success when the aircraft touched down on the deck of the Cottish carrier, letting the stranded citizens off, into safe hands. The smoke still billowed on the horizon from the terrorist attacks and the HV-24s refueled as quickly as they could, only to fly back to their own carriers, where they would be maintenanced for the next sortie. Since the Empire had no embassy within the Japanese mainland or country as a whole, there was little worry about Layartebian citizens. Those overseas visiting were strongly urged by phone calls to take extreme caution. If it was deemed that they would need to evacuate from the country, they would be notified by the Foreign Affairs Ministry and if they refused, they were on their own.

OOC Nerotika, just because I have internet doesn't mean I can use it. It's not my computer, I rarely get the fuck on. At school, I try to get entertainment. As well, fuck you. I asked you politely to pause it so when I can I could read up and start replying.
What do you do? You do nothing. I also said the way you carry out several things shouldn't even have occured being as you haven't asked permission to do such things. Seriously, you are so fucking lucky that you were even able to do shit at the airport. You know I'm bussy, especially with my basement under construction. And you know I'm bussy with the gay ass thing as school, 'Ropes Course', and the fact that I'm trying to get another job to help pay the car insurance spike from the fucking car accident.
Speaking of the car accident, I'm still filing reports with my mom over them. And guess what -
You fucking know this. I've told you, I've asked you to try to slow it down, and I've tried to post but I see something totally messed up that you never told me about.
I'm 'bitching' for a reason. And you're bitching back at me going 'Oh but they aren't important, they are just civilians. Not like they are military personell.'
And what pisses me off is how you don't even tell me about you attacking a bank, nor do you fucking give me a chance to reply. You take it under your control to RP out the entire fucking situation.
Example - The bank. You come in, you say my guards practically suck and have tiny little 9mm pistols and no protection or strategy, and you pretend the Military isn't out to get 24/7. You purposely give me no chance so you can use Japan as your own fucking playground.
Well fuck you then. As far as I'm concerned, if you're not going to help me at all by giving me some fucking time, the Nerotikans never existed and the Syndicate attack is just some drama on TV.

OOC: I gotta side with Pyschotika here. The RPing from Nero has not impressed me, and I don't like the chances of this RP surviving long because of that, and the fact that you haven't slowed down for Pys (despite the fact that he has asked you, as he said above) is downright disrespectful seeing as he very generously let you use his nation as a starting point.

The eight HV-24s returned to their respective carriers to cheers and salutes. They had run a successful mission evacuating the Cottish citizens from the ambassadors residence and now they watched on television as the Cottish evacuated the embassy. When the flag was taken down it would mean the end of it for the Cots in Japan. The building had taken a direct hit from a helicopter and was smoking high into the sky, the fire uncontrollable without the efforts of the Japanese fire department, which was either stuck in traffic, or unable to do anything given the numerous terrorist strikes throughout Tokyo.

Hamamatsu Naval Base, Japan
The two Pave Low's made it to the base late in the afternoon, with the sun casting its glorious rays over the sprawling base. The helicopters landed on the parade ground that faced Admiral Howe's office and HQ Building, the Hawdawgians got out, and the helicopters lifted off again, they would set down at the QRF Helicopter Base and the Hawdawgian's equipment would be trucked to their new quarters in the SEAL's building.
The Hawdawgians stood on the parade ground after the helicopters had lifted off, surveying what would be their new home for a while. Admiral Howe eventually strolled out to meet them. Fisner stepped forward and stuck out his hand, and the two men shook hands on the parade ground. Admiral Howe spoke first, "Welcome to Japan."
Fisner studied Admiral Howe as he shook his hand.
Thank you Admiral, on behalf of my superiors we welcome the opportunity to work with our OA allies to effectively dispose of these cowardly bastards that have threatened the lives of all our citizens. We also are grateful for COH command allowing us a location to establish a base of operations here in Japan.
Admiral my team is a group that works in the gray area of legalities. We won't be in uniform after today, in fact we want to blend into society as much as possible so we are planning on going undercover as tourists from Varsola, Doomingsland, or Tyrandis. We have a set of excellently forged documents/passports we had generated for us by the Hawdawg Intelligence Agency. Each of my “operators” has a special barcode device under the skin of there right palm that can be checked for entry into the naval base. I have a special barcode reader I can issue to your guard house to allow for my men to regain entry back into the base. It is the utmost in security and keeps the men from carrying any documents that might implicate COH or our allies with the activities they may carry out.
Intelligence tells me your SEAL teams have moved to assist the Cot’s. We are going to leave these actions to the traditional units, we are moving to seek out these terrorists and eliminate them. I plan on running observation details tomorrow to include looking for local arms dealers, separatist groups, etc. We want are going to attempt to make contact with these groups as a foreign cell wanting to assist with terroristic activities here. I will keep you abreast of our activities as well as your SEAL team leaders. We don’t want any FF incidents in town. Do you have any questions of me Admiral?

The Admiral nodded politely as Fisner explained his plans.
"I have no questions, and I nor my men will ask any. We understand your mission here. I just received word today that if there is another terrorist attack, Hirgizstan City plan on sending in some...people not unlike yourselves. Anyway, a barcode reader is unecessary, we've used them here for ages, you simply need to provide your codes to my secretary and you'll be in the system. You can do that whenever, right now I'll bet you want to get to your quarters. A truck will be over in a minute to take you there. Good Luck." The Admiral shook hands with Fisner again before walking back toward his office, just as a pair of HEMTT's rode into the parade ground.

OOC: Please tell me, if you have the time to create a long ranting post about me, then why have you just sat back and watched everything else. It seems more like your looking for somthing to bitch at then trying to help yourself. I'll take into account your absence but last time we did that, our thread died down cause you failed to post anything. Dont blame me for your decrease in intrest. Also I realize my post have been shotty...actually they are downright bad compared to what I know im capable of. Its just writting on school computers gives me limited time, so its hard to get everything I want done when im not getting any responced from the japanese people. I will say I need to get back to my project, I cant post IC wise but I hope this explains things.

The first sniper went down with a round to the head. Before a breath could be taken another round spilt the skull of another sniper. The third man fell to the ground, laying flat he eyed the dead bodies of his comrads. The two men laying dead began to pool blood as the third man's breaths began to draw longer and harder. He was panicing now, he unloaded his comrads rifles then chucked them out the window in an attempt to distroy them. A round poped in almost slicing his head off when he came up, he slid back down again breather hard. His gun was looking like a simple escape and before he could think he slamed the barrel into his mouth to the point where me might throw up. A small trace of vomit emitted from his mouth as he pulled the trigger. The snipers looking to his location would only see blood splatter the shattered window and peices of brain matter rain to the street below.
OOC: OK after this then we`ll pause it. So pyschotika knows he has confrontation down the street in the middle of an intersection. Read my last post for full detail.

Their mission complete, the Layartebian AARG backed off Tokyo and began to head eastward, back towards Hawaii. The mission to rescue the Cottish personnel had been a success and now the AARG had bigger fish to fry. They would go back, rearm, refuel, and resupply. Then, they were off to somewhere else, somewhere that they would be returning fire.
The children were escorted off the busy, noisy flight deck by the personnel working on the flight deck and into the relative safety of the superstructure while corpsmen dragged the stretchers out of the Layartebian air vehicles. At the same time, deck crew attached fuel lines to the Bulldogs and topped the fuel tanks, as a way of saying thank you. The wounded were transported quickly to the infirmary three decks below the flightdeck where a full medical team, including a team of surgeons stationed aboard stood by, waiting for the patients to arrive. The children were escorted up to the Officers Mess where the crew were doing their best to distract the children's attention away from the terrible events they had experienced.

Finally, at 2100 hours that night, the Cottish Royal Marines and Marinejegers were ordered by Oslo to abandon the embassy building and head for the temporary embassy to bolster its defenses in anticipation of it too being withdrawn to the relative safety of the Cottish aircraft carrier, clearly visible from the hills surrounding Tokyo. As the flag went down the pole again, it symbolized once and for all that the Cots had given up on Japan. At least for now.
Final evacuation of all Cottish personnel from Japan would be completed in one week, at which time the aircraft carrier and its battle group would withdraw from Japaneese waters and head for the Hawdawgian naval base at Fiji to drop off the civilians for transport home with aircraft.

The Hirgizstanian SEAL Team stayed in the Cottish embassy until all the Cots were about to leave when they shooks hands with their Cottish counterparts and were picked up by a single HH-60G.
The Hirgizstanian Embassy, not too far away, was also being closed down. The Japanese had made it very clear that foreigners were no longer welcome, and the Embassy Staff were busy closing down operations and moving files. A CH-53G arrived at the Embassy every evening to help move things out of the Embassy itself, onto transport ships that sat waiting out at sea.
The Hirgizstanian Naval Base at Hamamatsu was also in the process of closing down, with personnel and equipment being flown out every few hours. In a couple of weeks the Hirgizstanian prescence in Japan would be no more.

5 Miles off Hamamatsu
It had taken a long time, but the last personnel had finally left the Naval Base in Air Force transports the previous night. The equipment and stores from the base had been put aboard Wilson Class Transport Ships and anything that couldn't be taken or wasn't needed was destroyed.
The huge base now looked forlorn and abandoned. Discarded supplies and useless and broken equipment were strewn everywhere, like so much rubbish. It had cost a lot of money to set up the base, and nearly as much again to shut it down. Some personnel were sad to leave, they had come to like their little slice of the Pacific, while others were only too glad to get onto the planes or boats, glad to leave behind a foolish country that seemed to have lost its way.
Usually if a base was being shut down the Missouri and Iowa Class Battleships would fire a blank volley as they left port, but not this time. The Government had seen to that, and they had taken an even tougher line on the Japanese, cutting all diplomatic ties. There were even rumours they were going to be put on the non-recognised or rogue nation list, along with a select couple of nations, if they could be called that.
In any case the next stop for the 20th Fleet was a southern route down toward Australia, to Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea. From there the 20th and its personnel could be re-organized and could await orders on their next deployment.
