IC:
After Senator Milan Srecko corresponded with the Vineyardians, he agreed with the Vineyardians to staff and maintain the airports and the security around the airports for the exclusive use of Vineyardians. While this would normally seem quite the change, the airports haven't seen any service since the time of Tenebricosis, and were lacked any service personnel. Following a brief conversation with Vladimir Lazarević, commander of the Air Force, the following airports were ordered to be maned and prepared for the Vineyardians:
(OOC: All four-letter codes are ICAO codes, all three-letter codes are IATA codes, the others are my best descriptions)
URKA
URKK
URSS
URRR
URMM (Main base for support aircraft)
URMO (Staging area for V-22s)
GRV
URML
URWA
URWW (Biggest base)
URWI (Dassault Neuron base)
Kotelnikovo
Yeysk Airbase
Taganrog Northwest
Taganrog 2
The following were for Serbian use:
URMT (G-4M Super Galeb base)
URMN (MiG 29 Fulcrum base)
In a few hours, the Serbs would have control and security of all these airports and areas around them.

Secret IC:
30 Serbian MiG 29 Fulcrum fighters and 60 G-4M Super Galeb fighter-bombers (with support from all 3 Ilyushin Il-78 tankers and a Vineyardian A-50 Beriev A-50 Mainstay AWACS) were conducting routine air patrols near the Georgian-Russian border, armed with Vympel R-73 air-to-air missiles. Tomorrow, their bases would receive the upgraded R-74EM and a few of the recently purchased Eurofighter Typhoons.
