RE: Official Corporate Reply

Unfortunately our newly implemented Law regarding monopolization prevents you from acquiring the entirety of our mining and refining operations. According to Law XXIV, article vii; No single conglomerate, corporation or charity may own in entirety, or in part, more than 40% of each industry in which it operates, within the borders of Cruxium.

As such we are willing to sell you seven (7) iron mines, four (4) bauxite mines, one (1) titanium mine, and three (3) copper mines under the following contract;

We, the purchasers, shall uphold to the best of our abilities, the Laws of Cruxium during the duration of our operations, including, but not limited to, monopoly laws, labour laws and taxation laws. We, the purchasers, reconigise the sovreignty of Cruxium and that it, the people, have full rights to reposes the mine at the original cost of purchase with suitable reperations for loss of earnings and expenditure.

As payment, We, the purchasers, shall transfer into Cruxium accounts the sum of no less than 2,250,000,000 Cruxian Sovreigns, and recognize the exchange rate. Furthermore, We, the purchasers, agree to pay the sum of 5.75% of extracted ore on a monthly basis, to the people, in exchange for rights to mine within the borders of Cruxium, those mines owned in full. In recognizing this payment, We, the purchasers, also recognize that failure to do so will incur a further penalty of an additional 2.5% ore extracted; further we recognize that repeated failure of payment may result in forfeit of mining rights.

We, the purchasers, hereby confirm we are aware of the stipulations of the above and agree in full to the contents therein.

Once you have signed the above contract, you may begin operations immediately at the assigned mines.

Regarding your request to purchase refining facilities, we of the Voice of Democracy are discussing the contract of sale and production and thank you in advance for your patience.

Sincerely Yours,
First Speaker Philip Dunford, Cruxium.

RE: Contractual Agreement

While we of the Voice of Democracy would gladly consent to the first stipulation of Subsection A of this contract, parts 2 and 3 were rejected; Cruxium recognizes no International Corporate Law, nor are we willing or able to place the possession of state land into the hands of a foreign body. Instead we offer the following corrections;

1) All damage to assets shall be reimbursed by the nation of Cruxium either directly or through an appropriate insurance body.
2) Raven Corps will have the option of withdrawing from the previous contract agreements without penalty.

If you are willing to make the amendment, I shall sign your contract, however it cannot be signed legally as it stands.

RE: Establishment

Thank you for your enquiry into the matter of utilities and housing privatization. These areas are indeed available, although it must be noted that the burning of fossil fuels is banned within Cruxium presently. Prior to entering into any deals, however, we of the Voice of Democracy require more information regarding your housing projects and power generation facilities.

Currently, we are offering subsidies for nuclear power stations, if you are capable of construction and production, however our nation lacks uranium, so it would need to be imported. Accordingly there would be no import tax on uranium. If you agree to the construction, maintenence and running of two nuclear power stations at locations of our choosing, we will reimburse you for 25% of the costs of construction, in addition to the removal of uranium import tax.

Sincerely Yours,

Speaker Dunford,

Planned housing ranges from typical apartment buildings and condominiums to our range of arcological compounds, each capable of housing nearly one million souls, as well as featuring retail and industrial space for lease. Additional information on the Aglaia pattern can be found here (http://z6.invisionfree.com/International_Mall/index.php?showtopic=2262&st=0#entry1652597).

Regarding requested nuclear power stations, we would be more than happy to oblige you. Importation of fuel should be feasible, especially with the generous incentives you are providing. In addition, if you choose to allow any Aglaia pattern construction, excess energy produced by the nuclear generators of the buildings can be routed into the power grid and sold.

If you are amenable to these suggestions, we can begin construction within one month, using local labor of course. If not, we are willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Robert Uxbridge practically jogged into the First Speakers office, his narrow face bewildered and his entire countenence revealing he was greatly flustered. Now, this might not seem too strange, his being on the Voice of Democracy where each day another disaster of economic or sociological proportions assailed the members of the Oligarchy, except that Robert Uxbridge was often referred to as the most sedate man in history. Rumour had it that his mother had been on valium during pregnancy.

"Phil, I think you should inspect this." He waved an immensely thin, brown-card folder. "According to your secretary, pretty girl by the way, though I am sure she was once in one of those episodes of 'Bad, Bad Girls' as a naughty priso-"

First Speaker Dunford cleared his throat before Robert could continue that line of thought. A wry smile crept across his face.

"Yes, well, as I was saying, according to your secretary a company called Neucom Incorporated sent this early this morning." Visibly shaking, Robert handed the First Speaker the tiny document.

After a brief moment, Philip's eyes widened and he looked up. "This is accurate?" Urgent nodding suggested that it was indeed accurate.

"Quickly, have as many people as possible begin researching this Neucom and produce a report informing us of what it is. Perhaps then we can make an informed decision upon the matter." No sooner said than Robert jogged back out of the room.

This Neucom would need to be very rich indeed to invest into such areas.

(I normally make NSwiki pages for my stuff, but I haven't gotten to this one)

Neucom Inc. is a company created by the merging of Keryan Corp and Neo-Erusean Military Industries. They ripped off a huge amount of money from Sulatum (how it started) and basically took over military manufacturing and design in Neo-Erusea, along with the automobile industry, toy manufactering, and more. (A corp that's rising and taking over a lot of stuff from my country.) I should have put that the corp will not take the total 40% of the industries, rather 20% Tech. Engineering, 15% Arms Manufacturing, 15% Automobile Industry, and 15% Aviation.

To First Speaker P. Dunford, House of Democracy, Cruixinium, Cruxium:

Candrian-based GEM is willing to expand into the Automotive, Aerospace, and Engineering fields of Cruxium. This is clearly a marvelous buisness opportunity, providing the people of Cruxium with high-paying buisness opportunities and fine, well built and engineered Dominion products built on your home territory as well as imported.

GEM Automotive and GMD will expand into the automotive sector, within the next two years if approved, building factories and establishing dealerships in order to establish at least a 20% market share; being a full-line manufacturer of high-grade cars, trucks, motorcycles, construction equipment and motorised land transport, this figure lends itself to rising.

GEM Auto will hire entirely native staffs, including domestic design teams, to better suit the needs of Cruxium's automotive industry.

GEM Aerospace will figure to open aircraft plants for the manufacture of small-volume aircraft (private jets, cessna-sized aircraft and the like), filling the smaller charter aircraft market with high-quality rugged fast and efficient transports. Eventually, within the next 5 years, expansion into the larger freight and mass transport industry can occur. An initial market share of roughly 5% during the small-volume aircraft manufacture phase will give way to a share of roughly 15%. Again, native staff will be hired where appliciable.

GEM, being a general engineering firm, will establish itself in the architectural engineering industry as a consulting firm and as a design firm, bringing the manpower, brains, and resources for a 15% marketshare.

Thank you for your time in reading this outline of our goals. If you wish to accept GEM's contracts, then we may get started immediately - your country may see drastic economic gains that could boost you to world power status. GEM is a large part of the economic might of the Candrian Empire, being the first major corporation to come out of the Dominion and having the economic power of small countries. GEM and its branches employ a total of 72 million Candrians, and GEM enjoys a net worth of over 6 trillion USD, or 6% of the Candrian GDP.

Skyetech Industries of The Community of Siap has a strong interest in expanding its services to your nation. We would like to aquire 10% of your aviation and engineering industries. Also, if they exist, we would like to take a 10% stake in your metallurgical industries (including aluminum refining, but not steel refining), and if you have a petro/synthetic petrochemical industry, we would like 10% of that as well (If you do not have one, we are willing to introduce it).

Also, a subsidiary of ours specializing in logistics, Tactical Solutions Inc., would like to purchase 20% of your highway/railway/public transit management, as well as 20% of your prison management (if this is allowed) and 20% of your refuse management/recycling program.

RE: Establishment

Your proposal to establish yourself in our engineering sector has been accepted by the Voice of the Democracy and, as such, you may begin your business upon signing of the contract.

Regarding your proposed acquirements with your subsidiary, you are welcomed to purchase the pre-existing prison facilities, public transportation systems and refuse management programmes. It should be noted, however, that there are laws involved with these various areas.

Firstly, prison management must be carried out without brutality to prisoners further than what they were sentenced. Unjust treatment of prisons will not be tolerated and inspections will be carried out by an appropriate government body and random intervals. Furthermore, would your company be willing to establish execution facilities?

Secondly, the only methods of public transportation are by monorail, subway, bullet train and flight. We feel it is neccessary to inform you of this prior to your purchase of this sector. It is, however, a highly lucrative venture as private vehicles are unheard of in Cruxium.

Finally, refuse management is a difficult task as the burning of non-clinical waste is illegal within Cruxian borders. Recycling is not mandatory and the method in which you dispose of the waste outside of Cruxium is none of our concern. It should be further noted that there are no landfill sites of any sort within Cruxium and current waste is disposed of by being distributed to other countries. However, any recycled materials you produce will be yours to do with as you wish.

Thank you for your interest in our national privatization.

Yours Sincerely,

We welcome your interest in our bauxite, copper and titanium mining and as such will indeed sell you a series of mines and mining rights. Further, you are also welcome to purchase our current aluminium refining facilities and the appropriate production license. It should be noted that the above contract includes your expansion into aviation.

Regarding synthetic chemical production, there is currently no such market within our borders, nor do we have the qualified personnel within our nation to operate such facilities. However, if you can prove to us that you will offer little environmental damage with such facilities, then you are welcome to establish the building(s) and begin education and training of staff.

Prices of mines will be Sv875,000,000. That sum will see you recieve a single copper mine, titanium mine and two bauxite mines as per your request. It will, however, give you 20% of our titanium mining industry. If this is acceptable, please inform us.

Your offer for the mines is acceptable. The funds will be auto-dispersed upon your confirmation. We would like to know the status of Tactical Solutions prison management offer. Is that deal still valid since they cannot manage the execution facilities? Also, we are prepared to purchase the aluminum refining facilities and permits that you mentioned before.

We are forwarding the Siapian Environmental Commission's report on the synth-petrochemical refineries in Esmund and Blake's Point. The greatest concern to the environment is the heat pollution, the carbon dioxide emissions and the release of catalyctic metals into the environment. Carbon dioxide emissions are at record low at all Skyetech-owned facilities, due to the use of more efficient solar panels for power. The facilities consume a lot of energy to produce plastics and fuel alternatives (We have a process to produce 2,3,4 trimethylpentane-the cleanest burning, most efficient component of gasoline-using only organic plant matter). We would prefer to use local water sources to dissipate the excess heat, but this does have adverse consequences on organisms in the river. If required, we could construct cooling towers, however these are more expensive to operate, but the hot water is dispersed into the atmosphere, where it has considerably less impact on the environment. Catalyctic metals-platinum, palladium, iron, rhodium-are used in our plastic and chemical production prcesses. These are generally well contained, with only trace amounts escaping into the environment. It is possible for these metals to escape into the local environment through water used in the cooling process. To counteract this threat, all water is treated so that any of these contaminants in the water passing through the facilities will form chemically neutral precipitates that can be easily removed.

Depending on whether your agricultural industry is stronger or oil industry (ie-will oil or fructose be more cost effective. Oil is about five times easier to use as cellulose and other plant matter) If local oil supplies are sufficient, we would like to purchase extraction and refining facilities. If plant matter is abundant, we would like to purchase growing fields. Use of oil in this process carries the standard environmental hazards of transporting oil. Using oil in the chemical industries also carries the risk of escaping unburned hydrocarbons, which is treated with catalyctic converters. There is very little in petroleum that we cannot use, but that which we can't is transported to our special disposal facilities in Siap, where it is treated until it is chemically inert, or completely harmless to the environment.

Skyetech Industries wishes to increase all of its stakes in the mining sectors to the maximum 40%, and it wishes to double its holdings in the engineering and aviation sectors. We would like to purchase a 20% stake in your uranium mining.

Skyetech would like to construct uranium, radium and thorium refining facilities. (radium and thorium generally occur where there is uranium)

Skyetech Industries would like to import the metallurgical industries, and begin construction of more advanced foundries. The construction of these foundries will create more employment, and greatly increase the efficiency of all industries that use metallic substances. The only threat posed by these facilities is the release of toxic metals and hydrocarbons, which are dealt with in the same manner as in the synth-petrochemical industry.

Skyetech Industries would also like to construct two new research facilities. One is a sophisticated chemical laboratory to construct and study catalysts and chemical propellants. The research performed in this facility is used in our metallurgical and chemical industries, so the same environmental hazards exist, albeit on a lesser scale, and they are dealt with according to set Skyetech procedures.

The second facility we wish to construct is a physical laboratory. It will primarily deal with optics, but, if permitted, we wish to construct a small particle accelerator, so we can outsource our more simple collisions and use the colliders we have in Siap for their intended purpose. Environmental impact should be only noticeable in increase of power consumption, but this is dealt with later in the letter.

If we are permitted to construct these facilities, then we ask that we be permitted to construct facilities that can produce hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, neon, xenon, krypton, chlorine, fluorine, bromine, iodine, dichromate, hydrogen peroxide, hydrazine, sodium azide and sulfuric acid. The only noticeable impact of these facilities (save the sulfuric acid) is the same as all of our other facilities. The sulfuric acid production can pose an increased risk, and could be a potential terrorist target. For this reason, we would station Tactical Solutions Operations Personnel and Skyetech Industries Security on the premise at all times.

Tactical Solutions would like to double all of its current holdings and purchase a 40% stake in the power supply industry. We wish them to manage the same power grid our facilities shall exist on. Their intentions are to replace most of the major power lines with gold-ceramic conductors (which function at a much higher temperature than yttrium barium copper oxide) and to construct a CANDU nuclear reactor, which will use unenriched uranium. All waste shall be delivered to Siap for handling. We wish to also construct a heavy water facility to service this reactor. All of these facilities will be guarded by Tactical Solutions Operations Personnel and Skyetech Industries Security.

Military personnel are welcome at all facilities deemed a severe security risk. If Tactical Solutions is not permitted to construct a heavy water facility, then we ask for the right to import our own deuterium and tritium from Siap.

I realize that most of what we are proposing to construct is rather intimidating, but I assure you we are the best at what we do, and understand this technology the best since we created the most recent advances. Understand that your nation has much to gain from this.

I eagerly await your response.

As payment We shall pay the people the sum of Sv1,000,000,000. We will set prices at a fair and competitive rate to all parties within the nation of Cruxium. Biodiesel ftw - pollution problem solved.

Wanna solve the crime problem? Make an artificial shortage of BD, and intentionally build the roads in your country tight. Thus, you create a demand for small, light fuel efficient - and SLOW - cars. No car jackings, because stealing a car that tops out at 75 mph isn't worth it - it's a bad getaway vehicle.

Stop accidents? Educate the hell outta the public and make the punishments for any traffic infractions severe. Go with a strong interior and exterior vehicle saftey testing program.

I am also going to be reintroducing the use of barges.

Can I perhaps get a cut of that too? GEM's big into industrial freight shipping. I'll make a big elaborate IC post when you make the announcement ICly. (/OOC)

OOC: No, they do not have a store front, as I am too lazy and my time on the computer to unstable to maintain one. I usually just make deals where they build the military equipment that a nation needs and sell it to them completely privately, which means that you don't have to deal with me. It is just like if your own private companies were producing it for you.

Weapson would like to purchase rights to 40% of your domestic military production.

H2 Multinationals in a corpotation of several major companies. Although the companies do not belong to H2 Multinationals generally they do often share owners, or shareholders, as well as having close links between each other. This ensures a close working relationship and keeps costs down as no-one tries to rip each company off. We do however stress each company are completely seperate entities. We would therefore like to make the following bids:

H2 Military Solutions Inc. would like to take 40% of your militaries contract jobs available, unless all are available. This, we hope, would include training and maintenance of such facilities, and we would ensure a high standard of training and safety would always be a priority. Costs would be kept to the minimum. We would not be willing to send our personnel out to foreign conflicts where there is a danger of death.

We also wish to purcahse 40% of the rights to iron Uranium and other similar reactive materials. Full security measures would be ensured of course.

H2 luxuries PLC. would like to take a 40% share in your diamond, platinum, gold and silver mining operations. They would also like a 40% share in your alcohol producing industry, although only if they pass our high quality standards. A further 40% share in your commercial air and sea transport routes would be beneficial to the company if available whilst giving you an excellent service.

H2 utilities LTD was until recently a PLC. Now under ownership of a select number of people the company is ready to expand. We would like 40% in your energy, water and telecommunications(phone, TV etc) industries. We are sure we will give you an excellent service.

On another note, would it be possible to set-up an exploration company within your nation as a subsiduary of H2 Multinationals which could find new raw materials etc within your nation? Of course such a company would either sell the rights to these materials if available to be mined by the government or would mine/harness themselves for sale.

We thankyou for your interest, cost is not of a major concern as long as the estimated profit will cover these costs within 10 years.

OOC: one issue:
Synth-Petrochemical Refining: Skytech Industries 100%

Does this not break your current law?

(OOC: That is a rare exception whereby there was no previous market, thereby making them the sole producer. Ideally further companies will establish themselves within the next two years threby removing their monopoly.

There are also ways of bypassing the monopoly laws, which haven't been amended in a very long time. It is feasible for subsidiary companies to be involved in the same market as their parent company and thereby have a combined market share of 80%, which, if you developed for example H2 Exploration, would allow you to take up more shares of mining under that company name. Of course I may amend it in the future. Might be worth a gamble though *wink*)

To Whom It May Concern:-

Your bid, H2 Military Solutions Incorporated, to provide training and maintenance for our military is something that must be further discussed in relation to our monopolization laws. However, your bids to engage in construction is accepted, as is your bid for mining rights.

Furthermore, the bids for further mining rights, alcohol production and commercial transportation are also accepted under the name H2 Luxuries Plc. Similarly, the bid for utilities is also accepted.

Finally, exploration rights can be granted with the following conditions; that any discoveries are immediately brought to the attention of the government, that any discoveries are the property of the people, however may be bought by your company at reduced cost (70%), that any discoveries may be purchased only if it would not break monopoly laws.

Yours Faithfully,

First Speaker Philip Dunford,

Thankyou for your prompt repply.

We can only accept your offer for exploration rights, although we will be setting up two competing companies now, H2 Global Exploration Ltd. (our public subsiduary) and Weson & Sons, a company run by H2 Multinationals' CEO, Philip Weson. We shall also look at promoting further competition within your nation by instituting new companies designed completely to serve within your nation. We hope this will stimulate the exploration of your nation in the aspects of natural resources. We also take it you are allowing the sale of our finds to other companies to extract? If so we would be very happy with such a move by your nation.

Furthermore the other companies who have set-up bussiness are very happy with what looks to be a highly profitable and due to our corporations co-operation we have also been approached further by H2 Military Solutions Inc. as they have an interest in Gold mining for use in anti-radar detection measures. They are also very happy with the mining operations currently being taken over and are upgrading equipment to increase production as we speak. However they may look at selling these bussinesses on as they become more profitable to another company within the organisation allowing them to focus on other issues.

As to providing you with your military services whilst not having a monopooly, why not have our sister Consortium of companies, Magnificent Industries, have a look at any interested companies to take on the rest of the job? We're sure we could work something out as i believe their members include two contractors to our armed forces (Port Call Services and Air Call Services, run by two brothers). We are sure they could ensure you got the best price for services provided by adding some competition!

And lastly we would like to put in the following bids: a 40% share of the Iridium mining in your nation by H2 Military Solutions Inc. and another 30% by its new subsiduary Military Materials Ltd.

Through a line of communication that could be geussed to be a secure faxline or something of the sort an initial cover letter, followed by more detailed explination of the project proposals, with a wide variety of graphs and charts.

Various Dian companies organized by the External Affiars Division L.O. D.I. of ICCD are putting in for tender a number of potential contracts of interest

Within the Construction sector subclass Engineering:
ICCD is intereseted in implementing a number of 'enviroconstruction' projects. utilizing the latest in envrionmental technologies. As such are interested in purchasing or developing a company called 'Envirogreen Construction' which will focus on a variety of low cost economic construction projects ranging from residential to corporate. The company would also like to focus on developing underground construction projects including any such projects required for military, industrial, scientific and any other such needs, including mining. ICCD has a strong history of environmental construction technologies, as well as subsurface miniing.

Within the Public Services sector Waste Management Inc. Company is interested in developing the Refuse Management industry, implementing new sewage systems which will used process sewage waste to produce methane as well as biofeul sludge, compost and other chemicals. This sewage project would also remove waste sewage dumping from the waterways and instead create closed containment systems, improving your local environment.

Within the Commercial Transport sector ICCD is interested in both Airlines: and Sea Transportation: , more so related to transport of cargo for seaborn. and for airlines passenger as well as an air mail service. The seaborn transport will be for assisting in contracted bulk cargo transport both to and from Cruxium. The Airline would service high load areas, to major tourist locations and business centers globally. The air mail service would be contained to those business centerse being serviced, on a basis of room on flights to and from the flight areas. The sea and air cargo services would work under the same roof in partnership with the air passenger service through a seperate contract. For running this service, Government employees and mail would have priority status on flights, in general this would appear to be good for your economy. The investors that be are willing to purchase the aircraft required or take over already existing aircraft and rights to land at major air centers, as allowed, this is if there is enough interest in travel and trade. A prefered merchant marine claus for the shipping, with government orders getting first priority for shipping, and priority mail and government employees having free mail service and transportation rights for any unfilled allocations ass well as a specific quota set aside for government business, as required and reasonable. These shipping / passenger services Would be so called
D-C Shipping and D-C Air.

In the Military Construction sector in the Naval industry
Dian Shipyards is interseted in aquiring or constructing a large shipyard from which to build supercarriers, as well as potentially other large surface ships as well as subsurface ships. It would be interested in aquiring or extending an already existing shipyard. It's initial offer of compensation would be to fill your naval orders dedicating a portion of it's ship building specificly for your naval needs. This shipyard company is to be named Melqart Shipyards. Production of a number of different ships is to be handled here, and a 'grand' shipyard design is to be implemented, one which can handle one 'major' supercarrier supertanker sized project, and a handful of smaller ships such as destroyer, frigates, subs etc.. as well as merchant ships done on an as needed basis taking contracts as they arrive from various sources. An outright 50/50 profit share with your share as credit towards your own naval projects at the shipyards.

There is also interest in other feilds such as agriculture, as well as geothermal energy creation, however since there are already a number of proposals we will not flood, obviously business with you is very lucritive, we look forward to your insight and any additional conditions you may have so we can decide if it is functionable.

ICCD would also like to establish and embassy/consulate to support Dian Citizens on business or leisure there.

Thankyou for taking the time to read.

Mr. Bailo Heinrich,

Having discussed your requests to establish your company, ICCD, within sectors of Cruxium including; sewage waste disposal and recycling, residential and corporate construction, aerial and sea transportation, and a shipyard complex; it is the decision of the Voice of Democracy to allow you access to all sectors of interest.

A section of our southern coast shall be host to your shipyard, which you may construct at your leisure. However there are no pre-existing shipyards within Cruxium. The location will be near the River Crux, allowing for easy river transportation of metals from various refineries toward the north.

Cruxium Construction is available for purchase for 3.2bn Cruxium National Pounds (CNP), and should provide you with extensive building equipment and storage facilities.

All other areas will require establishment, which can be carried out at your leisure. Should you wish to branch out into further markets, we will begin discussions.

Yours Sincerely,
First Speaker Philip Dunford, MA., MSc.,
First Speaker of the Democractic Oligarchy of Cruxium.

First Speaker
We thank you for opening up your enterprise to global management. Word will be passed on to the individual business interests in respect to implementation of their business action plans. The purchase of interests is as far as the tresury boards projections a gaurenty and individuals will if posible personally meet with the sales agents. Assesments of the allocated areas, and required real estate for offices and any other requirements will be undertaken within the next calander year.

Some major sectors of course are of interest but not priorities but there is ample interest for business dealings in other areas, and markets.

For instance tourism would be any specific areas of interst, beaches, ski resorts, stretches of wilderness for camping. This depends largely on any specific attractions existing to be developed. Could be titled Scopic Travel

Another lucritive sector is banking should a currency or foreign investment and exchange exists. Banking operations could be established depending on your local Banking customs. There is a big push for various banking cooperatives, as are common in ICCD due to currency laws. Establishment of a strong foreign currency exchange capacity in your capital or any other major business or tourist locations would be a great public service and business enabler. This would be perhaps in partnership with the D-C air, which could offer bank terminals and branches at applicable airports and other entry points to provide travellers with a wide range of funds. This would of course be in partnership with your own tresuries and banking laws should they exist. They could also depending on the structure of your customs systems run a duty limited duty free shops as well as act as visa and passport agents, including fullfilling photo and any other passport requirements, that would act as a third party agent to insure that visas and passports are filed correcctly with the proper authorities. This may help in promoting foreign trade, as well as remove beurocratic burdens in handling erroneous or hard to proceed with requests, as well as develope expedited channels. A portion of any profits from these offices could be granted directly, if a larger partnership was allowed all such required travel documents could be materially processed from the branch offices, with room provided at our cost for customs officials or any other required persons. Including security. We could make all this data available from branch office to branch office, and upgrade your customs systems to provide more fool proof technologies such as advanced biometrics, if not already used. First Exchange - 'The Travel and Trust Company'

Finally real estate which naturally evolves from the need to secure land for the blooming local economy. Although this would not necisarily be a large industry it would be focused on advertising and securing land for a variety of usages. - Prism Realty This would involve substancial foreign capital investment for real estate and assist in promoting development of your economy.

These newly mentioned industries are much more traditional but we have not seen tenders for these roles to be secured. It should be known that the stake in the various industries have funding in the many billions. ICCD is acting as an agent on behalf of various interests within Intracircumcordei, although you can count on us as a contact source for obtaining any information on the specific backers, most private companies in ICCD and joint consortiums are managed in joint venture, so each proposal represents many stockholders in the companies.

Your can expect substancial investment in the sectors granted to promote competition and innovation within your territories. We hope to be good joint partners in developing your infrastructure.

The final contract tender would be to develope mobile and satalite commuications capacities for broadcasting and various other communications. This would likely include a partnership with one of your domestic aerospace - space firms or foreign space launch centers could launch the satalites, which would be constructed by a thrid party either domestic or foreign. Same to for the mobile towers and other related infrastruture. This company would manage the assets and develope enduser managament and leasing operations for use of the mobile and satalite infrastructure. THe company would also manage the infrastruture, repair etc.. It couuld also provide intelligence data for your military or any other such services, and provide free communications services for your government. Atmoz Communications

ICCD can be counted on in some respects to have a sub oversight into the activites of the various companies, and provide reports as required on the activities of the companies.
