Master Slayn walked down the corridor of the Order of Intelligence headquarters with his two aids.
"I trust Boris you have gathered the evidence we will present to the other nations."
"Of course my Lord, they will all be laid out for the delegates inspection just as you ordered."
"Excellent, any word form the Duke if any of the paladins will be in attendance"?
"No Lord Slayn but Minister Sweetwater's office has be raising a stink that you went behind their backs and called this meeting".
"Let them, now is the time for direct action. We must move fast before the Northern Colonies are invaded. Tarlag can not only stop the Colonies form proceeding in this suicidal war but trun Tarlag into a major
regional power."

Outside the building the Tarlagese (?) government had selected to hold the conference two black stretch limousines pulled up. Emerging into the sunlight were two faces familiar to the locals from the last conference; Dame Marietta St. John, and Lieutenant-Colonel James Tyler. With them was a youngish-looking man who would have been quite handsome, were it not for a certain coldness around the eyes. This was the Tánaise Dominic Tredyen, head of the delegation. There was some resemblance to his distant cousin Akti, but only in the way that most Macisikani tended towards auburn hair, greenish eyes, and pale, unmarked, skin.

From the other car emerged the Wisjersian delegation; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Erik van Aarhuus, and two assistant who went by the names of Amanda Greenwood and Timothy Orwell.

Like their Covenant counterparts, the Wisjersians wore earpieces, and were in constant direct communication with their superiors. Superiors who, to put it mildly, were rather irate.

The two delegations strode up the stairs in tandem, their various assistants trailing behind.

Boris Black looked at the security monitor at the arriving delegations. "It looks like the first two delegations are here".
"Excellent, so now it begins" replied the hooded figure standing in a dark corner of the room".
Black looked towards the figure in the corner " I wounder how many other nations will answer your call".
"It does not matter if anyone showed up, we will win in the council of world opinion. Granted with the aid of at least some nations in our region things will go a lot easier but things will progress as I have for seen".
Boris turned back to the monitor and began studying the faces of the arriving delegations. "It looks like they are very angry".
"How amusing, let us hope by the time they leave they are mad enough to chew steel".
