Dear Nations of the World, although you may not be very aware of the small sovereign nation of Salichia, I want to bring to you a matter that has caused great discontent in my.. humble nation. There one were a race of Strong Dalipians... the "Creators" of our modern world that is.. All true.. Salichians and humans for that matter must be of the strong Dalipian race!
For years the ghastly Lillipians have destroyed our communities! Constantly spreading violence and evicting the rightous "Lalipians" from our beautiful homes! With the guidance of my loyal advisors and my very own initiative, Salichia is now proclaiming itself to the international community as the newly formed "Fascist Empire of Salichia" Our people will no longer suffer the tyranny of the Liali' scum!
I pass this on to all nations interested, an offer from the Great Nation of Salichia!
Send you're Lilipians to us! Martial Law has been put into effect, all Lalipians will immediately be removed from their homes! I want all nations that support this grand action to give our humble nation some advice.. What shall we do with all of the heretical Lilipians?
