With the threat of recent war on the internal systems, the Huntarian Empire seaked a way to create a new deadly war machine to inspire fear into the enemy troops. They knew of a classic, ancient one known as Titans.
But alas, after several attempts to creat one of there own, it ended in miserable failiure.

However, after a meeting of the Dark Lords, the group of six were able to agree that outside help would be needed. Already having help from CoreWorlds, and Palpatine (since they came out of isolation), they agreed that it was time to contact some old shaky allies: the Chronosians.

The relationship between the Chronosians and the Huntarian Emipire was always one of... Well, there really isn't a word to describe it. While the Chronosians have promised aid for the Empire in the Civil War, actual relationships seem to be shaky. The Empire has always considred the Chronosians to be an invluable ally, however, actuall contact with them in negotiations or for cooporative matters (such as with Lady Nightshade) was almost null.

For this special project the Empire had in mind, they were going to need someone who experted in building mass land assault war machines. This one, the Chronosians seemed to have experience in.

To: Emperor Remiel
From: Lord Vorman

It has been a while since the Empire has had direct contact with your people, if at all. We wish to further improve our friendship by the use of joint-military projects. Specifically, planetary defenses. My master, Emperor Trilkan, would appreciate it if you would be willing to meet with me in a... Secure location.

Remiel chuckled softly as he regarded the message with cold, bemused, cynicism. The Huntaerians came before him, begging to know more of secrets of the Imperium, to understand the technological wizardry that the Imperium's Dark Mechanicus regularly brought forth. Machines that defied explanation, amazing creations of metal and flesh. Of pain, desire and despair. There were, to Remiel's knowledge, no finer craftsmen of the darker side of War, no people more driven or determined. He smiled lightly, allowing his voice to dictate the message that would be carried back to their dear allies.

I can dispatch the finest military minds in all of Chronosia to aid you in your endeavors. Assuming that you are willing to deal utterly in our terms, and to provide us with some form of...Well, I suppose you could call it tribute. Even amongst erstwhile allies we do not work for pennies, nor do we give out our archaic services freely.

After all, if all knowledge could be bought and sold for no price, we would scarcely be at such a position of might. We have learned this lesson, harsh as it may be, over the decades.

We can understand your situation, since we know one of our enemies were given technology from you (the New Dornalians). The Empire itself hasn't sold it's technology to outsiders willingly for quite some time because there are those who can't seem to understand to "not bite the hand that feeds you." My master has agreed to cooporate under your terms and has offered one or a combination of two of the following:

1) 10,000,000,000,000 Credits
2) Access technology on our Necrominus Drives
3) Access technology on our INR Technology
4) One Battalion of our newly breed Necromen (~700). The Emperor thinks you might find this one most interesting for your Chaotic uses
5) Power Armor Mk II (Space Marines)/ Tactical Dreadnaught Armor Mk II (Terminators)
6) You'd be making a gamble with this one, but the empire has been working on a new armor alloy which seems to have a remarkable ability to reflect light laser technology (pistols, and the like). You could reserve the first 1400 of these (~ 2 batallions) when they come on the production line.... If at all.

Also note, Trilkan is interested in knowing if you'd be willing to make this a joint-military project where we both will be bulding Titans for our Major Planetary Systems. He seems to think that this might add to improving our rleationships.

Lord Vorman

OOC Notes:
- The Necrominus is my version of the Immaterium (aka: the warp). I'm planing to do an RP where the Empire discovers that it actually is the warp and not another realm of the force.

-INR- See "huntarian technology" linky in sig

-Power Armor/Tactical Dreadnaught Armor Mk II- almost the same thing as the previoius model, just more flexable and slightly stronger (not much)

- Necromen, I've already mentioned them to ya before.

Let us leave talk of what you can offer us till after we have, in turn, aided you. We are men of our word, and we shall aid you in perfecting whatever it is which you seek before we demand such tawdry tribute of you, old friends and allies

Remiel chuckled softly, regarding the message which he had just sent. He would send his finest to aid the Huntaerians in their endeavors, and by doing so gain yet ore influence over them. The remnants of the Empire were fickle, and must be dealt with a curious respect, he reminded himself. He must hold firm and stay steadfast, ensuring that the deeds he wrought aided him as much as they aided his allies.

We will be looking forward to your coming to our soil. Please direct your ships and scientists to our capital, Huntaria. We will send you the coordinates in the following encryption after this message. The Empire welcomes you to our soil.

So they will be coming, Vorman thought to himself. He was going to have a buisy week, with the meeting of the Chronosian Emperor and a meeting with a Galactic Empire representative, this might be one of the most glorious times in the stress the Huntarian Empire has been facing and, if Aelikes's and the Emperor's predictions are correct, the ensurance of the survival of the Kirtir.
