RKSN International Service - At approximately 9:00 this morning, the four billionth Random Kingdomian was born naturally to Sarah and Ayuni Hardcastle.
The small but full-of-life boy, to be given the old-fashioned name of Tim (to alliterate with tetra, alluding to the milestone), was shown to the ravenous press just outside Outer Acoria City Hospital.
Chairman Atille was present. He applauded the parents, delivering a mini-speech:
"I am honoured to hold a position in the service of this fine nation. I am sure that Random Kingdom will survive its fifth, sixth and possibly seventh billion. It is such a joy to witness such a positive event after such turmoil and strife."
