Dominion Mercenary Syndicate

When an untraceable call was connected to DMG Military Industries Headquarters in the capital of the Dominion, two separate, ethically different, morally indifferent, economically diverse and dissimilar, and unlinked establishments were combined under one roof to create the Dominion Mercenary Syndicate. Rent-A-Legion, presented and supplied by DMG Military Industries, was combined with a secretive and unofficial band of mercenaries that hire themselves out for a hefty price. Though the two groups remain territorially apart and personally unknown to their partners, they work in tandem to create an efficient, deadly, and profitable business for hire.
Though combined into one organization, Shadow Force (the band of mercenaries) and the Legions (from DMI) are to be used in different situations, for different results, and under different pretenses. The Legions are effectively a mini-army to be used in conjunction with your own military or for a small battle - against a rebel group for example when you do not wish or can afford to use your own military. Shadow Force on the other hand is used for clandestine operations in which you do not want the enemy to know you are there, such as assassinations, sabotage, or dangerous reconnaissance.
Rules
1) We reserve the right to deny any request for our services
2) We reserve the right to remove our soldiers and equipment from service at any time without refund
3) At the end of their use, we would like a summary of losses and injures taken to both soldiers and equipment
4) Do not, under any circumstance, attempt to use these soldiers against the Dominion or any of its territories. This will result in serious repercussions on an unimaginable scale.
Legions
A single Mercenary Legion is a complete fighting force with ground vehicles from tanks to APCs to artillery, naval vessels such as an aircraft carrier or insertion vehicle, and aircraft from fighters to bombers to transport helicopters. These legions have it all.
Each legion consists of fifteen thousand soldiers, of which about five thousand are needed to operate the different equipment, especially the naval vessels which take the majority of the crew. The remaining ten thousand soldiers are standard foot soldiers trained in the Dominion for operational use anywhere in the world be it an arctic tundra or sandy dunes. However, they are not supersoldiers - remember this - so don't try to put them up against an overwhelming force or they will die...
There are a total of twenty Legions for rent, of which any nation can rent a maximum of ten at a time. Each legion costs Ten Billion USDs [10,000,000,000 USDs] per RL day they are rented. When renting them please specify how long they will be needed for and make the appropriate payment. We will offer to extend their time if you need them longer (for an added cost), but if no request is made then they will be removed by our Special Exclusion Team without warning or delay. From the time they are rented it takes approximately three NS days for them to be ready for departure and a varying amount of time for them to reach their destination (depending on distance and ease of travel).
Remember, these are human beings... don't get them killed.

Shadow Force
An elite division of ex-Special Forces operatives who have banded together to form a select mercenary unit. The total force encompasses one hundred members, all of whom have had at least ten years in the Special Forces of the Dominion. While this group is in no way, shape, or form affiliated with the Dominion or the Government of DMG, they are based out of a secret camp in Dominion territory. They are completely self-sufficient, have all of the necessary equipment, and are some of the most elite soldiers ever trained inside of DMG.
Like all mercenaries, Shadow Force has no loyalties to any group or government. Simply put, they go where the money is, which is to say that they are loyal to the hand that feeds them. The cost of any single mission will be determined after the details of the mission have been outlined. The price tag will go up or down based upon expected difficulty, odds, task to be done, and various other factors. The terms set forth by Shadow Force are non-negotiable... the price listed is the only price available.
Members of Shadow Force are experts in an assortment of tactics and subjects, thus they are capable of nearly any job required and in anyway necessary (i.e. different forms of assassination such as very public, discreet, non-tamper). While not all of Shadow Force will attend each job, the necessary numbers with the appropriate abilities will be there to complete each mission.
On Assignment:
*This is not a hired force of soldiers to be thrown onto the frontlines. These are highly trained specialists who are not integrated into your military and do not report to you. They are simply carrying out a mission that you have outlined for the cost they have.
Other Rules:
1) Not that any employer would ever know them, but the whereabouts and identities of Shadow Force members is never to be revealed. You wouldn't want Shadow Force holding a grudge against you, would you?
2) In the event that a member of this elite mercenary corps is killed in action while on a mission, a sum of one hundred million dollars is to be delivered by the employer to Shadow Force to be used as they will.
3) You will not knowingly send Shadow Force members to their death.
4) Charges are subjective to the mission and will be sent after the mission is detailed.
5) As there are a good amount of highly skilled mercenaries in Shadow Force, they will not all be used on any one mission and thus are capable of simultaneously undertaking several operations.
[ooc: A couple of notes to know ahead of time. I will be RPing Shadow Force if and when they are hired. This can take place in a thread specifically for their mission or in a larger thread (e.g. assassinating a President in the course of an ongoing war). Also, and most importantly, make sure the nation who these actions are being carried out against is willing to participate. While the end result does not have to be certain ahead of time (though it would help the RP), they do have to be willing to have Shadow Force "attack."]
