Am i correct in assuming you want to be launching an invasion of another nation or what? And what tech level?

Hey I'll have one off with you, I've been wanting to test my Great Shield network, all those Dephire-made giant cannons...I wanna see how well they do.
I'm also PMT so it might be fairly even, though if this is to be a small conflict then I could send in a hundred thousand men too.
