Citizens, Soldiers, and Comrades, our Holy Empire has a problem before us. Our fledgling nation has suffered tough times economically, although our economists and Ministry of Agricultural Development forsees an improvement shortly. We must remember that we are a strong nation, despite our weak economy. But my friends, all hope is not lost. At the moment I speak, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is putting out an official appeal for foreign help, primarily in the agricultural department. May God smile upon us, my friends, and may we stand strong.

Citizens of Hrabnya, the Government implores you to conserve food, and to waste none. Any surpluses should be given to the Ministry of Agricultural Development, to be transported to some of the more hard hit provinces of the empire. This has been a public service announcement sponsered by the Ministry of Agriculture.

"The stagnant economy in Hrabnya has led to massive shortages in food, including basic crops such as wheat, barley, oats, beans, corn, and potatos. With out government on the brink of collapse to do bread riots and the formation of armed militias to attempt to secure food, we implore any and all foreign governments to send aid. We all, as leaders and representitives of nations, understand how dangerous an Empire can be that is controlled by armed militias and ragtag groups of fighters, so in order to maintain order, a sufficient amount of food is required. May god bless you and your states, Blessed Emperor Ilyusha."
