The UN is slow to decide, and ineffective in many ways. Therefore, spearheaded by New Ausha, and enviormental protection treaty is too be put before ALL nations. Enforcers of this treaty include an independant, non-millitarized commision, that will report infractions too all treaty members.
Fossil fuels are a huge problem plaguing our general enviorment. Although global warming is no immidiate threat, we must provide, for a safe, clean future for our children.
Oil hoarding nations have kept the international market too unstable for too long. Therefore, oil dependacy must be defeated in its entireity.
This treaty is open too any nation, that will honestly work toward the following changes.
The "Watch Dog" group will be known as ITEC (Independant Treaty Enforcment Comission) This will include volunteers from all signed nations. Inspectors will visit each nation (on a re-occuring basis) and report development too every treaty member. If your nation has willing, non-biased volunteers, please state how many wish too join, and notify us about it.

I (name and title) fully agree to all terms, as dictated below. I give my solem sware, that I will not break the regulations of the treaty, under ANY circumstance. If I do, I agree to be removed from the treaty with due haste. I agree to make/work towards the following changes, in the next 10 years.
-Reduce oil usage in automoblies by 15%
-Reduce Fossil Emissions by 10%
-Establish "green belts" which cannot be developed on. (May be charged for usage, or open to the general public)
-Reduce oil purchasing budget by 10%
-Sell off hoarded oil, agree not too EVER hoard oil
-Work towards gaining support for the treaty
