Planet of Wolves (OOC Note)
I am Planning an Going FT again with Hataria, I will still do MT RPs of coruse, The Planet Hataria will Be in the M51 Galaxy and It's Empire will Control 700 Star Systems.
The Planet is a Forested World with Tree Buildings and Unlike The MT Hataria on Earth, The Beings are Anthomorphic Wolves who are Meat eaters of Coruse and are great Ship Builders.

700 star systems.....that's awfully big. Can your people populate them all?
Look on the bright side, people. If our furry friend here has seven hundred systems, do you have any idea how overstretched his military would have to be to defend them? Anyone wanting a new system or fifty could pretty much just walk in and take it.

It could be many/most simply have a refueling depot type situation, a single light station to provide a Hatarian presence to register the claim to the systems.

Let’s do some math. Hataria’s pop is 4.836 billion. Divide it by 700. And you get 6,908,571 pop for each of the star systems. So…maybe he can do it. But his military will have to small in each area.

True about the overstretched military and the other part.
I am makeing it 28 Worlds, most of them will be Farming and Mineing worlds, with a few Desert and Waterworlds.
