Rules and Regulations:

6) There are other rules such as minimum balance and maximum balance that are fairly straightforward and dealt with below. The previous maximum for the top account was 10 Trillion USDs, but with the new reforms the maximum has been raised to twice that at 20 Trillion USDs. Other than those, there is a varying withdrawal fee depending on the account.
7) A new policy has been instituted in which we offer insurance to our clients for a small fee. I was wondering what the rules were with your bank on appropreate actions a nation can do with monies that is deposited into your bank, and if anything they do to harm any international nations can cause the suspension and/or confiscation of monies in a bank account?

Seeing as this bank is only used for deposits and withdrawals (not transfers), there is no way to use the money in an inappropriate manner for all money in the bank is obviously unused and all money withdrawn (and used inappropriately) is no longer in our control.

However, if a nation would like, they can file a grievance with DIB against a certain group (who has an account here) and potentially have that account's assets frozen. Evidence and testimony of wrongdoing is required and final judgment will be made by DIB.

Well, that would've have to do with the assets still being missing. Though progress was made in the investigation and many minor figures were identified or captured, the mastermind(s) has continued to elude authorities. Thus all foreign assets stolen continue to be unavailable for withdrawal.

While we understand that this may be more than just a slight inconvenience on your nation, our own nation has suffered equally if not more. The funds in DIB were used to support loans across the nation, and when the robbery occurred, it set in motion a crippling chain of events that has left the economy writhing.
