The city was on fire, huge plooms of smoke rose as the crackle of gunfire and distant explosions echoed threw the trashed streets.

Kevin ran as fast as he could. He didn't know what was happening but as it stood he knew some of the colonists were fighting with the governments soldiers. Kevin was in his mid twenty's and was a camera men for the NNN (Neoman National News). He had been assigned to the planet of Galdrose to take some video with a field reporter of the Mar'wok festival.

The Mar'wok festival was basically Christmas, new years, and easter all rolled into one. Mar'wok is a demon from the Coordism bible who came to the side of good threw Coords love for him. It was special because it showed that anyone could be forgiven for there sins.

Julia, the field reporter was running behind Kevin. When she had told her boss that she wanted an exiting story this is not what she meant.

They ran down main street to wards the citadel, a huge building that was the center of the festival. "Common Julia!" Kevin shouted as he noticed a group of soldiers tearing down the road to wards them.

Julia raised his hands "Hey! Help us," As she jogged to wards them.

The men slowed there pace and came to a stop in front of them. "Who are you?" One of the men demanded as he raised his rifle slightly so that if he pulled the trigger it would eviscerate the women in front of him.

Kevin took a step forward and stood in front of Julia. "Were reporters," He said in a fearless tone motioning to the camera at his side.

"You should leave this planet," The soldier replied as he walked past them.

Kevin felt himself getting angry he reached out and laid his hand on the mans shoulder. "Hey, are you guys going to help us, were civilians!." The soldier spun around and landed the but of his rifle into Kevin's face. Kevin yelped and fell to the ground his hands over his broken nose.

"No, were not." The man said with a malicious smile.

"Yo-- Your rebels!" Julia said as she took a step back.

"That we are, and to see a nice piece of women like you is a re---" The man was cut off as a white robed figure drooped down from the roof of an adjacent building.

"Halt rebels!" The man said as he drew a bloody sword from his robe.

The rebels raised the rifles and fired. Bright blobs of red plasma lashed out at the man. The man spun and seemed to effortlessly dodge every shell. He charged the men while he continued to dodge. He met the leader of the rebels with an up wards cut that took off his arms at the elbow and sliced into the mans side.. He spun around and decapitated another. He crouched low and cut the belly of the third.

The last rebel began to run but the robed man threw his sword and it stuck blade first threw his neck.

The robed man retrieved his sword and looked back at the two. "Are you alright?"

Julia nodded slightly, she had been covered in blood.

"I am sorry, You should leave this area there are more coming." The man smiled softly trying to comfort her.

Julia nodded and shot a glance at Kevin who was quietly recording the man on a live broadcast feed.

"Who are you?" Julia said as she wiped the blood from her face.

"I am an procurator of the government of Neoma" The man replied with the same innocent smile before walking away.

A Goliath Star Destroyer glided through space over the planet.
"Lieuteniant, get me communication with their leader." The Captain, Jacob Morretti, was just transferred from command of a small gunship to a Star Destoyer. The soon to be ex-captain, Jay Reed Stevens was standing behind him, mentoring him on the commanding of a Star Destroyer. "Now," said Stevens, "we make communications with their people." He motioned for him to walk up to the monitor. "Transmit on all comm channels." The screen flickered to life. "Attention all Neomans, we have come to protect you and to eliminate the rebellion. If anyone can inform us of any large concentrations of rebels, please send us the location, amound of troops, and if they have any vehicles. Please allow our troops to move freely. Thank you." He pushed a button and the monitor went black. "Now we wait," said Stevens.

Kapitan-Leutnant Rudi Herschell awoke to the vigorous shacking of an over-eager new Unter-Leutnant. There are worse things to wake up to, but fewer than you'd think.
"It's Frau Haldwische, sir! She want's you on the bridge!"

"I dunno, sir, only that the Kommodore's been on the horn."
Rudi became more alert: the patrol squadron was improvised and most of the crews had been raised from seperate port divisions, so they interacted as little as possible. A call from the CO meant something important.

"All escorts, form globe, we have readings of life in this system, and what's more it's apperntly at war. We're registering another ship here already."

The squadron formed up, the twin Klinge frigates and their Eisensturm cousin forming a protective layer around the flagship, a Trotz class escort carrier as they headed through space towards the target planet.

ooc: Hok-tu as close Neoman allies i would predicate that the Neoman government would have invited Kirisubans to witness the most coveted festival.

The Neoman Rebellion has been going on for awhile its fought on ever planet/colony of Neoma. The rebels were Neoman soldiers who are equipped just like the loyalists.

The Neoman C&C citadel was ablaze. The crackle of gun fire was all around. The Neoman commander on this planet was a short man of the name Alex Haynes. He heard the messages for assistance.

He picked up the comm. "This is General Alex Haynes. The rebels are all over the place, We cant get any good fixes on the location of them because they are wearing our armor and our weapons."

"S***! There charging!" The comm. went silent as the noise of an ensuing battle was the only audio coming threw the broadcast.

A radio man ran up to General Haynes. "Sir multiple reports of friendly ships in orbit"

"This is General Alex Haynes, The situation is red, The citadel is under heavy attack. We are unsure of numbers or location."

Emiko knew that the Procurators were on the government side so had no hesitation in withdrawing with him as the Kirisuban security team laid down covering plasma rifle fire.

now out of the way and her security people alert for any trouble she asked "Sparks san our records are a bit sketchy on this situation. how did all this start and who is winning?"

"General, we can put an spaceborne brigade on the ground in a secure area to re-enforce your troops, and it won't be long till we can bring up a full mechanised korps or more. Whatever it is, we can land outside immediate combat for briefing"

General Haynes sighed "Briefing will have to wait, I'm in the middle of a fire fight. But you can land your troops nore east of the city in the feilds i will send someone to meet you."

Travelling through territories of nations friendly to the SeaQuestian Empire on a goodwill tour, the ship's main purpose for stopping at this world was to restock on some of the more exotic Neoman dishes the crew had come to like during their cruise through Neoman controlled space.

"True," answered the Chief Engineer, "but if we don't help, their government could be overthrown."

The General and Admiral waited patiently as they listened to the continuing debate as it went back-and-forth between the seperate groups. In the meantime, the A.I. brought the massive dreadnaught into a standard equatorial orbit around the planet.

The space around the Tranquility At Dawn seemed to visually bend, twist, and distort as her gravimetric defense systems came on-line. Moments later, there was a flicker of energy as her trans-spatial shields also were brought on-line.

Turning towards the incoming battleships, she let loose with a salvo of fire from some of her Fusion Beam Cannons as a warning shot. Low on the scale compared to the dreadnaughts other weapons, they were still quite potent when used properly.

okay i think this is despicablably unlawful and the people who did this need to be severely punished i mean you cannot try to acheive your aims through violence that is just wrong .

in a democratic society a state's citizens need to be protected they cannot be protected if these people aren't dealt with severely and fairly .

Emiko followed the rebels across the battered landscape. She had some idea where she was going as major landmarks were still standing.

The group walked for about an hour, They entered a small concrete building where a flurry of activity was present.

A young man probably not even 17 was looking over a console. It was showing an over head representation of the battle. "Okay we need to focus our attacks here... and here, this will split there forces and then this planet will be ours."

He looked up at Emiko and Andrew. He sucked his teeth and looked back down at the consul.

"Can someone please tell me why there is a Kirisuban and a Procurator in my command center,"

A young man probably not even 17 was looking over a console. It was showing an over head representation of the battle. "Okay we need to focus our attacks here... and here, this will split there forces and then this planet will be ours."

He looked up at Emiko and Andrew. He sucked his teeth and looked back down at the consul.

"Can someone please tell me why there is a Kirisuban and a Procurator in my command center,"


"I'm here to mediate" Emiko answered "and the Procurator is my guide. Also it was your soldiers that got us involved after firing on our shore leave party"

Such was the daily course of the unmarked Copen Freedom Fleet.

Three flagships had deviated from the main fleet approximately five lighthours away from Galdrose, and had marked their course for the war-torn, beleagured planet.

On the far-side of Galdrose's largest natural satelite orbital, two Macross-class super dimension fortresses and one Megaroad-class super dimension fortress tesserected into Neoman space. Promptly, the Megaroad-class ship landed on the surface of the moon and dug in, allowing several drillers to begin building an underground base of operations. The two Macross-class ships then moved towards each horizon for the moon, bringing Galdrose into their view. They then began deploying two hundred drop pods filled with infantry, tanks, and Destroids.

((OOC Reference: twenty pods carry a full division, consisting of five thousand GIs, two hundred Type 61 twin-150mm cannon MBTs, sixty Destroid Tomahawks, thirty Destroid Defenders, and ten Destroid Monsters.))

One hundred of the pods were deployed against the rotation of the planet, intent on landing on the dark-side of the planet to take the major cities on that side of the planet. The other one hundred pods were deployed with the rotation of the planet, intent on taking the major cities on the light side of the planet.

An uncoded transmission was sent to the rebels of Galdrose.

"We of the Freedom Defense Fleet are here to assist you in your conflict against your tyrannical, theocratic government. Ten divisions have been launched in drop pods to help take the major cities of your planet."

As the enemy pods fell from the sky the entire area lit up in a massive volley of AA fire, EMP charges (think of depth charges but these go in the air and when they explode they release a powerful EMP pulse that encompasses a 2 mile sphere)

A small fleet of 4 Galactic Intruder Battle ships and 2 Ricin carriers came up upon the newcomers.

"Neoma is the sole owner of this planet and the rebels have attacked us, Call off your attacks against sovereign Neoman territory and no more of you troops lives will be taken"

As soon as they hit terra firma, the massive doors began opening. The first thing to come out, though, was not the troops, or the armor support. The Monsters' massive quad-40cm guns made for the warm welcome, blasting at any enemy Neoman military personnel or craft.

Troops and tanks followed suit, moving out of the drop pods to find suitable cover to begin constructing temporary firebases. They were soon followed by the Tomahawks and Defenders, who promptly began their own assault into the cities to search for the AA emplacements. Those forces outside of the cities would only have to worry about lack of cover, which wasn't a problem with the Tomahawks, Defenders, and Monsters supporting them.

The city's was being blasted apart from the battles. But the Neomans broke off there assaults on the rebels and focused all there personnel on the newcomers to the battle.

5 Neoman strike fighters flew over the city, they had started this sortie as 12 fighters but the ground fire coming from the copen forces had whittled them down. They were packing a nice surprise for these invades the Type 7 Anti personnel bombs, which were basically Napalm and magnesium rounds.

The flew low and fast over the copen forces and dropped two bombs each. One of the fighters took AA rounds and the pilot ejected right over the copen forces.

The Rebel fleet was silent for a moment "All the evidense is in the black files in th e Citidel,"

The Pan Lung had been monitoring developments and sent a comm signal to the Neoman space command in kirsuban code 3.

"We've noticed the company you have up in orbit and we can help you with the intruders.

You just need to ask and we'll lend a hand to an ally"

Captain Asa Sato sat back in her command chair as they went to yellow alert bringing the shields online and warming up the cloaking device.

The Macross-class ship nearest the Neoman ships responded quickly to them.

"If you know what's good for you, you'll back off and help these people achieve their objective. If not, we'll simply blast you out of the heavens."

With that, the Macross ship began deploying its brand new Excalibur II Heavy Fighters and Longbow II Bombers. They were a significant improvement over their predecessors, their weapons firing at four times the normal speed, and their actual selves flying at nearly three times their predecessors.

They were soon joined by their MS backup, consisting mainly of Den'an and Berga series units with the same basic improvements as the fighters, allowing them a lot more leeway than their own predecessors as well.

Planetside, things were not going to well for the GIs that had made it to the ground. The bombs dropped by the Neoman fighters took their tolls on the troops of that city, seriously burning and even outright disintegrating a lot of them.

No sooner had it happened that the Type 61s smoke launchers began their secondary function, spewing out an anti-napalm foam, putting out most of the blaze. The men that were covered in it were soon evacuated out of the battle and back to the field hospitals for treatment.

The Defenders were soon to retaliate, pouring out rounds upon rounds of AA fire, consisting mostly of HE Flak rounds.

The Tomahawks, however, were soon to enter the confines of the city, marching through the streets, hunting for enemy armor and AA emplacements, as well as other installations with similar functions.

The Monsters finished their job right as the Tomahawks started theirs, going to standby artillery support. Their crews began reloading the machines' guns quickly, making sure they were ready to respond at the first notice.

The mobile suits, who could actually target multiple targets, did just that, targetting at least four to five fighters and firing with their main machine guns or beam guns, creating a blanket of fire.

ooc: sry I'm sick with mono right now, they are targeting you in general, some landing in the drop zones and others in the Tomahawk emplacements. but mostly targeting the drop zones with magnesium rounds.

The Neoman Fleet took the brunt of the sudden attack to there front, there shields lighting up in a brilliant blue green.

Suddenly they we encompassed in a shield of explosions from AA guns, flak, and missiles.

The fighters dodged and weaved threw enemy fire as the bombers broke off and headed toward the copen fleet/ship (not sure if there is one or more) When they got in range many had fallen two enemy fire. But they launched a volley of 100, 1 pound antimatter bombs and broke off just as the 16'' 22'' and 40'' guns of the 4 Neoman Galactic Intruder battles.

The pilot from the shot down strike fighter woke up in the street. Luckily his parachute had missed the power lines. He quickly began to get out of his jump harness.

With pistol in hand he walked cautiously to wards the fighting of the infantry, toward the copen forces.

The Neoman space command responded "You help would greatly be appreciated." Just as the message was sent 12 Dante destroyers came into view and they took up formation with the Pan Lung.

The commander sent a simple message "Lead the way,"

"this seems to end any chance of mediation then but remember you can still contact me on the Pan Lung" Emiko replied and hit her comm badge saying "Pan Lung two to beam up"

she placed her hand on the Procurators shoulder and he was transported with her as they both vanished in two columns of light.

Andrew followed Emiko, "You know there just as stubborn as us because... they are us," he said tryingto lift her spirits.

The dantes broadcasted and accknowledgement and followed the Pan Lung in.

The infantry and tanks pulled back even farther underneath the Monsters, using their thick armor to defend them from the incoming shells. The Type 61s continued to spray the foam retardent, keeping the napalm from pushing itself underneath their defense.

The Tomahawks took several casualties as some of the shells penetrated their armor. One Tomahawk was nailed directly through its power core, causing a system meltdown within the machine. The impending explosion would blow out the buildings it was inbetween and kill anyone not in an armored vehicle that was out in the streets or in the buildings next to it.

The lead Tomahawk pulled back behind a building for cover, giving the order to stay put.

"This is T-001. Grid kilo seven is hot. Requesting supressing artillery cover."

"This is M-01, request granted. Enjoy the fireworks, boys."

The Monsters adjusted their 40cm guns to compensate for wind push, and then opened up on the general area where the artillery fire was coming from.

The instant the bomber released their payloads, the pin-point barrier system activated, deflecting the majority of the anti-matter bombs. However, the shots from the capital ships was unexpected, and even though the three discs responded to the attack, their efforts only blocked a quarter of the shells.

The other shells punched holes in the SDF's armor, causing atmospheric pressure to be lost in the penetrated areas. Those areas were soon sealed off, and the response to the attack was another volley of 178cm railcannon fire on the cap-ships, followed up with a barrage of beam cannon fire.

The fighters, bombers, and mobile suits took quite the pounding, with the AA, Flak, and Missiles doing more damage than the enemy fighters did. The mobile suits, however, would be the harbingers of death for the enemy capital ships.

They broke out of the furball, pushing towards the capital ships, taking several shots that disabled and destroyed many more. The remainder pushed through the fire, opening up on the ships with beam rifles, beam guns, machine guns, and piercing shot lancers. Those that could would fly by the enemy shields and slash at them with their beam sabers, trying to cut a hole to allow them to get in close and tear the capital ships apart.

the Pan Lung slipped away from the Dantes and coasted into position behind the engines of the first Macross ship.

The Pan Lung then decloaked just long enough to fire four plasma torpedos and all 5 of its phaser banks at the engines before it recloaked and slipped under the ship.

The Artillery emplacements were utterly destroyed by the counter fire, many pg the guns were flaming wreaks, they weren't designed to take such a beating and the threat of an invasion was incomprehensible to many Neoman politicians.

Suddenly there was a great booming sound, it was long and drawn out, The great horn from the citadel was blowing and its call reached for miles. Suddenly there was a roaring of voices. Hundreds if not thousands of Neoman soldiers charged down the streets around the copen forces.

They were in the burly Mark 6 power Armor, they charged head on into incoming fire, Their melee weapons out the Neoman soldiers ran at the Copen forces.

Huge jets of atmosphere lashed out of the Neoman GIs as the hatches and seals rammed shut not allowing any more air to be lost.

The GIs opened up with the deadly 30mm Gatling guns with armor piercing and heat rounds, the Phalanx program was automatically making 5 guns of the 40 target the highest priority targets while five others targeted a different one and so on and so forth. But in this case the highest priority targets were the mobile suits.

While the Pan lung was getting into position the Dante destroyers were heading strait for the Copen ship/s (?) As soon as the Pan lung decloaked the Dante destroyers opened up with there plasma cannons trying to deceive them in thinking that it was only the Dantes attacking them.


ooc: Mark 6 armor is a power armor with overlapping layers of ceramic armor and has a density fluid that acts like a hydraulic body, a soldier in the Mark 6 can easily flip a car.
