The humble Holy Empire of Hrabnya cannot at the time afford to give money, although we offer to trade 3 fighter jets and 60 heavy artillery guns in exchange for a three month supply of basic food resources, be it grain, oats, or beans. The People's Socialist Republic of Russkya finds it suitable to offer to the United Socialist States of Rustov a number of Soviet-designed, Russkyan-produced, BMP-1 and BMP-2 Infantry Fighting Vehicles scheduled for retirement due to the reorganization of the Russkyan Military.

A total of 225 BMP-1 and 75 BMP-2 vehicles are available for transfer, with the only cost incurred to the United Socialist States being that of shipping.

It is prudent to note that as the vehicles are Russkyan-produced variations of a Soviet design, they feature improved fire-control electronics, improved radio communications equipment, baffled fuel tanks [Should the multi-fuel engines use volatile fuels other than the recommended diesel. The baffling will prevent a explosion of the fuel tanks.] and strengthened flank armour to effectively 'proof' the vehicle against weapons fire up to 7.62x54R and 155mm artillery splinters.

These vehicles are offered with a full load of ammunition and complete maintainence and operation documentation available in: Russkyan, Russian, English, German, and French languages.
