Commander Voltigeur too the stand. He adjusted his tie, then his hat, and looked samrtly into the various cameras and audience members.
"Ladies and Gentlemen. The United States of Umvitz attacked New Ausha, 5 years ago. Killing 3 million citizens. Along with some 410,000 soldiers dead."
"The Anti-Umvitzian Coalition promptly invaded, then divided the country into several sectors. The New Aushan sector, the Maldorains sector, the Wolfensland sector, and the Shazbotdom sector. Within the New Aushan sector we have seen a skyrocketing in support for New A series of boos and disatisfaction erupted from the audience. The Commander motioned for silence.Ausha."
Applause roared from the crowd, along with several whistles.
"We have disarmed Umvitz, taking all thier orbital capabilities, and appointing the Umvitzian Self Defense Force. We have limited there numbers too know more than 500,000. However, as of today, New Aushan army command is allowing this force too grow, by 25,000 volunteers a year, from now on."
Several audience mebers gasped. Slight boos and dissatisfaction could be heared. Murmurs grew louder.
"We have felt that the nation is no longer a threat, making occupation sensless. Therefore, New Aushan troops will withdraw, at a rate of 20,000 a month. Once the 750,000 soldiers are home, we will officially return our sector to the Umvitzian goverment."
Men stood up yelling in anger, others quietly clapped.
"We ask our allies, who aided in the defeat of this awful empire, too begin withdrawl as well, as occupation is no longer necessary."
The crow become calmer, and most of the booing ceased.
"President Danny, and 18 members of his cabinet have been killed over the past 5 years, by firing squad, after a fair trial."
Applause erupted, and the general mood of the crowd had shifted. Wiping sweat from his brow, the commander continued
"32 others have been imprisoned for life, another 4 exiled."
The noise rose, as the cheering grew louder.
"We issue a warning to Umvitz's new goverment. We will be watching for another 6 years. Any trouble, and we will not hesitate to return."
A grin creeped up on his face. The crowd was going crazy.
"Thank you for our time. 20,000 soldiers are returning home, as we speak.

As the soldiers got out of the hefty planes they noticed thousands outside the gates. The cheering was amazing. Roses were tossed over the fences. The guards had trouble keeping the gate clear.
"Well biggs, its over."
The husky soldier pulled the smaller man over too him.
"It sure is buddy. It sure is."
