We have a propsition, which we feel, will secure a strong alliance for all rogue states, wishing for nothing more than the end of the dispicible UN, and all the imperialist countries!
20 years ago, I build my nation. The Rustovians were my countrymen. Overlooked, forgotten, Opressed. But no longer! I took power, with the help of the RSP (Rustovian Socialist Party) We turned the economy around! We built a millitary from nothing! We recived over 100 billion in monetary support, in a single decree! My people no longer starve! All children are granted an education! Rustov is safe!
All rogue states alike, I beg of you. Join my alliance. Break free from the bloated/corrupt goverments of those who follow the democratic system. Socialist, Communist, Facist states alike, join me, in building the greates alliance the world has ever seen! You need not be rustovian! You simply must seek freedom and justice, and salvation, from the evils of the consumerists!
URS Alliance offers:
-Full allied status between members
-Embassy exchange between all members
-Millitary technologies sharing program
-Mutual nuclear enrichment benefits between members
-Economic aid
-URSSC (United Rogue States Secuirty Council) Members vote on actions, majority rules (admission up to rustov)

-NOT be a member of the UN
-Not follow the democratic system of goverment
-Posses a national defense force
-Contribute to the URS Emergency fund (20 billion, no less)
-Be willing to accept and provide for all members
