I love the movies, and the games, so why not bring it to NS? Simply sign up for the family you would like to control. But of course there need to be rules. Yup, or threads like these fall apart. So here are the rules.
Rules:
1. No godmodding (who didnt see that coming?)
2. No number wanking (Ex: You cant say you recruited 200 people, with 1000 shotguns)
3. Must have expierience to join (200+ posts recomended, but not required)
Here we are in New York, 1949. I could simply rip off the godfather plotline, and I will too a point. The 5 families name, is yet too be determined. Simply sign up, and make a name (nothing retarded, I have too confirm the name.)
Too shake things up, I wanna organize this thread. Each family begins with a certain number of people. too be precise, you begin with:
Men-
10 Thugs
1 Don
1 Don's Lieutenant
Posessions-
1 Head Compound
1 Warehouse
3 Extorted Bussnesses
Arms (All weapons come with infinite use)
4 Thompsons
6 Colt 45's
3 Snub nose 38's
1 stick of dynamite
1 Molotov cocktail
2 Shotguns
Too earn money, simply extor a bussiness. RP the action, and how you aquire it. Then post thugs at the bussiness (as many as you chosse) after you aquire it. Other families may attack that bussiness, and through means of a fair RP, the respective family takes control/holds possesion. Thats method #1.

Attack a warehouse
If a rival family owns it, you must fight them. If it is free (lets say there are 10 warehouses total) then you simply extort the owner. (Please RP the action with some detail.)

Sell arms/drugs
Simply sell arms you posses, or take controll of a drug dealers supplies.
Please RP fairly. Ill leave the profit from extortion up too you, but be fair about it. (Ypu cant say, I robbed a little girls lemonade stand 10000!)
Extortion- When you extort, have the owner of the bussiness pay you, then work out a weekly fee.
Mob Wars
The Dons (Players) may declare war on any family.
Defeat-
You are defeated if your compound is destroyed or taken over.
Alliances can be formed with other families of course.
Too recruit men, RP your men recruiting simply people off the street, or anywhere (be creative)
