IC: Somewhere in Greece: Z emerged from his bath, wrapped his robe around himself, and lit a cigarette. Inhailing a puff of smoke, he sat down. His wife appeared in the doorway. She spoke in Ancient Greek: "He did it AGAIN!" she complained. "Hmmm, he did, did he? Well dear, you know he'll always be a bit of a child." "Children don't inflict this much harm. Anyway, didn't you say you wanted him for something?" "That's quite correct dear, could you please have Athena go and fetch him for me?"
Jack narrowly avaoided a blow to his face. Slipping to the side he upercut his opponet, his glove squarely hitting his enemy in the jaw. His opponet laughed, and stood still as Jack repeatedly hit him. "You're not human" Jack said. His opponet grinned, and knocked him out.
The winner walked past the coach. "A pity they ever invented gloves, ruins the sport." The coach shook his head as the bearded victor put on his coat, bowler, and sat down infront of a calander that read: "1917". Lighting a cigar, the chapion smiled.
Just then, a woman entered the room, with black hair cascading down her shoulders, and sharply dressed in a military uniform. She bent down low and whispered in the champion's ear: "Heracles, your father wants you." Heracles sat up, and the coached rubbed his eyes in disbelief, as Heracles, the chapion, and the woman vanished into thin-air.
IC: "WELCOME MORTALS!" This RP will involve Greek heros, and the early 20th century. Zeus (Z), has some as-of-now unrevealed mission for the ancient heros of Greece, and is willing to bring them back from the Underworld temporarly for it. This RP will have "Parts" to it. The first thread will be "Part I" involving the heros being summoned to Mount Olympus ("Somewere is Greece") for the challange. There they will learn English and French, and be aquinted with 20th combat. You can RP any major Greek hero (Heracles, Theseus, Atalanta ect.). You could also, depending RP and medium one (Pelius, Orpheus, Castor/Pollux) if I like it. A minor may be played if he/she really fits into the story-line. Also, no whining if your beloved charactor dies by my hand. I don't expect to get a lot of people for this, but with a few, it should still be fun. If you don't own any books on Greek Mythology, research your charactor on the Wikipedia, as I DEMAND good RP'ing.
