Irving had quickly run down the a flight of stairs and out into the street. He could hear Steel talking to John. He ran into a abandon building then into the back alley. Looking around he, then down he saw a manhole cover. Opening it he went down and put the manhole cover back.

OOC: ya that's exactly what they're doing. they started back to the part before all the god modding started. which was before carly removed the bullet.

Irving was a block away from the apartment. Looking around he saw a group of zombies. They were eating a human. Getting his gun his fired all six rounds. The zombies were all over the street now. Looking at the human it's hand was on the car door handle. The key was in place to unlock the door. Kicking the remains of the woman aside he unlocked the door and put the key in to start the engine. It puttered for a moment then stopped. The zombies noticed him and were coming to find out what the noise was. Trying it again the car started and Irving's foot came down on the gas. He hit a zombie and kept on going.

"Jeez, they got torn apart back there. I tried to save them, but there were too many of those damn zombies. About the car I liberated them off a dead body. They are serving a much better use now. Oh when I split off the group I found a hunting store and took a rifle and a magnum." Irving stayed calm and kept his eyes on the road in front of him.

at least there was a local anasthetic but this would be a messy job. she would also have to improvise.

she left John briefly and returned with a rolled up pillow case and sheet.

"you'll need to bite down on this" she said as she folded the sheet and placed it under his leg and started taking off his trousers so she could access the wound.

"when I tell you bite down on the pillow case do it" she said as she injected him with the local anasthetic..

Keiko was listening to the radio collar with interest and now was relaxing in the armchair beside John while the dog stretched out beside John. Carly had the sofa if she wanted it.

She knew that Irving's karma was about to turn bad and smiled as she rested, nearly sleeping as she did despite the moaning going on outside.

She knew that a zombie couldn't get to them unless they were already inside the building but the doors were locked and bolted.

I just wanted to point out that I think most grenades have a 3-5 second timer, which is more than enough time for him to cover his eyes... but also long enough for irving to do that same. And as for the bioadhesive, if it blew up at his feet, his whole front might be covered, but his back should be fine. And likewise if it blew up behind him, he should be able to see just fine. And once again, this is another 3-5 seconds for Irving to react and possibly throw it back. And I sincerely doubt that it's a contact grenade, since those require fuses and all this complicated stuff that I don't even want to think about because it makes my head hurt.

After Keiko had left, John was still sleeping. Until about a minute later, when his body no longer felt her body warmth. This woke him up, he looked around Black was sleeping, he looked out the window, noticed it had gotten darker. It must have been about an hour he was sleeping, then for some reason he too had an urge to go on the roof and inspect things.


Thne he walked into the hallway, behind some locked doors he heard moaning, it must have been people that had gotten infected in there apartments and now were zombies and couldnt get out of them. So he walked quietly, and he somehow reached the roof as he was getting lost.

He saw Keiko, and walked over to her, he came up, behind her but was careful not to startle her since she was near the edge. He placed his hand on her lower back, "This must have been a very beautiful place before all this happened" he said as he looked at the semi-view, since it was an apartment building there wasnt much of one.

Keiko smiled and said "It was a good place to live" before adding "you shouldn't be exerting yourself just yet"

She kissed him and said "I think our best chance is to be picked up by a helicopter. we need an 'SOS' sign on the roof so we can be seen by aircraft and it needs to be big"

John smiled when she kissed him. He continued to look at the view, then he forumlated a plan. "Keiko, we can use the bed sheets, and go into other apartments. And take those too, tie the sheets together, and use your makeup to write on them" he said thinking..." We might not even have to take the others, we could just use yours", John ran towards the door to the entrance of the building, until he saw three pale white men looking at him hungerily. They were just as big as him, (John is very tall, muscular, and strong. So there very big.) he jumped back, he didnt have a weapon, "KEIKO, RUN, I DONT CARE WHERE RUN NOW!!!" he yelled as they lurched towards him and he backed up.. his weak leg limited his fighting ability, and he began to worry he couldnt take them.




As he backed up, he realized he was near the edge, he punched one, but without the help of his leg to propel his arm, it just got hit, and looked back at him, and continued walking forward. One charged at him, and knocked him back, and he fell with his back on the ledge of the building. The zombie attempting to bite his neck, he was barely able to push it away, he looked down to see more zombies crowding around where he would land if he were to fall down. With about a quarter of him hanging of the building, another one of the zombies went for his strong leg he kicked it, braking its neck, it fall over. He continued to struggle with the one on top of him. While the 3rd zombie walked towards Keiko. John realized that this one on top of him was strong and he wasnt going to kill it with force so he used wits, he held out his arm. The zombie immeaditly saw this unguarded body part, and took a dive for it, just as the undead man did so John pulled his arm back, the zombie missed, and fell off the building. However, it had grabbed the arm of his shirt, the shirt tore. As the force from it drug John, he fell too, just in time though, he grabbed the ledge, and was now hanging there by two hands. He needed his legs to pull himself up, but he couldnt use his legs, he just hung there, screaming at the moaning zombies below...

As John hung there, he remebered how Irving was trying to get Clark on his side, and trying to corrupt Steel. John hoped they were at least near the area, as he yelled, "CLARK!!!! ITS ME JOHN!! DONT LISTEN TOO IRVING HE WENT CRAZY!!!! HE SHOT ME IN THE LEG, AND ABUSED CARLY AND KEIKO, THEN SHOT HER TOO, HES TRYING TO SWEET TALK YOU INTO JOINING HIM, STEEL DIDNT DO ANYTHING, HE IS ACTUALLY TRYING TO GET IRVING SO I CAN PAY HIM BACK!!" John breathed heavily a couple times, "IRVING IS THE CRAZY ONE CLARK!!! LET STEEL FINISH IRVING OFF, GET A CAR AND HELP ME IM TRAPPED BY THESE THINGS!!!!!" he yelled as his arms began getting weaker.... "WERE ALL STILL ALIVE, AND HOLDING UP OK!!!!!" He said with his last breath

Then he began walking out, when he looked to his right, he saw 7 zombie's walking around mindlessly. He began to sneek, quietly up the hall, he couldnt take all of them, one of them looked over, but John hid behind a large table that was in the hallway, and it didnt see him, he continued walking. He got back to Keiko's apartment.

A few miles away, the bomber fleets unleashed their payload and pulverized a few city blocks, while the rest continued on their way until they reached their designated areas, released their munitions, which consisted of Fuel-air explosives on the B-1s and B-52s, and MOABs on the C-130's. And it appeared a bomber contingent was heading right their way, their objective obviously to blow everything in the immediate area up...
