King Blaine sat on his throne over looking his magnificent city. The capital, Sunset City, looked exquisite. He suddenly got a dreadful realization. People would want to take all of this away from him. Sure, he had a powerful army, but compared to others out there, it was nothing. He needed allies. He wrote a letter to the world. This is what it said.
"Hello fellow nations. We are a small nation, but have vast riches. These riches need protection. We wish to eestablish alliances to help defend us.

Blackhelm, I actually was hoping you would come knocking. I have read some of your threads, and was always hoping I could somehow assist your war machine. Count me as an associate, although you could have asked nicer.

Blainesville- We can only suggest you join the GDI (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=493458) which is our alliance. We would give you full protection against unecessary aggression against your nation and unlike some of the alliance offers here, we would not tap your resources and destroy your nations chance to develop economically.
However, should you appear to be an overly aggressive nation and go against the GDI's laws then you shall be expelled and "left to the wolves" as the saying goes.

Kanami advises strongly against the GDI, for you opinon is only heard by the size of your country and your pocket book. If you go for war for anyreason that isn't immediate genocied, they will seek to quite severly punish you and your allies.

It may be wise for us to let Kanami scare you away because if you can't be bothered to check on the GDI history and Hotdogs2 Involvement [Check the Thread] then you are possibly undeserving.
What Hotdogs2 did was to defend Kanami from retalliation for their AGGRESSIVE and unprovocked attack upon Stevid, nation much larger than themselves and an ally of Questers, Co-Leader of the GDI. Once Stevid had pushed them out of their island chain Kanami would have been crushed, and it would have been hard then for Hotdogs2 to protect them due to the fact that they did not look into the fact that the alliance between Stevid and Questers was long standing due to the war they were in.
For that reason the best option was to stop the war, which Hotdogs2 did, and produce a treaty, to which Kanami agreed to, which forced peace and was very light on the punishment on kanami and their allies. Why they complain about being saved from anihalation i do not know.
