The Heroic Nation of –Scaevola- is seeking to replace its fast nuclear intercept submarine (Neptune Class) with an upgrade or new production type. On the average, these vessals have approximately 15 years left on their original 30 year service life. Similarly, an upgrade or replacement is being sought for the hybrid diesel electric costal attack submarine (Tines Class).
Design lines should closely follow the current classes, with draft being of utmost importance.
The contract will be for local or external production of the hulls, power plant and new weapon systems if applicable. Sensors, communication gear and electronics suite are to remain locally produced with minimal information given out as necessary for vessel production .
